I ordered zip hoodies with the design on the back, not realizing the hood would cover most of the design. When I inquired about ordering a non-zip hoodie instead so the design could be on the front, customer service got right back to me and not only are they sending out new hoodies right away, they told me to keep the original ones! Wow! Highly recommend this company!
I ordered 2 T-shirts for my grandson. This is the first time I ordered from TeePublic. I messed up on the size for one of them. One email and the problem was rectified! The understanding and excellent customer service of the agent (Adelina) exceeded my hopes and expectations.

I ordered a Be kind poster and 5 stickers I got them all with in 10 days. I got My RGB sticker the day before she died. My daughter said those stickers are for me. I said no they are for me to show my students. Colorful and classy. I will spread the word.
I ordered 10 tees for xmas gifts, one had defect in the lettering. I sent email to draw attention to this because I was ordering additional tees for larger sizes (I ordered the wrong size for 2 of the gals). I did not make any requests for exchanges. Not only did they replace the defective tee, they replaced the 2 additional tees that I needed in a larger size.
I requested a statement to pay for the tees, customer service refused. I was not asking for nor expected the service that was provided to me. This was only my 2nd time placing an order with them... I'm very impressed & will be a return customer.
I ordered tshirts for gifts this holiday season and TeePublic did a phenomenal job from start to finish. USPS lost the first package and I rushed a week ago to get a replacement order and TeePublic sent them out FedEx at no extra charge to me. The lost USPS package arrived yesterday and when I contacted customer service they said to keep both orders as the replacement had already shipped. Love the tshirts and they are great quality (size up if you order the woman's, men's was tts). TeePublic is definitely my go to for tshirt orders. Thank you for going above and beyond especially during these trying times!
Genuinely amazing customer service. I ordered a T-shirt for my friend's birthday in the UK, the delivery got lost and I was not able to track it. The TeePublic team immediately requested a replacement, at no charge, and it was delivered to my friend.
The speed of replies, quick resolution and responses from the team were amazing. I work in the Customer Support space and you guys have blown me away. 4 minute replies to emails!

I had recently purchased a shirt for my sister for Christmas. When I got the shirt I was upset because I had ordered a large, but it looked extremely small. I looked on the TeePublic website to see how I could return it or exchange it. I saw they will do exchanges, but I couldn't figure out exactly what I needed to do cause I'm not great with computers. I emailed the company and immediately got a reply. They were so nice and helped me understand what they would do. I have a new shirt on the way without any problems. I can't say enough on how wonderful the customer service is! I will definitely be buying from them again!
The shirt I ordered arrived bigger than I expected and the color of the tee was darker than expected, so the writing wasn't quite visible. Both issues were my fault for ordering it that way. I debated on just dealing with it, but figured I would at least try customer service. Catalin emailed me back immediately and resolved the issue right away. So glad I reached out to customer service. I ordered a T-shirt and took a chance that the size was the right one for me. When I tried it on it was too small. I figured that, as it was my own fault for ordering the wrong size, I wouldn't be entitled to an exchange. However, I contacted TeePublic and received a swift response, advising me that the correct size had been ordered for me and that there was no need to return the original. All of my communications from TeePublic have been friendly and helpful. Thank you very much.
I ordered some shirts that I was hoping to arrive before I went on a vacation. I ordered them early, almost a month in advance and watched the tracking very closely.
It was sent easypost and when the tracking updated that the package had been handed from ups to usps I was hoping to see it that week. A week later with no package and no tracking update I reached out to both ups and usps. Both groups assured me that THE OTHER GROUP had my package and I would see it soon.
Left feeling unconfident I reached out to teepublic who within a few days had ordered a new package shipped to me via FedEx express free of charge. Big props to the support team of teepublic for going above and beyond. I just wanted to know where my shirts were and they said "Oh you'll get your shirts."
After receiving the wrong size hoodie I emailed customer. Within the hour the problem had been resolved and the correct size dispatched. I was amazed at the quality of customer service. It's rare anything is resolved that easily! Well done to the team at teepublic
I have to say tee public has restored my faith in customer service. I ordered a tee shirt for my husband because they had a Navy Aviation Ordenance tee shirt which are really hard to find. The color I picked was Heather red but when we received it the color was not what we expected and their customer service gladly immediately sent us a different color at no charge, and told us to keep the first shirt which we donated to a local VFW. This kind of service just doesn't happen anymore. We are a customer for life now. Everyone was over the top nice and ready to make us happy and they did! Thank you so much. GREAT COMPANY,
First of all, it took 2 months to receive my "order". Second of all, I only received ONE of the 3 shirts I ordered even though the parcel says there's 3 items. No, there was only one. Third of all, the quality of the print is AWFUL! So unbelievably disappointed and majorly pi**ed!
I ordered a sticker on the first of last month. The tracking information said that the tracking number was invalid. I ordered from Marietta OH, and the tracking information on the email they sent said my sticker was out for delivery in Columbus OH. I contacted customer support and they got back to me right away. I told them about my situation and they confirmed my address and reshipped my item. This shipment didn't take as long as the other but that same item also went Columbus, even after I confirmed my address!

I highly recommend TeePublic! I purchased a hoodie for my husband... he always takes a 2X... when he tried it on, it was too small. I advised TeePublic, and they immediately offered to replace. I decided to keep it for myself and order a 3X... When it arrived, it fit perfectly!

Paid for Next Day Air on a order that said it could no more than 3 days to ship. They sent me a BS Tracking # on the 3rd day and it showed no movement for 5 days. So much for next day air. No response from CS...

I have ordered 3 t-shirts and unfortunately 1 of them didn't arrive (was in a separate order) and 1 of those that arrived was defected.
TeePublic customer service resent me the defected one but it also didn't arrive.
I am pretty sure that delivery problems are on the DHL side, might be related to COVID, but I was impressed by the way Customer Support replies to my inquiries and resent me everything I needed to the updated address.
I am still waiting to get those, but I am very pleased with the provided level or service and understanding. Great job guys! No matter what, I am convened I will order again some time in the future
Love these T's and hoodies, so super comfie, soft and look cool. So good as I'm currently working half of the time at home and half of the time in the office as an essential worker in New Zealand. The customer service team have been great with keeping me informed of the progress of my latest order which has been much appreciated! :)
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
