I use this option when I am ill and just can't get to the public doctor. They care and they always have my prescriptions faxed to my pharmacy quick so that I can heal. No fuss no hassles. I will continue to use them in the future.
Enrolled in the monthly plan as described on the web page that you can pay $29 and some change for monthly care over the phone which includes unlimited visits. My first visit was great. My second visit was rushed and left me confused and I was told to make another for other issues. I go to set up a new appointment the next day and it did not allow me. When I called to ask why the woman told me that there are a limited two visits per month. This was not what the website promoted. Both images are from the same page talking about the same advertised pla
They are the wolf of Wall Street for Telehealth. I've been waiting for six hours for my daughters Amoxicillin, I verified over four hours ago no allergies and I got about ten different excuses for why it wasn't call in. They call you or text you from multiple numbers and you don't speak to a doctor they don't even know doctors they out source hoping a doctor will pick up and then tell you "the doctor" is with a patient. So unprofessional. I work at a hospital, and this is against many ethical codes of conduct.
Tip for consumers:
That it is fraudulent and against many codes of conduct. Most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered in the medical profession.

I signed up online to see a doctor. I did not receive a call so I called and could only get a recording to leave a message. After waiting for a couple of hours I call again and left another message. No one called me and I was charged $79.95 for filling out the form online. My credit card company told me that it was legitimate charge and there was nothing they could do. Beware of this company.

No communication. Paid $75 for one time visit and was prescribed OTC hydrocortizone cream. When I said I have been using that for a week and was hoping for a prescription that would help heal, I received NO REPLY. So basically, they took $75 and gave me NO HELP at all. The only communication I received was ~"thank you for paying us $75" and ~ "How did we do?"
I was in serious pain and needed something other than a prescription for an Over The Counter ointment.

I have two regular scripts. Thought I'd do the family plan as it allows 10 visits per year. Kiddos get flu, simple call in for a script. Great deal. Not so. I always had 3 month supply on my scripts as it's a heck of a savings over monthly. I asked. They WILL NOT FILL 3 months. The pharmacy can't reach out to them to get next script ready. I have to request the refill. No biggie. When I do call in to ask for refill they tell me I have to do a doctors consult EVERY MONTH. My "family plan" only allows 10 consults. So I don't even get a full year out of it for just my scripts. VERY MISLEADING.
I have used TeleMedfirst multiple times, and they always come through for me. They are very quick to respond, which, when you're sick is absolutely necessary. They have never disappointed me. It's been an easy transaction every time.
After suffering from a severe cough for over 10 days i could not go one more day without sleep. I was helped in less than an hour with a prescription sent to my local pharmacy. Very kind and compassionate staff on the phone.
I was having an eye problem, during the weekend nonetheless, and found this site online.
It is absolutely legitimate, and the team was able to accommodate and help me in a short time for less than the cost of an urgent care.
Wonderful team that cares! I am going to look into the annual package now.

They called my prescription in to my local pharmacy which was very convenient and the process was extremely easy and fast.
My daughter had a severe whole body rash, and we only used the service because we are out of state in retrospect I shouldn't have! They initially said it would be two hours and then one more hour and then one more hour…. No, it was over five hours after we paid to get a response AND we NEVER even talked to a provider just received a text that said they thought she was fine and not to change anything. What a waste! As a nurse practitioner myself they must be jumping through some major hoops to make this even legal!
This site gets their money up front then their customer service goes out the window. They promised a call from a representative to discuss my health situation which never happened. Upon calling finally getting a representative they stated they had called which I assured they did not. I asked for a specific medication and they proscribed something else never calling to discuss this option. After specifically requesting a call I got a text from the provider tasting the benefits of the medicine she proscribed but stated she would call if I wanted to speak. She never called. They wore me out and the height of frustration upon further reviews there are many sites that offer the same crappy services for much less
We were on vacation out of state, when my daughter's medicine ran out. I was able to get a refill through TelMDFirst within a day. Such a relief to have this service and avoid going to an urgent care or emergency room!
We got stuck on a Sunday needing medication for our daughter. TelMD First was quick, easy to navigate, and they listened and helped us get what we needed within 5-6 hours. I will happily use this site and their team in the future when we are outside of doctors office hours and don't want to sit inside an urgent care for something we can solve from home. I am very happy with this company and the people working for them. Thank you for everything! You were a huge lifesaver to our family.

