I have bought a hoodie form them. The shippment was way too long, but when they got to know that I havent recieved my order yet, they sent me another and when the first came, they let me keep the second hoodie for free. Its first time I have encountered it and Im impressed. Aslo the quality of the cloth is really good and very nice to touch.

I Ordered a Large and Got barely a Medium!?! Then they WOULDN'T take it Bake because it was Customized! All they had to do was Say our sizes Run Small! One of Many disappointed Customers ‼

Didn't get what I paid for after 20 days, wanted me to redo an order then they "didn't have it in stock" and when I got the refund I lost around 6dollars.
Never buying from this shi* site ever again.
My review has been "pending" for 19 days. Customer service took forever to get back to me and then their reply was "we're working on it". I feel ripped off.
I had an issue with my initial order but the service team was unbelievable quick to resolve it! I couldn't ask for a better experience. Thanks everybody!

It is pretty sad to pay for merchandise and then never get the merchandise. Even after disputing with payment company, Teepublic has not responded. Makes me wonder...

My Grand Daughter is caught up with dragons. I found a bunch of dragon T shirts at your site. I picked one out and let her look. She selected an entirely different shirt - she loves it.
I found a blue Jolly Rancher wrapper in the merchandise. One of the t-shirts had candy shards stuck to it staining the fabric. Especially during COVID, this is very gross. Disappointed :(
You may never get it. Takes days & days for them to print the shirt. Customer service is a robot. Abysmal. So many other great tshirt companies save the hassle go elsewhere
Ordered medium tee shirt & when arrived it was obviously extra small despite label of M.No return address & unable to contact.
£30 for this never again what a waste of money.

Told me a month ago that I will get my money refunded and still haven't gotten it. Emailed them countless times and have not received any sort of feedback regarding my order.
I ordered about 15 shirts for my family. It's for my daughter who has MPS, to raise awareness. They came within 6 days! So quick! Definitely will use them again! :)
Shirts run small even when sizing up and so do face masks. Customer service is slow and not helpful. Was not able to fix my issue. Spent almost $100 on my order. Waste of money. Don't bother.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
