I ordered some items from Temu that never arrived. The company refuses to issue a refund. Their customer service is worthless. They outright stole my money, at least that's what I think it's called when you pay money to a company for merchandise that they do not send, am I correct?
You lost me as a customer after the horrible way I was treated by your employee Leah Sheng. She refused to honor a credit giveaway glitch, which is actually a crime, since the game falsely advertised that I won and then took the prize away. She needs to be fired, if you want temu to last and avoid legal trouble. I am seriously considering suing, if this issue is not resolved. Worst customer service I've ever seen in my life. Cares nothing about the customer or laws. I even asked her four or five time to transfer me to a superior, and she refuses and claims that she spoke to a superior and they too refused to help. But it is obvious she is lying to avoid getting fired, if a superior saw the way she was treating customers.

Yes, I finally succumbed to the Temu spin to win ads! Whether this was a good deal or not is hard to say. The quality of the items was not the best and who knows how these items will last. I purchased a white chunky knit sweater that feels VERY THIN. Striped knit cardigan that looks nice, but the material just feels cheap. Cheap plastic microwave food cover that looks like it's worth maybe a dollar. Heart "cardigan" made of polyester. Laundry room rug that's very thin. Food storage containers that don't appear very sturdy. Vegetable slicer, haven't unboxed it yet. Photos are deceiving I would say. This is dollar store stuff. Actually dollar store stuff is better quality. Ordered 9 items spent around $100. Probably won't reorder from Temu in the future. Cheap, throw away clothing and household goods. Still, they got the order right and delivered in a reasonable timeframe. So they get credit for that!

I had a problem with one of my orders but that's not really the issue here. I was helped by their CS rep named Anna (tho I think it's just a nickname for their reps?) and she was so helpful! She even updated the status of my order and helped me out with my problem. Their CS was really coordinated too cause I talked to another rep after and they were able to help me with the same problem since they had the query from before. Super impressed with their friendly CS!

Watch your cart while ordering, I caught it just in time if I was ordering 1 item it would be increased to 2, more than once this happened. Also I have items missing from my order, and the quality of items I received was just about as expected. You get what you pay for.

I ordered some things for my 11 year old daughter, one of those items being a roll of stickers, once my daughter got to the bottom of the roll after unraveling them to give some to her brothers and stick on every person and surface in our house, she realized very quickly after getting to the bottom that one of the stickers was covered in blood someone else's blood none of ours! I still have the sticker in a little bag and have pics of it!

Fast shipment cheap prices they claim they allow you one free return credit, the only problem is when you use that credit it appears to me in the total that you are repaying for the credit items it's been revised to pay for the new items.

I just want to put a big thank you out there to Temu for ruining Christmas for my kids ordered $600 worth of stuff. Only three-quarter of stuff came in and three-quarter of it was damaged. Temu said that they were not going to refund me or replace it so now my kids are going to get toys and half of their presents for Christmas, and when I told Temu, they basically told me that it wasn't their problem

The problem with these type of places is that they do a whole bunch of things to get you to be a customer. They hand out coupons and they're friendly. As soon as you buy a few things next thing, you know they yank the coupons. They are not that friendly, and they keep making excuses as to why they won't give you any. Either that or they say wait 24 hours and you'll get one! Big boo. So yeah, be grateful if you're a new customer because once you're in it, you will be tossed to the side.

Temu is a lot like Wish. They are selling cheaply made stuff for low prices. So, most is so-so. Occasionally they will have something really good though. If you purchase clothes, purchase way bigger than you need because they will shrink big time. In response to Temu's response, they do not make sure their sellers descriptions are accurate. That is why I have had to use the return/refund me option so much because they do not keep after any sellers to have accurate descriptions even after you report inaccurate descriptions. Don't get me wrong there are good sellers who give accurate info and accurate pics. Most do not though. Luck of the draw as to which you will get.

Don't waste your time nor money on this site. They have you refer people to their cheap site just to not give you the free gifts. Nothing on the site last over a week. Or it's either not what they're promoting, nothing looks like the picture. It's like they steal the original pictures and sale you a cheap version of it. It's the worst don't buy from them I waited for delivery nobody came between the given time slot, after 1/2 hour later they updated that it's delivered with a random picture which doesn't have any name on it. I tried to match the picture with my neighbours but can't find anything. I made a complaint about the picture, after 1 hour they updated that they tried to deliver but no one was at home.
After that I diverted it towards a parcel shop, now they said parcel is very big need special delivery.
Try to contact Temu customer service they said contact delivery partner and ended chat.
Now my 100 pounds are stuck.

Some of their items are a good bargain, but if you ever need any "support," their "Support" team are literally useless and just give you the runaround. I bought this saw but we didn't use it until a pre-planned camping trip. The saw literally broke the first time we tried to saw a piece of wood less than 2 inches in diameter. They wouldn't refund my $11.19 because, when I got the order, there was a shirt I ordered which was not the measurements posted on their site, so I sent it back for a refund right away. We had no idea the saw would be so crappy at that point, so they WILL refund it...but we would have to pay $7.99 to ship it back to them! SERIOUSLY? No. I'm not ordering from them anymore.

I have mixed feelings about this app in general. Products are hit or miss, prices are pretty good and so is shipping times, but the order minimums are annoying. It's maybe 50% worth your time/money depending on what you're buying.
But the new update is absolutely horrible and is ultimately going to drive me away from the app. The new layout is just confusing and annoying. You can't add items from your cart to your wishlist anymore. I used to browse all the time and that would result in sales, but now Temu is gonna be losing a lot of money from me. It's not enjoyable to be on the app anymore and the only time I'd buy something is if I specifically wanted it, no longer from browsing. Not super upset about it, I guess it's good in the long run to stop buying from here so much. Just a really weird anti-business decision that will loose them money.

I was given a £200 voucher via spin a wheel. Asked me to use in the app. I signed up gave me a day to spend but spin a wheel was false advertisement. All discounted items were considered as vouchers while everybody could see the discounted amounts. I contacted their Customer Services but they Just applogised. I have been on the Temu fan-wagon since Super Bowl 2023. Today I am officially making it my last time. I received notice of a delivery in my parcel mailbox which is the mailbox that the post office puts packages in, one per mailbox. Today, I noticed my bag was open but taped up over the excessive tape Temu uses. I will try to figure out how to post videos. The order first is nothing I ordered and second all the packages mostly have been stolen and only the empty boxes/bags were in the package. I am on hold to speak to a live person but thru chat ONLY. I was number 177. Now I'm 134. Hopefully they get to me within the next two hour considering I have been on hold for 30 minutes now. I do not know how this is going to get resolved considering it's my word against their word. Smh. So now I am to the part to upload video and a 30 sec video it's saying its too large. I should've known Temu was too good to be true.
