I placed an order for a tshirt and pillow on 6/8 as a Father's Day gift. Here we are, Father's Day and no gifts on hand, updated shipment ETA or a response to my email to customer support. I tried to cancel my order as well and the website says it can't locate my order!
Ordered a shirt from this service on October 15 via a link on a social media website. I received a confirmation of sale and shipping notice, stating a 7 - 10 day delivery. When I contacted the vendor 3 weeks later, I was informed that the 7 to 10 days meant 7 to 10 business days, which, unless UPS only works 2 days per week, it still should have arrived. As of 11/10/2020 the UPS link that I had received contained the message that "When the shipment arrives at our facility, the delivery date will be updated." Maybe it takes 7-10 for UPS to deliver, but it must take longer for the vendor to drop it off at UPS.

My first order to TeePublic was for five tee shirts. Sorry to say I ordered the wrong size. Around 10:45am I contacted TeePublic with an exchange request. By 11:00am I received an answer. Then by 12:52 pm I had been contacted by George and Orlando. I was informed that my exchange was on the way. The best part was I was told to keep the tee shirts that I initially ordered. I promised to find homes for the original shirts.

T Public (AJ) went out of their way to ensure my delivery was made when they noticed USPS refusing to deliver. AJ worked with me to do what we needed to please USPS and get the package delivered in time for my nephew's birthday. T Public graphics are unique artists' originals & beautiful!

I ordered 4 shirts as gifts for Christmas, and the quality of them is awesome. However, I needed to exchange 2 of the shirts for larger sizes. The process was extremely smooth and pleasant! Not to mention there was excellent customer service provided by the representative I dealt with, Adeline. I had issues on the website processing my exchange and reached out to customer service.
Adeline promptly responded to my exchange questions and the process of which to go about everything. I couldn't have had a better experience dealing with TeePublic! Professional, polite, courteous, and a quality product.
I did have problems 2 times... I couldn't get a discount to apply at checkout using the code that was being texted to my phone. I didn't get that problem resolved.
I did get a swift response when I had ordered the same tshirt, but had made 2 separate transactions by accident. Problem was resolved! I was refunded the money back to my account very quickly. Very grateful for this great customer service!

Sent the wrong sized item 2x, despite my specific photos and descriptions of the problem. It is a birthday present, which is now embarrassing late. At this point, I have to go find another present bc this circus of clowns can't be trusted. Oh, and you'd think they would have sent the 2nd wrong sized item via speedier shipping since it was a time sensitive item and they are 100% at fault. Nope. Same old 4 week bs. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

Only received 1 of my 2 shirts both ordered from same artist, vestiart.No phone number to talk to a live person to resolve. Supposed to tweet them. My god. Won't be ordering from them again. Feel scammed.
Absoulote worst experience ever, they are liars and mislead you every step of the way orders stickers from them and paid on the website 16 days later NO DELEIVERY emailed them and only then did they represent that the package was returned. My opinion they never sent anything and was just going to steal my money. Then I asked for a refund and they quote 3 weeks to get my money back.
Be warned the place is fraudulent and crooks...
I ordered a shirt from them well over a month ago and when i recieved it the print quality was horrible, lines bleeding into eachother on a 3 color shirt. They send a replacement half a month later and cut off over a 1/4th inch of the design and then proceed to DELETE IT and MY ACCOUNT from their website. I again send them a report on quality issues. I get sent a replacement for the replacement. Not only is tbe print over an inch larger then it should be, but it is tilted and even worse quality than the first initial shirt i recieved. At this point I just want to know if they even have the ability to print a proper shirt because what ive repeatidly recieved is issue after issue on items that should not be passing quality checks in their facilities at all.
I order 3 hoodies from teepublic. The artwork is very faded and the hoodie quality is cheap. I only wanted a refund from 1 because it's very bad and not as advertised. I was told no refund they will send another one out so now I have 4 bad hoodies
I received three shirts from them and two of the shirts are very poor quality Delta shirts. Delta Tshirts are what I expect when I buy $5 shirts from kids that are raising money for their AAU program. They're not shirts that I expect to pay $20 for. I'm very disappointed in what I received from them. They're definitely not a company that I would recommend to anyone. The moment I saw the shirt that I posted, I was instantly upset.

There is no customer service available! I ordered 2 shirts exactly the same. Received one correct & the 2nd one was completely different. The packing slip is correct. I have no way to get the correct shirt or a refund. There is no number to call. Sent emails, no response. They say to use the live chat, okay where is it? There is no chat bubble available. This was a gift for Christmas Eve. Absolutely a horrible experience. TeePublic = Crooks!
Find great and unique shirts. When the perfect one didn't fit right we got immediate response from customer service sending a new fit with no hassle. Can't recommend highly enough!
I use two of their shift for a wrap on my prosthetic foot. Worked great, no issues with going in pool, lakes or ocean, water slides, no fading at all. Well do business with again

My thought: Tried Teepublic since the graphics I wanted wasn't something I can find normally online or instore. $108 for a tshirt, baseball tshirt, and hoodie + shipping. Takes 3 weeks to get created and shipped. Tracking # didn't work when trying to see where my package was based off the email they send you with tracking info. Cheaper to low quality type material used to make your stuff. The print is just ok. Nothing clear and sharp, nothing too fuzzy. Probably will need to turn them inside out and wash on cold if I want them to last. Would I try them again? Probably not unless they offered a discount or coupon for a future purchase.
We had a sizing issue with some apparel. Not only were they more than fair with the exchange, they responded quickly and took great care of us. Best customer service I've ever received!
I've bought a ton from them. Good size range, and I love that they sell v necks. Customer service is helpful if you need to exchange or make a change.

Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
