"I'm sorry to hear your shirt didn't fit as hoped! I went ahead and processed your exchange for the new one and it should reach you soon. There's no need to send the original back to us—we encourage you to keep, donate, or reuse it!"
IT DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN THAT … QUALITY ON ALL FRONTS! FROM HERE ON OUT, I WILL BE ORDERING ALL MY T-SHIRTS FROM THEM.
Tee shirts were exactly as described. Company was super responsive when I reached out about a small issue and resolved it quickly by going above and beyond what was expected.
Shirts are great and super soft, size issue however due to my husband ordering me as a gift and replacement was easy and fast. Would order from here again!
It was our second month uploading designs for TeePublic. Our designs are selling well. Our paycheck for the next billing is $200 and it should arrive in a week from now. And guess what? TeePublic removed our account without any explanation why! And we cannot get the credits for the designs that we sold. THIS WEBSITE IS TOTALLY A SCAM!

Pretty much every day one of my family members is wearing a TeePublic shirt. Such cool designs, everyone can find something personal and perfect from them! They can be real conversation starters! We feel really good purchasing from a company that works with artists like they do. I love knowing the artist is compensated every time I choose their artwork for my attire. The quality of shirts is really good. We have several from a few years ago and they are still going!.
Late the other night, I went on a little shopping spree because of the great sale I saw. I wanted to get the fam's approval before finalizing order. When I pulled it back up first thing in the morning, the sale was gone and the price was higher. I emailed and asked if there was any way to still get the discount, please. Quickly, I got a response that she'd be happy to help. They got it all taken care of much faster than I would have thought! And I have 8 awesome shirts on the way!

Not too long ago I ordered two size medium shirts with designs of rock bands I am a fan of, and they came to my house approximately 10 days after my order was placed which was exactly as long as was estimated. They were very nicely packaged and the designs were just like the images online. The only issue I had was that one size medium fit smaller than the other one. After emailing TeePublic right away about this issue, I received an email back within the following day. The response was very kindly written and I wrote back several other times and corresponded with multiple customer service employees over the next couple of days, all of which were really understanding and patient. They successfully clarified my initial confusion and offered to send me the same shirt in the next size up so it would fit me better. Not only did they do that for me, but they allowed me to keep the original size medium I received, so I did not have to go through the hassle of shipping it back and the size large being potentially too big on me. The second shirt arrived at my doorstep in very short time following the conversations with customer service (less than a week), free of charge. From this experience, I can say that I believe TeePublic is an extremely reputable site with outstanding customer service if any of your orders or parts of your order happen to go wrong. I'm very pleased with my now three shirts and I would definitely order from them again! These guys are awesome!

I was very pleasantly suprised by the quality of the prints and the shirt itself! Also, my interests are quite unique but TeePublic had many designs to choose from. My new go-to for shirts.
I bought a 50€ hoodie and got the order confirmation, later they sent me an email saying the product isn't in stock. When I asked for a refund, no reply! Don't waste your money.
What is with this company! I tried ordering t-shirts and the website just bombs out when trying to pay with Paypal. Ordering and mailing costs are all screwed up and keeps on trying to get me to put in credit card number. I have a paypal account with money to make purchases from websites like this. Got an automated reply from customer services and that was it, Now have read reviews and seeing all the problems customers have will go elsewhere. Its a shame that the artists are let down by bad website and Teepublic team.
Two weeks later. So I will update my previous review. Just could not get Paypal to work on this site. Customer Services could only manage one email per day. I am on UK time, not sure where they are. After three days of emails Customer Services manually input my order after I sent them many details. They then sent me a direct Paypal payment link confirmed my order and Yay! In pretty quick time I got the T-Shirts. I only persevered because it was my daughters birthday present. Nice T-Shirts. Helpful Customer services in the end.
Should have read the reviews b/4 ordering. It was 2-3 sizes smaller than stated, also cheap flimsy material. I doubt they will refund my money as they claim it is made to order. DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! MANY OTHER REVIEWERS HAVE THE SAME SIZE COMPLAINT, BUT THEY OBVIOUSLY DONT GIVE A CRAP ABOUT IT.
I accidentally ordered the wrong case, I was buying a case as a gift and when it got here I immediately realized it was WAAAAY too small, I contacted them for an exchange and they were very prompt. Before even responding to me they had already shipped out the new case that I needed and asked me to keep the wrong case by recycling it or giving it away. I thought this was amazing of them and I most definitely recommend their services.
2 t-shirts ordered 12 days ago and i am still being told they are being prepared. I live 2 hours away from New York where Teepublic is based out of. I have sent numerous emails and keep receiving automated replies. I will say they are very quick and had no problems with taking the money out of my bank account. I can not stress this enough, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.

Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
