NO WAY TO REACH CUSTOMER SERVICE
Unbelievable... they tout all their amazing service and guarantees - but NO WAY to reach them. Phone number. No, they think they give better service without a phone number? (Corporate Speak for "we don't want to be bothered by customers".)
Ok, fine, so i'll just try the "live chat" that they mention over and over. So... where is that located? NO WHERE. Lots of descriptions about it - but no where to actually click or link to to find the chat box. Facebook maybe? NO. Any message thru FB is ignored. This is the epitome of a company that only wants your money, doesn't want to deal with issues - but tries to appear that they have all the right answers. There are many competitors in this market - FIND ANYONE except this company for a better customer experience.
Ordered a royal blue tee with brown and green print. Unfortunately, the tee was too dark to show the image very much. The tee came quickly with a follow up email from the sender, which was nice. I only wish I had ordered a lighter colored t-shirt, such as grey. I sent a message to the sender and they promptly quided me through the process to make this situation right. I completed an online form and took a picture of the shirt and uploaded it to the form and sent it back. Again, they promptly responded and asked what color I wanted, I told them grey, and a new one is on the way. They followed up with another email, clarifying the tee was in route along with a very pleasant message. Definitely great customer service.

Requested a white Vlone shirt for my son for Christmas. Received the order fast but the shirt is cream yellowish color and the youth medium(12-14) looks like a small(8-10) and the shirt looks cheaply made. Yea I'm disappointed
I ordered 2 shirts for my daughter on June 20th, I did not receive them until August 3rd. The money was charged to my account on June 20th. Their site says to allow 10-30 days for printing, packaging and shipping. I recieved a UPS tracking number, but it NEVER worked (I had even checked it the day before it arrived). I e-mailed them about it and did not get a reply the first time, but did the next three times. This is a special site that has different designs of shirts every week, so they are not printed until after the sale is over. They said the glow in the dark weeping angel shirt had come back from the printer with an error and they had to be reprinted, so my order would not be shipped until they had all the shirts that belong in it.
Despite all that, I still give them 3 stars because the quality and design of the shirt are great! My daughter loves them! Sizing is perfect, their youth small fits my 8 year old perfectly.
I tried to buy 3 shirts from blueboxtees. My PayPal account was charged immediately after the purchase but the order history said that I had no orders in the system. After a few days with no order in order history I ventured into their roundabout, practically nonexistent customer support teehelp. This was no help and Dusty's emails were slightly condescending. After several more days of no progress I asked that my order be cancelled and a refund issued. Communication went dead at that point except for an email telling me that he was transferring my ticket to Shauna. My support tickets kept being closed by Dusty and Shauna without contacting me. I filed a dispute with PayPal that was immediately escalated to a claim because PayPal couldn't contact them either. I just got my refund today because they didn't bother to respond to the claim. Ordered 2/4/15, tried to cancel 2/14/15, PayPal claim 2/21/15, refund 3/5/15.
I recently placed an order with TeePublic for two t-shirts and a sweatshirt. One of the t-shirts and the sweatshirt were too small. I reached out to Customer Service to start the process for an exchange, and the representative voluntarily sent a new t-shirt and sweatshirt in the size I needed, and told me to regift the previous t-shirt and sweatshirt to someone else, which is what I will do for Christmas! The sweatshirt is VERY soft and cozy, and the t-shirt is nice and long, which is perfect for me since I have a long torso for a woman at 5'11". Thank you TeePublic for a place to order unique products and apparel, and also for going above and beyond with your customer service! I plan to order from you again.:-)
I ordered a crewneck sweatshirt as a gift for a friend going through a rough time. The shipping was really quick and the product was great. Additionally, the packaging absolutely made the gift. I know the packaging was covid-orientated but it really fits the current situation for us as well. I absolutely loved it and will definitely order again.
Submitted a order on July 31, recieved a package today. It was not even close to what I ordered. I ordered 2 tshirts and recieved 3 shirts that was not even close. The description on the slip did not even match what was in the package. Just not happy as the original order was a Birthday gift.
So, this review is based mostly on my first interaction with their customer service. I ended up buying two brand-new shirt designs (after 5 purchases in total), and while one came in looking fabulous, the other did not (see pictures). Not horribly surprised there, I mean, after all it's a brand new design. Things can go wrong in the printing process, it happens! So it was time to check their Customer Service...
I sent in the exact pictures seen below (minus the email of course), and BOOM! In less than 24 hours I had that response in my inbox and a receipt for a new order of the exact shirt at no charge and no shipping and handling. I guess I get to keep the messed up shirt--it'll make for a nice comfy pajama shirt--so no complaints there!
That's some great customer service right there.
READ THE REVIEW BEFORE LOOKING AT THE PICTURES! The pictures show the ONLY bad product I have ever received. Normally their prints come out looking GREAT!

