Ordered 4 space force t-shirts, all xl female, "tri-blend" (they came 97%cotton, 3%spandex) all fit differently, some way too big! Noticed that they carefully cut off previous tags and stamp TEEPUBLIC on them. The designs were faded looking. All made in Pakistan! Some had black specks on the designs too. Bad quality
Total ripoff. The masks are way too small for an adult. Also the words "3rd and whatever" are cutoff or completely missing due to the small size of the mask. These were intended as a Father's day gift for my elderly Father. They're not good enough to give to him. Disappointing garbage.
Wasn't happy with the small size of a tee I purchased for my Granddaughter, well I texted them and they went above and beyond to help me! I don't remember ever having this fast and polite customer service from any other company. I wish this business the very best and thank you!
When I went to order tee shirts, the website told me my credit card was denied, so I logically assumed the transaction did not go through. I notified TeePublic by chat that their website wasn't accepting credit cards properly. (My credit is just fine, thank you.) Lo and behold, I happened to check my credit card, and the charge HAD gone through, for a product I no longer wanted from TeePublic. What is going on with them? By the way, I could find no actual phone number for the company.
I ordered an item and they shipped incorrect size. I received a response to my email on Christmas night!
The next day another, more expensive item was shipped at no cost and no shipping fee.
I buy online at least once a week, and never found a friendlier company.
Thank you!
After a few emails back and forth with customer service, Stefan was able to determine that a female style shirt was sent to me instead of the male sizing I ordered. I included photos of the shirt in question, and while two other customer service representatives weren't able to resolve my problem, patience on my part resulted in a satisfactory outcome; a new shirt will be sent to me free with no shipping fees. I've received seven shirts, and only this one had sizing issues. I've been very pleased with the artwork, and I'm excited about wearing them and giving some of these shirts as gifts. Thank you, Stefan, for resolving this matter!
I usually don't leave reviews especially not bad ones but this place is so bad in junction with how terrible US mail services are. I have been waiting A MONTH for my package to get here. I can't even tell you how good the quality is of the items because I can't even get them to my house! Their website is horrible and actually helping you track the items, there's no rush in actually getting the items finished and shipped, and then the mail services won't even rush either to get anything to the customers on time. I will never ever ever be wasting my money or time on this website ever again. This is a poor excuse of a company.
As a first time customer of TeePublic I was beyond impressed with their customer service. This year because of the pandemic I did most of my shopping on line and took a chance ordering from different websites I wasn't familiar with. I ordered a large tee shirt as a secret Santa gift and it arrived promptly on time. However, the sizing ran a little on the small side as the large fit more like a medium. I sent an email out on New Year's Eve regarding an exchange and on New Year's Day the XL was on its way! My emails were answered within minutes and on a holiday! The best part was that I didn't have to send the original back. They simply sent the new size. Free. How easy was that. I would definitely order from them again.
I had ordered a shirt. Never arrived. I contacted customer service, they went above and beyond to re ship my order and it arrived just in time for Christmas. The business its self has many options. But the service provided was on another level and couldn't thank them enough for what they did for me.
Terrible return policy and website makes it difficult for you to contact them about returning your items. I emailed them a return request in December 2020, it's now late January 2021 and still no reply. For the price I paid for three T-shirts I was expecting a great quality print, it wasn't very good at all and looked nothing like the images on there website. The T-shirt it's self was very poor. Don't waste your money on a T-shirt company that doesn't care about its customers
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.
Answer: Contact them thru home page. I had an issue and they were very helpful and made it right!
Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
