Temu has a good customer service, unfortunately the temu company has terrible rules in changing address or order cancellation. But they found a way to rfund 100% of my products that was sent to a wrong address "still waiting for refund but received an email they will refund everything. I've ordered twice from Temu. The first order was small and the second larger. My first order was more of a test and I was very pleased with the 3 items I received and extremely pleased with the price. My second order was 39 items and I was very pleased with all but 3 of them.
I understand if people are upset with the customer service, return difficulties or quality of product and give Temu bad reviews. However when people complain about the packaging or lack of I don't feel that's valid. From the items I've received it is clear that cost can be kept lower for consumers by not providing additional, unnecessary packaging and by not shipping in a box. Keep in mind this is not Amazon, it is Temu who provides free overseas shipping for orders over $10.
We as consumers have a responsibility to be 'smart consumers'. Read reviews, check dimensions and understand how economics and business works. We need to educate ourselves.

Temu has a broad category selection that I've been able to find everything that I need, even things that my kids or husband need. It's become the first place I always go to whenever I want or need something, but another thing that I like is that Temu is affordable. This is a really good powerbank! Super easy to use and very convenient esp bc it comes with different cords for every device. A lot of Temu stuff is cheap and nasty on receipt but trying to return stuff nearly impossible.had a 'chat' online which lasted nearly 30mins at which time i gave up trying and wanted a phone call...when it came that lasted nearly 20mins and got me precisely no-where so it looks like I am stuck with the junk.

I placed an item in my cart and went to checkout. The price of the item went from $6.99 to 37.99. I called customer service which was a total waste of 30 minutes I will never get back. I was actually told by the representative to order the item at the higher price and call back after I receive it for a payment "adjustment". He stated if they denied the adjustment to send the item back for a full refund. I couldn't believe how ridiculous the customer service rep was. No supervisors available. He first tried to tell me that the promotion had ended and that's why the price was higher. That might have worked but the item was still listed at the sale price on their website. Totally trying to rip people off. I've ordered one other time and I am waiting for that order. I will be sending it right back to them. To many places to shop to deal with a company with deceitful practices.

I gave Temu 2 stars because the bird feeder I purchased is decent. I didn't give them more because the wreaths I got were an absolute waste of money. Not even worth the trouble it would be to return them. Doubtful I'll be purchasing from them again based on the wreaths.

I bought several graphic tees from temu. I received my order's, the t shirts are not true to size, the shirts get wider, not longer. Can't wear the t-shirts out in public, they don't cover your belly. Very disappointed, I gave them a chance. Not recommended.

This is the worst system ever. I order many things online and this is incredibly bad. The tracking is vague, never says where items are only things like packaging, cleared customs, it never updates you as to where items are or specifically when it will arrive. Never ordering from them again.

We had 4 separate orders placed within days of each other. One was delivered the rest never came with no explanation. They used a cheap shipping company called Ontrac/Lasership that only has 1 star reviews. Awful experience. We've lived at the same residence for 3 years and have never had issues with deliveries from anyone else. Pay a bit extra for peace of mind. This experience was unacceptable! Also it's impossible to get ahold of the shipping company and Temu's own customer service is basically nonexistent.

I placed m order on 11/29 and have yet to receive my order. They were fast in taking my money and keep giving me the run around. They have changed the delivery date 3 times already and keep telling me to wait another 48 hours. My order is still sitting in the warehouse somewhere. They refuse to give me a refund but they must not know me. I already reported them to BBB and local new channel. I also cancelled my card for any further deduction from afterpay. I've been using Temu to order various styles of hats which I hand paint for resale. Unfortunately, with each order at least 50 to 75% of my order contains crushed hats which are NOT usable, and the damaged goods must be returned for credit. More care MUST be taken while packing orders in order to prevent damaging goods. It appears that Quality Care is lacking during packing.

I found Temu's website through one of their Facebook/Meta Ads. They posted a photo of a lovely pair of earrings which caught my eye. When I clicked on it, I saw they were selling the earrings for $1.88 which did not make sense to me. I Google searched the image and found the original pair of earrings on Etsy for $28. I messaged the owner/artist who confirmed she did not give Temu permission to use her designs. This is a shameful practice that must be stopped at once. I bought the earrings from her instead.

We have over 20 orders on Temu. We loved almost our items. 98 percent satisfaction. I wouldn't rank it high on clothing, but for household, and crafts, and adorable building block toys, Temu is unmatched. After I made the purchase, site promised items will arrive before Christmas otherwise I will get $5 credit within 48 hours. I have been ordering from temu for awhile now and only had a couple small issues but now my next to last order totaling 34.34 was missing a watch that I ordered n they refused to send me one or give me store credit so I can order it again to hopefully receive it.ive emailed them 8 times but all I get is it was all shipped and package was good. They wanted a picture of watch but i told them how can I do that if i never got it.I won't be ordering anything else from them for a long time. Be careful what you order.
