They overpromise and underdeliver. Would recommend never to use them! I ordered something on December 10th and as of December 16th I had not received it. Amazon you are not! They have no way to contact them quickly. Terrible customer service!
Needed a different sized shirt and their communication was quick and responsive. Got an exchange the same day. Shirt was high quality, but fit on the very tight end size wise.
Their customer service is the best. I ordered the wrong shirt and they sent me out a new one within days. I am so happy with my purchase and so is my wife. We love our new shirts. Will be back
Tee Public is a bunch of liars I've been on their website for a long time anyway they just decided to terminate my account for absolutely no reason they said that I violated their terms of service and I didn't they are a bunch of liars
Buying clothing on line is risky on sizes but until now I had managed to be successful. This time I ordered a women's medium and when it came it was that size but was too small (I guessed wrong). Using the "exchange" procedure on the TeePublic website I sent in a request for a women's large. I got a pretty quick response and was advised that they had put in the order for the large AND I DID NOT NEED TO SEND THE MEDIUM BACK.
In addition my mistake, I earlier received an unsolicited e-mail from TeePublic advising that they were running slow on shipments as they were effected by the Corona virus (as most everyone is) and as a "token" they were going to refund my shipping cost (which they did).
Customer Service actions like these are unfortunately few and far between!
I've ordered a few shirts from TeePublic in the past and have always been really happy with them. With my most recent order, there was a slight difference in the print size of the shirts I received and the sample photos on the site. The print was slightly larger, and in my opinion, gave the shirts a different look. I let them know that it was not a big deal, they were still okay, just not what I was hoping for. I wasn't upset or demanding anything, and I wasn't expecting anything. Maybe an offer of 25% off my next order or something like that. Nope. They insisted on making it right. It took a couple tries, but eventually the print matched the sample on the site. Everything shipped immediately and at no cost to me. They were extremely kind the entire time and it really felt like their biggest concern was not cost, but me being happy with my order. Customer service doesn't get any better than that. I've always recommended TeePublic to people when they ask about my shirts and I will continue to do so.

I ordered a child's t shirt in early June and have yet to receuve the shirt or hear from them. My won't status says order unfulfilled and they have not responded to my numerous messages. Not only am I out $20, my daughter never got her birthday gift. This company sucks and are a total rip off! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!
I purchased T-shirts from this company in Dec. 2019 and had a good experience with them so decided to order my young grandsons some shirts from them this year for Christmas. They have a great selection of shirts to choose from. I ordered the 4 shirts on Nov. 11,2020 and received them in the mail on Nov. 17,2017. Was surprised to get them so quickly as everything from other stores that I am ordering now during the pandemic is taking much longer than usual. It was a pleasant surprise to receive them within 6 days of my order.
I loved the shirts I chose but realized that I had ordered incorrectly on 2 of the sizes. Two of them would not fit the boys. I immediately emailed customer service to see what could be done about the shirts and to assist me in getting the correct size. They got back to me very promptly and sent a size chart and some suggestions. I was still having trouble in choosing the correct size and after emailing back and forth several times (all within the same day of my original email to them), I sent them the chest and length measurements of the boys. I was also having trouble finding the original Tee shirts I wanted on their site and emailed them that problem. The bottom line is, they picked the correct size for the shirts and went ahead and ordered them and and they are on their way to my home. This was all done in the course of 1 day. They promptly got back to me every time i emailed them and kept assuring me that they were very glad to be of assistance. I can not say enough about the customer service at TeePublic. They are amazing to do business with and I highly recommend them!
The print isn't sharp but the t-shirt looks like good quality. U can tell it was copied from a bad image. The trade mark symbol is recognizable. The outline from the logo to the letters are fuzzy.
Provided a shirt fr Norton Commando with a Honda 175 on it instead. When contact they said that is the way it is, so I'm stuck with it.
A Norton Commando is a highly desirable classic motorcycle. A Honda 175 is not a Norton Commando and a laughable mototrcycle akin to a an AMC Gremlin.

I have used TeePublic for a while now. I have found it difficult to buy good quality tees online... they often shrink upwards, or sideways, or the print isn't aligned properly, or the general "feel" of the fabric is poor, to say the least. However, with every shirt I have bought from TeePublic, the service has been excellent, the quality is to[-rate, and the pricing is very fair. I will give you one example of their service: I placed an order recently for three tees. Two for me, one for my daughter. The shirts arrived, but the one for my daughter was not the one I ordered (these things happen, I know). So I contacted their customer service, and received a reply almost immediately. I had to send photos of the shirt we received by mistake, and they replaced it without question. And it arrived very quickly. I was very impressed! The other thing about their t-shirts is that the designs are by many independent artists, and they receive a payment for each shirt sold. My favourite is the Sad Robot range... do yourself a favour and check them out... Neil Powell (France)

I ordered a shirt for my son of the brave little toaster size 5 and from the pictures it seemed like you typical tee with a logo. No high expectations were had especially with the ongoing promo for 30% off which made the shirt $14 plus shipping and tax over $22. I received a confirmation on the webpage but no further email about the order (completion/delivery) so I was kind of in the dark on when to expect my tee. It finally came in today and I was excited! But after opening the package I noticed a few things off about the product. First I noticed the color which seemed a bit faded from the black it was supposed to be. Second thing was the logo just didn't seem shiny or smooth and itself seemed faded. Third was the screening method that was used was very poor you can very clearly see cracking and a waffle pattern from the screening process. Overall it seemed like someone else owned the shirt and washed it a few times before I received it. I would say I'd refund the product but I typically avoid products/ manufacture that seem to not work out. I rate a two because I received the product and in a reasonable amount of time. Picture is the short side by side to another clothing item that's been washed at least 30 times and has been owned for a few years.
I can't even get order status! Never received email confirming order (3 t's), they sure deducted $ out of my account! Don't be a fool, check with BBB and reviews. My bad :(
Ordered a Hoodie as a gift for family member. Took a little longer than anticipated, but realizing these shirts are Professionally made to Order, Not A Problem. Family member just received today, and in his words: Outstanding! Quality Company & true artisans; will definitely be keeping at this top of my list for any "Throwback" Tees I plan on Ordering going forward. Only caveat: Their UPS updating can use just that, Tracking says it still hasn't left the Warehouse yet. GREAT JOB GUYS, YOU HAVE A FUTURE AHEAD OF YOU! Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