To anyone that may be hesitant to use an online health service, I was too. However, I honestly have nothing but positive feedback. The process was easy and quick when compared to others. For example, have you ever been sick or needing medical assistance on a weekend and tried visiting an urgent care? Trying to schedule M-F is tough enough, right?
If you have ever had to do a weekend urgent care, you probably know it can be a very long wait (most every time). Many times up to a 2 hour wait IF you can be seen and good luck trying to find one open on a Sunday.
I was able to speak to a doctor within approximately 15 minutes after my initial contact. The doctor was caring, thorough, excellent, and a professional!
Short story-
I highly recommend TelMDFirst!
Thank you
My earlier review I had given 3 stars, but since then the CEO text me and asked about the 3 stars. I explained what had happened and they quickly got in touch with another doctor on their staff. Long story short I finally received my Rx late Monday...9 days after the fact...and 9 days of withdrawl. I believe this is a Great company, but as in all businesses it is the staff that can make or break it. I do thank the CEO for their great Customer Service, if not for them, I would still be suffering. Hopefully the other people involved learn a valuable lesson and do not blow off someone else needs for Anti-Depression meds.

I originally had given them three stars but I am now changing it to five stars because of the excellent customer service by this company I wrote my review on Friday and two days later on Sunday the CEO of the company text me and asked if they were something they could do to make this right and I told him I needed my prescription and he made it happen and this is what you really call Customer service going above and beyond. I wish I could give him six stars for that. I am giving him five and he say thank you.

I paid to speak with a provider but they never would let me. They kept insisting to know the pharmacy where I picked up my blood pressure medications from last. What TelMDFirst is doing is having the pharmacy send a refill request to your original doctor and then your prescription is filled. You never need to go through TelMDFirst because you can do that yourself. I needed to speak with a provider and that didn't happen. This company is 100 % fraud. Once I caught on to what they were doing and told them they hung up on me.

After moving from a different state, it was difficult to get my medication's refilled but this service made it very easy to get three months worth of medication without having to go to the doctors office.
I have a cracked tooth and don't have an appointment for about a month to have it repaired. I knew, from past experience, I have the start of an infection. Found TelMD First when Googling for help. This service was so quick and accommodating. A prescription for my tooth was sent to my pharmacy to pick up. All taken care of in less than 2 hours. I will definitely use this service again when needed.
I don't think I would ever use this pharmacy again. It takes them too long to fill a prescription and they advertise that prescriptions get filled in minutes! This is false advertisement, especially if you need your meds right away. I needed antibiotics for strep throat. If I would have gone to urgent care I would have gotten the prescription right away. So, not only was the cost more than a visit to the urgent care covered by my insurance company, but I would have been treated promptly had a gone to urgent care. I called several times to get an update when they would fill my prescription and they said they were swamped and could not give me a time-frame. My pharmacy closed by the time I got my prescription, so they had to send it to another pharmacy, which added another 3 hours wait. If TelMDFirst is so swamped, which I understand, then they shouldn't advertise falsely by saying they fill prescriptions in minutes.

I don’t recommend, unless you don’t mind waiting a very long time for prescriptions.

I got a call within minutes to go over my symptoms, my pharmacy of choice, and had a prescription and doctors note all ready to go. I was nervous because I don't have insurance, but $30 a visit is so much cheaper than I would have paid at an urgent care, and faster too!
My doctor ignored me when I asked to renew my prescription and wanted me to make an appointment with a dermatologist three months later. I called Telmed and a prescription the same day!
Very quick call back after submitting need for medication. I went through all 20 steps to set up visit it was within an hour I received a call from someone to go over questions in order to call in a prescription. I spent 5 miserable days trying over the counter for a yeast infection spent just as much money as useless medicine as I did for a virtual call and medication called in to pharmacy. I felt better in less than 12 hours

My first phone visit was ok because I only needed a prescription for pain I asked for a certain prescription but they insisted of giving me what the doctor that I never spoke to suggested instead. I was in so much pain I excepted. My next experience was not so good I am getting the run I have spoken to two people and still haven't gotten a follow up call I would not recommend them.
It was the weekend & I basically needed a prescription, if I had gone to our local urgent care it would cost me $395. I got the medication I needed to get the condition treated quickly. This was so easy & convenient, I would not hesitate to use this service again.
I was worried about my need for a prescription and when I came upon this site their replies to my inquiries calmed down my anxiety. Now I can just chat them up when I need consultation! Thank you very much!
You don't get a call with a doctor. You gett emailed that they are sending in a prescription you didn't asked for and when you call and ask to speak to a doctor you get a rude man that won't identify himself or his credentials but wants to give out medical advice. This is a scam. Run.
Thank you so much Scott.
Glad we got that last prescription sent out for you.
We truly care for each patient and do our very best to make sure you are 100% satisfied.
