The 1 star is for their uploading system, better than Redbubble's.
However, I uploaded over 20 designs at one go, with each design I took time to write the title, tags, and description, edit the deisgns on the products, etc. No spamming, just quality keywords.
After all that, 6 hours later they deactivated my account. I have tried emailing *******@teepublic.com and *******@teepublic.com and have not received any acknowledgment of my emails. My suspicion is that they thought I stole work from my redbubble account. But I wrote to them trying to confirm that that is my work and it is my redbubble account. Anyways, not sure it's worth making an account here if they're just going to de-activate without a fair warning of review.
After placing my order, I recieved an error screen that said there was trouble completing my order. Later I placed the order again with success. However I recieved two emails with two different order numbers. I really like the shirt so I was I was cool with playing for the second shirt. A day or two later, I recieved a third email from Stephen, informing me of this mistake of the duplicate order, and that my account would be refunded for the second accidental order.
These errors have occurred with other websites, so it was not a big deal to me, but the thing that separates Teepublic from the other websites, is the honesty, and quick resolution (that wasn't necessary)
Of this potential issue. I just recieved my shirt(s) and I'm very satisfied with the product, and more so with the level of customer service I received! Thanks again Stephen and your team, and teepublic.
I ordered a Meme Doge tshirt because I love memes and I chose a color which looked a little different than what I received. The size was a little tight for me as well. I usually fit into small but this made me want to get a medium.
Nevertheless I contacted teepublic for an exchange. I was willingly and happily send the other shirt back for an even exchange but they told me that I DONT HAVE TO SEND IT BACK! And that they will ship out the new one with the different size and different color. I am more than happy and super grateful. Don't get me wrong the first shirt was nicely printed and the quality is good. I would highly recommend purchasing from here.
I ordered about a dozen shirts, ALL in the same size but when they arrived some shirts ran a bit smaller than others. So the ones that were a little snug, I reordered in the next size up, which was at least half. I used the exchange item forum they provide and in MINUTES, I got an e-mail explaining my order for the bigger sizes had been put in and to donate/use/give away the shirts that I already had; no need to send them back. I was ELATED with the response time, how fast they put the new order in and that I can donate or give away the shirts that already arrived. I appreciate that there are artists that are able to eat via TeePublic, the abundance of creativity on the site and the ability to express myself through the shirts. I am an automatic repeat customer and this will be where I look for graphic shirts in the future.
As I hadn't ordered the right size hoodie, I reached out to a very helpful team, They not only replaced the hoodie with the correct size, they kindly did not charge me again and said I could gift the smaller hoodie to another child. I recommend their service and quality.

Placed an Order May 1st. Or didn't arrive until June. I understand companies are having a difficult time with the pandemic so I planned to let it go until I actually received the order... I ordered some shirts and two hoodies. Only one hoodie arrived. The hoodie that was delivered was supposed to be an XL but the hoodie itself has to be a small or a medium for children. Idk. What I do know is I'm highly pissed and that these people are scammers. Plain and simple. I will never spend money with them again and I will go out my way to let people know to never spend their money with TeePublic.

I predered three tees for a gift and got the sizing very wrong! I purchased 2 tshirts and unfortunately one tshiret was sized to small. I reached out to customer service and they replied within an hour (yes an hour). Amazing response time they will send out a new tshirt in a larger size. Awesome a big thanks to Cameli. Would purchase from site again.
The female classic tees are so soft and comfortable. Recommend ordering up 2 sizes as they run small. Customer service was so very helpful! I will recommend to friends and family for sure.
In November 2020, I ordered several stickers for a laptop. I tracked my order on trackmymail.biz and saw that my order had come into my city and was staged for delivery but it was then routed over to another city due to PARS processing which means it was identified as undeliverable-as-addressed. I waited to see if my stickers would somehow get out of PARS purgatory but of course once it got there, it remained in that blackhole forever. I contacted TeePublic Customer Service and confirmed that they had my correct address. They promptly reshipped the stickers and this time they were successfully delivered to my home. The stickers are now all over my laptop. Maybe I've arranged them too excessively orderly though.
I want to say how professional and courteous the TeePublic Customer Service were with my correspondence. I have confidence in ordering from TeePublic in the future and also have confidence in their Customer Service team if any issues come to light.
Tee Public has been amazing towards me. The artwork and tshirts are phenomenol.
I do reccomend to get a size bigger for the females. If a size is incorrect, they will be glad to help.

I loved going through all their selections from all their artists. It was so fun just picking out stuff and customizing the art on shirts, mugs, stickers and masks. I bought one of each! The quality was great. And even though the shirt size was too fitting and small, the process of exchanging it couldn't have been easier - and I shop alot online!
I discovered teepublic 3 years ago. Since then it has become a family tradition for Christmas that I get shirts made for my neices and nephews. I ordered one tshirt for my neice that was not printed correctly. I emailed customer service before I went to bed. When I woke up they had already responded and were sending me a replacement shirt right away. I highly recommend them. To date I have ordered 15 shirts over last 3 years. The company stands behind the shirts, emailed customer service once 3 years ago. All shirts have all held up over the years and multiple washings with no issues. Definitely happy I took a chance and ordered from them. And definitely a return customer.
Ordered a hoodie for myself and my husband, along with a t-shirt. Unfortunately nothing fit properly. I contacted customer service and my items were replaced IMMEDIATELY, along with being told they would rather me donate the items that did not fit. Excellent customer service!

Ordered two shirts, the quality is excellent but the fit was just a bit small. I sent them an email and within a few hours new shirts were on the way. They even told me to keep the original shirts. They now have a new customer that will make many future purchases. THAT IS HOW YOU DO BUSINESS!
From ordering to receiving was super fast be aware when ordering female sizes, they are small very small, that said after being in contact with the company they are replacing the order with bigger sizes.

I had bought a couple of hoodies from Tee Public, and when they arrived they were a bit too snug for my Dad Bod. SO I contacted Tee Public, and within minutes I had a reply and the exchange was complete. Not hassle, no question, just great customer service!
Ordered a T-shirt and Sweatshirt for my daughter. The sweatshirt is perfect. As the site advised, I ordered up a size on the t-shirt. I quickly received my order and the t-shirt is still pretty small. I contacted customer service and within a few minutes, I had a response. I chose another t-shirt size and was told to keep the original! This may be due to Covid but I had a resolution to my issue within minutes of discovering the t-shirt to be too small. I've never dealt with better customer service. The shirts themselves are of nice quality and the designs on them are bright and colorful with no cracking or peeling. I will definitely be a returning customer.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
