It has been easy to contact Telecan whenever, I am faced with any issue. The customer care representative listen and have given me solutions that best fits my needs plus the customer care are pleasant and will allow me express my requirements. The customer care representatives are knowledgeable about support in the network. Call wait time is realistic and there is no waitlist, so I don't have to worry about holding on phone or waiting to be transferred!
Always takes too long to get a connection. Sometimes more than 10 minutes. Not easy to refresh your ip-address. Occasional random service dropouts when connecting to overseas servers (that problem did not occur with previous isp.) On the plus side, no contracts, no fee increases. So I stay hooked up.

Despite our goal of 100% customer satisfaction Irene, we clearly fell short in this instance, since we rely on our cable carriers for last-mile services. Telcan began as a long-distance phone service provider founded in 1998 by 3 University of Waterloo students who did what engineers do best - find technical solutions to everyday problems.
The first problem we solved was how to provide businesses with dependable, affordable phone services. In 2004 we launched Callture.com, a provider of cloud business phone systems. In 2015 we launched oyemobile.com, a provider of prepaid international phone calls and international mobile top-up services.
