TeePublic was the easiest company to order from. I ordered the wrong sizes for a Tshirt and a hoodie and the exchange policy was friendly and easy! The company did not require the items to be sent back; instead it was recommended to donate the items! What a nice way to pay it forward and spread kindness. On a side note, they have so many cool designs and every purchase supports a local artist.

I was looking for a particular shirt and found it in teepublic.com. I was surprise with the low ratings but I like the shirt and it supports artist so I figured what the hell! I originally made a mistake in the order... which wasn't really clear how to correct it. I sent a message by email sure enough in24 they contacted me ask me for what I wanted to correct and took care of it promptly! Got my product way faster than originally schedule. SOLID EBUSSINESS! Order placed on 4/30/2020. They took their money out of my bank account on 5/1/2020. Their ad stated, "items would ship within 5-15 days of payment processing". When I emailed them on 5/21/2020, they stated the order just went to "production". Today is 6/5/2020, and still NO T-shirts for my granddaughter! I fully understand that Covid 19 has slowed alot of businesses down, BUT, this is LUDICROUS! I will NEVER order from them again!
Their marketing is killer, and whoever runs their website is doing a great job. The CCP virus is the excuse they needed. I understand fully that things take time, and have been cool for quite a while. I ordered on April 25,2020 and they've been printing my shirts for almost a month now. Maybe that's why everyone else's order is delayed. Hopefully they can get it together, cause when you email them, you get the generic BS answers that evade your questions. For instance "... most orders are shipping within about 5 business days later than usual, though on very rare occasions it may take a few weeks." Only problem is they don't tell you how long "usual" is. Is it 5 days to a few weeks later than one month? One year? Should I expect them this year or should I consider it an investment into TeePublic as part of their next stimulus check? I feel bad for the artists who make these great designs, then giving it to these turkeys to just ruin people's opinions of the printing company who is supposed to be "supporting artists" with their shady business practices. Try to get it together instead of constantly putting out fires. There's a lot of people who love the designs and enjoy supporting artists.
I originally ordered a hooded sweatshirt & stickers for delivery abroad (to South Korea). The sweatshirt arrived before the expected delivery date yet the stickers, which were packaged separately, ended up getting lost somewhere along the way & never did arrive. Fortunately, when I reached out regarding the stickers, every single customer service agent was efficient, effective, helpful, honest, & supportive. To my surprise, they quickly guaranteed the stickers would be resent abroad (at no additional cost to me). This was actually quite surprising, knowing that in a day & age where profits & greed rule & if a customer is not necessarily satisfied, the attitude is generally ho-hum, too bad, you can re-order & pay again & hope it shows up this time... but TeePublic went above & beyond, quickly re-shipped the stickers, openly & consistently communicated throughout the second delivery process & were always pleasant, helpful, & seemed to legitimately enjoy their opportunity to support a customer when an issue arises. I had never used TeePublic before but am certainly encouraging friends & family to utilize TeePublic based on the tremendous customer service & attention to quality & satisfaction of both the products & the service. Do yourself a favor & support independent artists through TeePublic, they deserve the publicity!
I have been purchasing anime / cartoon related shirts from this site for a little over 4 years now, you won't find better selection many other places, the amount of lowkey designs they have for new shows (or shows no one has heard of) is unmatched, however some designs faded after a few washes. I'm not 100% sure about this, but try to get Black T shirts, and possibly darker designs, I have 5-6 black shirts from TeePublic that have been washed over 30+ times and still have not faded, also "block" designs, or designs that have prominent borders/outlines seem to fade more too? Overall, the 13$ sale price site wide that happens a few times a year are the best times to purchase from this site, and if you found an amazing T shirt that you love, and its white, with a heavy decal, just dont wash it? Clean it by hand and avoid the decal, I mean cmon ppl, have you ever bought supreme? Palace? Any street wear that is 5x the price? It fades on graphics after 3 washes, just learn and move on.

If you love Dr Who then you will love this site as all they sell is custom Dr Who T-Shirts. They can be a little slow at posting when busy but this is a small business who make something cool so you have to make allowances.
I would give zero stars if I could. They don't deserve 1 star. I ordered 2 shirts, may 27th 2020, received July 3rd. Never was processed correctly so I couldn't track it. Still says processed and waiting but it came in the mail today. Customer service is terrible. I open the package and the first is the correct picture but waay too big. 2 sizes bigger than I ordered. 2nd shirt was not even the shirt I ordered and looks like it'll fit my 10 yr old. There's lines through the pictures. Very disappointed with them.

This company's customer service is nearly non-existent. I have waited OVER A MONTH and still have no order. My package has been sitting at the post office IN MY CITY for over a week in "Acceptance" status. Nobody responds. Can't say anything about the quality of the shirts but I would never order from them again, the shipping is ridiculous. Had TWO presents that missed the mark and placed three print on demand t-shirt orders from Denmark and the UK that were ordered AFTER TeePublic's and I received those three weeks ago!

I ordered a flag for my daughter's college signing day! The flag was never delivered and there is no contact number. Emails have never been returned yet! STAY AWAY!
My son and daughter-in-law are very involved in greyhound rescue. I ordered a tee shirt with a leopard print figure of a greyhound for Cheryl's birthday, however discovered she likes a roomier fit. When I contacted the company about an exchange, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I could keep the too-small shirt and donate it to a good cause. My DIL plans to use it as an added incentive For someone to not only gain a wonderful companion, but also to get a cool, statement shirt. The quality and style of the shirt are excellent, and the customer service is awesome! I can't get my photo to upload, but am sending it separately. Many thanks! In my previous review on 7/26 I stated that after waiting over 6 wks to receive my shirt, it was the WRONG COLOR. I communicated with TeePublic & it did appear they were trying to make things right. But this time after waiting "only" 2 weeks, I was sent the WRONG SIZE! They must have nothing but incompetent people working there. This is beyond ridiculous & I have requested a full refund, but I have little hope of that happening. It's a shame this company is so horrible because I really did like the shirt, which unfortunately is too small to wear.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size and didn't realize it until I received the tshirt. I emailed the company and they answered immediately. They made the exchange VERY EASY and quick! I will definitely order from them again!
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
