Hi, we ordered 4 t-shirts. When deliverd, they were far to small (measures not correct). Whitin a fel hours, I get an answer and new t-shirts were sent for free. Neve before such a service on line. We will order surely again! Top, superb!
I couldn't be more impressed with the customer service I received from Teepublic after I made a catalogue of errors with my order! I chose one design, ordered it, then changed my mind. After using the 'Contact Us' option, the order was promptly cancelled. I ordered a further two tee-shirts, but when they arrived, they were smaller than I'd anticipated (again, my mistake). I contacted customer service again to arrange an exchange and was told that was no problem and, as a courtesy, I could keep the original two tee-shirts. Every time I contact this company, I receive a very prompt, friendly and professional reply by email. At this time of year and in the current Covid-19 climate, anything that reduces our stress is most welcome. Delivery is very quick and the quality of the tee-shirts is very good. I highly recommend Teepublic and will definitely purchase from them again.
Fantastic interaction with customer service. A true upstanding company. I had purchased a hoodie for my son. I ordered a medium but unfortunately, it was a bit too small. I contacted the company and they immediately responded to my email and are sending out another hoodie at no change AND, get this, no need to send the other one back. WHO DOES THAT? TeePublic does, that's who!
Not to mention the art work on the hoodie was one of a kind and very classy. I will be DEFINATELY be ordering from them again.
Couldn't be any happier with this company, despite our order having issues. One shirt wasn't the correct size we thought it would be (our fault) and the other had a split in the print. Both got replaced free of charge in an extremely easy process and we couldn't be happier with the customer service. The shirts are amazing quality and the print/designs are as well. Absolutely love the shirts we ordered and will be ordering again for sure.
I ordered a t-shirt for my wife for XMas, and had a great experience with TeePublic. Shipping was fast, and the t-shirt was of great quality. Unfortunately, I misjudged the sizes. I contacted TeePublic, and they responded quickly and sent out the right size shirt so I'd receive the replacement in time for Xmas, asking me to donate the wrong-sized one to an organization that gives clothing to those in need. I am glad the wrong sized shirt can be used by someone else.

First I would say I have always loved the various designs by the artists. I had to exchange a tshirt I purchased for a larger size.The customer service was awesome very quick response. I have purchased many tshirts in the past and will continue into the future.
I ordered a t-shirt for my nephew, it was smaller than I expected so I send an email requesting to order another, my request was answered straight away and another t$#*! was sent straight out, I didn't realise this had happened so quickly I thought I needed to send the size but they automatically sent me the next size up! Excellent service and very friendly staff, 100% recommend this shop.
Bought 6 Tees with different images. Screen printing was very good, but after first wash the gildan tee went from a 2x to a medium. Could not wear them. Requested a 2nd order with new designs (like theirs) but no reply. Therefore, I rate customer service a 1. Am now buying my own blanks and taking a to a local company to get a better quality product.
I love all my sweatshirts! They are really, really comfortable! The selection is great and the service is wonderful. I have ordered 3 orders totaling 9 shirts and love every one of them. I actually do love it so much that I want to tell the world!
I wear lots of t-shirts(the hamburger of fashion) and its boring sometimes (which i don't mind) but i looked around the intertubez for custom graphic t-shirts (i used to make my own in college, print & iron);

I ordered a tshirt and it looked like it had been washed and worn for years. The quality was horrible. On the back of the shirt, the thread was coming out of the shirt. I contacted customer service, sent a picture and they issued me a refund. However, this was supposed to be a Christmas present so I was disappointed because I liked the design and wish it could've been a gift. I won't order from them again but there was good communication and they did refund my money with no problems.
Had to go through so many captchas just to checkout, then they declined my card and i had to call the card company to get it working again. I finally gave up when they gave me a 'testing your javascript' screen (i run firefox. The js is fine). Now not only will i not be buying form these morons, but i also do not trust these morons. When you build a website for an online store, MAKE SURE IT WORKS
I ordered a tee shirt from tee public and didn't realize that I was ordering a women's medium and my wife prefers the loose fit of a men's medium. This was totally my fault. I would like to thank Dacian, Cosmin, Ryan B, and catalin for such great customer service. They were very prompt with their return emails. They offered to send me the right size an to donate the other to someone in need. Now that's costomer service. I will definitely use this company again. Stan Kay

I ordered a Venus hoodie from TeePublic and was super excited when I got the notification that my package arrived. The hoodie felt nice and soft on the inside but was a little smaller than expected and one of the letters was smaller and not lined evenly on the hoodie. HOWEVER, after reaching out to customer service, I got a very quick response and they were able to fix the issue and will be sending me a brand new hoodie because of the defect on the one I received. There was absolutely no hassle when reaching out to customer service and my new hoodie is now on its way to me. I love TeePublic and will be ordering from them again sometime in the near future. Love this site! Definitely recommend ordering from here.
I screwed up the delivery address for my order and asked customer service at TeePublic how to re-ship it. I fully expected to pay an extra delivery fee because it was my mistake. To my surprise, they sent my shipment back out immediately at no extra charge! Customer service ftw!
I ordered a male Medium Size which is usually the right size. Well, it was a bit on the small size. I wrote back to ask for a return and to my greatest surprise I was told that I will get a size Large send for no extra cost and on top of it can keep, donate or reuse the Size I would have to send back as a return.

The quality is not good. I ordered a small and they sent a large and they keep emailing me asking for more photos and more photos and measurements etc... there are enough tshirt companies out there - try another company and see if you can't get a better quality product and service.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
