I am pleasantly pleased by TeePublic. It is so awesome to rep your favorite movie/show/game/etc (especially if it is no longer poppin in the mainstream i. E. KND, TotallySpies, etc.). The team is so understanding and happy to help when/if an altercation occurs. Not too mention all the talented 'amateur' artists out there getting to share their work. I definitely recommend, giving it a shot. You might be pleasantly pleased as well.

I ordered a monogramed tee shirt, the tee as received by me, but the tee shirt was too small. I told them so. They sayed no problem. Return it. We will straighten it out... they did! With no problems at all. A great company.

I ordered a shirt on May 15th and was pumped for it as it was a shirt that was goin going to be great for an event I'm heading to this weekend(June 20th). We are now here on June 17th and it has not shipped, as they said the artist had finished/paid and a UPS code was created.
I've contacted TeePublic twice with no response. I completely understand that with difficult times like this that things may take a bit longer, but over a month is not acceptable. Hoping that they can improve both their manufacturing and shipping methods. They also may be understaffed and attempting to overproduce while overpromising. The goal should be putting out product and communicating with customers to ensure that those customers return-it will not be hard for me to do that.
I ordered the Anthony Falci Poster and Coffee travel cup and I could not believe the high quality of the products. Coffee Cup beautiful But the poster was so beautifully done. The Artist may have nodded towards Andy Warhol and it is so worthy of the best framing and is a real piece of Art in its own right. In this day and age it probably should be wall paper.

The first time my order was delivered, it was in the wrong size. I informed customer service via email and they immediately sent one in the right size. Somehow, that one got lost in the mail and never arrived. I contacted them again, and they sent a second replacement which arrived AGAIN in the wrong size. I kept expecting them to just stop responding to me but they were so kind. They apologized and sent a third and final replacement. FINALLY, I got the hoodie I paid for. And TeePublic never asked for the previous items back. They insisted I keep them and so my friends got early Christmas gifts. That kind of customer service is almost unheard of. No one ever failed to respond to me and they tried and tried to fix their mistake until they did. Im so happy with my hoodie and the service I got from TeePublic. Keep it up!
I had inquired about a Rubinstein hoodie, but was told that it is not available. However, after looking online, I noticed that it is available through your UK website. Would you please explain why it would not be possible for you to honor my request through your sister website? Also, your website is rather complicated, and there doesn't seem to be a way to speak with a customer service representative.
The company is selling "Trailer Nasty" merchandise which is trademarked to Vicki Barbolak. She has not give permission for this use so it is in violation of US Copyright/Trademark laws. We have asked them to stop and they have ignored our requests.
I recently got 6 shirts from tee public but 1 of them I just did not like the material because I have sensitive skin... the print was great and the other 5 were by the brand canvas which i love, I washed and dried already and no shrinkage I am a 3xl so that helps a lot... anyway I wrote them just to see if maybe they could exchange or something even though the shirt itself was fine I spoke to Alexandru at teepublic and they were awesome they sent me out a replacement shirt and it got to me fast, like 10 mins after the convo I got a email the shirt was on way... did not ask any questions and was kind and helpful... will be buying all my shirts off there especially during their sale times... I've ordered shirts from amazon, ebay and red bubble and teepublic so far is the better of them all on cost, quality and definitely customer support ( via email) I wana thank Alexandru for all the help and let teepublic know if they have more reps like them they will have a bright future.
I ordered a GhostBusters tee shirt for my four year old grandson. Upon arrival he loved it and immediately wanted to wear it. In fact he wanted to sleep in it so he did. However the next morning his parents saw that parts of the tee shirt were stuck together and pieces of the decal had come off. I emailed TeePublic. They immediately emailed me back requesting photos and saying they would correct this problem. I have heard back three times, TeePublic apologized and stated a new teeshirt will be sent to my grandson. For customer service I would give this company a 5 star rating--I only did 4 stars because of the condition of the product. I look forward to seeing the new tee.

I was sent a T shirt that was not as expected, i contacted them via email this morning about 8am EST & by 3PM EST they resolved the issue and are sending me the shirt i was expecting. I ordered a tshirt in a size that I thought would fit. When I received it the tshirt was way too small. I emailed customer service about the issue and they got right back to me. They ordered a new tshirt in a larger size for me and are sending it for free. I am very happy with their customer service and would definitely order from again.
I have never really liked t-shirts, but this one has totally changed my mind. It is beautiful, the material is the best. I have it on right now for my Dr visit. It is a long sleeved Team Jesus, which I can use as a witness. You can be assured you are getting the best when you order from TeePublic. I guarantee you will be pleased. I'm always a bit weary when buying things online, but have had a very cool experience with Teepublic. The products have always been great, but recently I got the size wrong on an order and the service I recieved when I needed an exchange was above and beyond.
I ordered two different Covid19 Birthday Quarantine shirts, I ordered both shirts in a Medium. When they arrived, they were very small for a Medium. I texted the company and said I would like to order them again in a size XL. Within just a couple of days i was contacted and told that two XL shirts were on the way to me and they told me that as a courtesy. I should keep the shirts that were too small, or to donate them, which i did.
I am very impressed both with the speed of the response and the professionalism that was shown to me. I will not hesitate to order from this company again..
I ordered an XL tshirt as this is the size I always order. Upon receiving it I noticed it was smaller then your average XL. I emailed TeePublic to request an exchange and immediately received a response stating they had placed an order for the 2XL and to keep the original one as well. Superior customer service! The quality of the shirt seems to be great. Grandla is going to love it.
I ordered a tshirt and a hoodie. The tshirt fit perfectly and is great quality. The hoodie was much too small, so I asked about an exchange for a larger size. They had one out right away, but unfortunately, the larger size was barely bigger than the first. I let them know, took some measurements, then asked for a 3XL rather than the L I usually get. No problem at all from them! They didn't have the color I wanted originally, so offered me a different color, or to change to a different kind of hoodie. Really surprisingly good service.
I took my complaint to N. Y. BBB via their online complaint process on 6/9. After BBB contacted the Seller, TeePublic agreed to completely refund my (4) orders totaling $363 including taxes and shipping charges. Very fast response from N. Y. BBB and then (surprise!) from TeePublic on 6/10.
I would strongly suggest that you try contacting N. Y. BBB to seek resolutions with TeePublic.

Over $300 in payments charged through my account in mid-May BEFORE killing of George Floyd, but to date no product has been shipped. Emails to Teepublic are not answered. This company is a complete fraud.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
