So I had a minor problem with order placement... and their customer service was FAST, FRIENDLY, and POSITIVE! Within about five minutes they had a immediate resolve that exceeded my expectations! Way to go! You have earned a customer for life! Whenever I need a custom, original tee or just something super cute I know where to go!

Here we go again. I ordered 2 shirts. They sent them by UPS. UPS says they sent them to USPS. USPS says they were received but not accepted. Tee Public should either use FEDEX or USPS all the way. UPS sucks. The USPS says the received them the 18th of July. Here it is the 27th and nothing. I doubt if I will ever order from tee public again if they do business this way. Besides they should have a customer service dept with a phone number to call.
Ordered 3 shirts. 2 of them are true to size. One of them is completely off. Emailed twice now and received zero response from them... Guess I'm stuck with a shirt we can't wear and wasted money.
The other day I ordered 4 sweatshirt crewnecks. My size is a large at basically every clothing store/brand so I ordered that size. When they arrived I tried them on and they were a little snug. I could have just wore them but I knew after 1 wash it was game over and I would never fit in them again. So I reached out to the company about getting an exchange. It was the easiest exchange I have ever done In my life. I filled out a super short questionnaire detailing the issue. Within 30 minutes I received a response from Samuel in customer service. He informed me that he confirmed a new order of the same merchandise in XL. I was super happy! Unlike most places I was expecting to be emailed a shipping label so I can return the merchandise. To my surprise they informed me to keep the clothes and donate the them if I could to someone in need or pass it along to a friend. Seriously the best customer service ever and now someone else can enjoy the sweatshirt crewnecks. I highly recommend shopping with TeePublic! My only advice is if you're buying a crewneck sweatshirt order 1 size larger.
I ordered a shirt, got the wrong one delivered. Immediately emailed to ask for a refund, got an automated response saying they will be in touch in two business days. Very disappointed.
Ordered an item on December 12th and was not shipped till December 18th. I paid $20 for 3 day shipping. Item was not processed until December 18th as well in which a label has been created not shipping. Needed this item for December 20th and will not have it clearly. This company is very hard to contact and get any answers from.
They did tell me in an email if I were to have purchased this on the 17th I would have it by Xmas. I purchased this in the 12th!
I ordered the wrong size T-shirt and requested a change. They cheerfully did so, and allowed me to keep the original shirt as well. Speedy delivery, fine product, and superior customer service!
I ordered a T-Shirt at TeePublic which I had to exchange - it was a gift and did not fit properly (my mistake!). So I asked to have it exchanged and what I got was the best customer support. Not only was my request worked on AT ONCE but also did I get the right sized shirt in no time PLUS I did not have to send the wrong shirt back OR pay any shipping fees. I was encouraged to keep the shirt or donate it instead. THANK YOU!

At first, I was not sure about ordering something with TeePublic... Who knows what happens if you order something in the U. K. after Brexit, will the sweater arrive in time for my daughter's birthday (we live in Belgium), how about customs etc etc. But finally I did order. Because this sweater was really made for her. Then I soon realized that I ordered the wrong size. I immediately contacted customer service, only to learn that my order had already been shipped! Today, only one week after my initial order, I have received confirmation that the second sweater - in the right size - is already on its way. So it will arrive in time for my daughter's birthday, without any extra charges. I even don't have to send the original order back! And in the meantime I have received several kind mails from Teepublic customer service, telling me all that I need to know. For me this is a unique customer service experience, for which I am truly grateful. So to all potential TeePublic customers outside the UK, hesitating to order: Never mind Brexit, you will get your order sooner than you think and in the nicest possible way!

The masks are amazing. Besides the design, I love the fabric that is made out of, I have other masks and the fabric is very important so it's not irritating your face, it's a two ply so I was able to easily slide in a PM 2.5 filter for some added protection against Covid -19. It only took about two weeks to get in or less. And I feel like I'm able to express myself well wearing a mask with the awesome designs. I HAVE SPENT HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS ON MASKS, THIS IS DEFINITELY THE BEST BUY I'VE DONE SINCE THE PANDEMIC STARTED! THANK YOU TEE PUBLIC!
So I was trying to buy this shirt and when I put in my card info it kept getting declined and yet the transactions went through!

I have ordered from TeePublic for years and always loved their quality. I love being able to support independent artists and there are countless amounts of designs for anything you can think of. Recently I ordered from TeePublic and was so disappointed to see that the product of their prints on the 7 sweaters I ordered were incredibly low quality. It shocked me because I'm a long time customer and never had such bad quality. Turns out they changed their printing company and that seems to be what resulted in the poor quality. I brought it up to them and at first they seemed to not care, but immediately after I had 4 different people emailing me telling me they wanted to fix it. I had submitted photo proof of the bad quality prints. What were vibrant colors on their website came to my home dramatically dull, faded, and looking like one wash was going to erase half the print.
The great people at TeePublic decided to fix this. They allowed me to donate the 7 sweaters and let me choose 7 different sweaters to make up for it. This is great because I get what will hopefully be better printed products, 7 sweaters will be donated off, and 7 new independent artists will be compensated by TeePublic (I hope!) for their great work. It's a win-win-win. I just hope TeePublic finds a way to make sure that their print quality is up to par from now on. What was up to par, however, and has always been is their exceptional customer service.

Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