Pictures are VERY deceiving I ordered five masks spent over $70. The masks shown in photographs are just solid masks not the masks that have the crinkled lines in the middle. These are NOTHING like what I thought I was purchasing your photos need to look like what is being bought! Also, these are faded color, has white straps, and you can't even read them because they are crinkled masks. Being deceitful in my opinion is scamming. I want my money back and i want to send these back free and you need to pay for the shipping to have it sent back cause you are the ones being deceitful! OK so just a update they wouldn't do anything only Said they would give me a code for 15% discount on my next order. I will never be doing a next order.
I ordered 4 T-shirts April 22nd and sent number of emails on the status of my order. Today, June 23rd, I just received my order and none of the t-shirts that were received were ones that I ordered. I will never use this company again. I wish, I could post pictures.

Recently I found great T-shirt for my daughter. Without any hesitation I ordered it with shipping to Poland (middle east Europe). After searching for an hour for a completely different T-shirt for my boy I landed again at the TeePublic site! So I ordered one for my boy as well, again with shipping to Poland. After a little while I wrote an email to TeePublic telling that I made two seperate orders within one hour (both going to the same place) and that I would appreciate a refund for one shipping cost. Not only I got a very nice email saying that my refund is already submitted but also I got it on Sunday! I highly recommend shopping at TeePublic!

So I placed an order for a sweatshirt and a sticker, which with shipping and tax totaled up to be $48.25. The sweatshirt came, but the sticker didn't. I placed the order on October 29th, and it is now November 17th. According to the tracking status the sticker (which was in a separate package then the sweatshirt) has been at my local sorting facility for 2 weeks now. I don't know why it is taking so long.
I ordered a gift for my father in law and accidentally let autofill put in the wrong city along with the zip code. When my father in law didn't get the gift I finally realized my mistake. I reached out to TeePublic on their website and they reshipped it that day for free! I am grateful for TeePublic's help and will order again in the future. My father in law is very particular and I thought this gift fit his personality perfectly. Even though he will receive it late I am glad that the order didn't get lost or cancelled because of my mistake. Times are tough so I am extra grateful to not have to pay for shipping again! TEEPUBLIC sent wrong print on shirt. I emailed them one day with the information they needed. The next day they they had the issue resolved. Another shirt was in the mail that day. TEEPUBLIC has excellent customer service and I will continue to order from them in the future.
I couldn't find my order and emailed them about it. I received an email about 10 minutes later. It was so fast and they were so nice. They couldn't find my order, but she said she was going to try and find it. They emailed me back shortly after that and said they found it and it was already shipped!

I order 2 hoodies and 1 shirt, and to be honestly they weren't the best. The printing quality was pretty bad and these products were pretty expensive so say the lest. But when I told them about the issue they wasted no time! They offered to replace the products for free and let me keep the old ones, although I declined. I asked for a refund and they gladly gave it to me! They even let me keep the hoodies and shirt for free as well! So I basically got them for free. So you can buy something from them with no worries since they are always there to help you! :)
I am Mrs Sumankaran UK customer ordered a t shirt for my son, not fitted so I mailed them to for an exchange. Without any questions they said they will send a new one and no need to return the original one, told me to give it to somebody or donate that to someone

Let me tell you a little something about above & beyond and bending over backwards, because that's what you've done for me. Since Christmas my tiny order of 4 stickers has been haltered twice, with 3rd time being the charm. I received my stickers yesterday (3/9) and was so happy.
Sorry it appears someone loved my stickers on the 1st two shippings, and I hope they are also enjoying my order, lol. Hopefully they will become customers as well, enjoying great products and OUTSTANDING customer service, placing many orders to make up for your costs on this one. Ordered a sweater for my daughter for Christmas and was led on for days about it being shipped out before Christmas and on the 22nd was told they were canceling my order and I still haven't received a refund so I could order something else. They get your stuff from someone else. Terrible company to order from, try anyone else except for them
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
