I ordered a few items just to try it out. We'll days after the delivery date still no package. I contacted customer support who said the USPS had my package. Well I pulled it up and showed them they did not. I asked why they would lie about something they knew I could look up? Their response was we didn't lie. I told them I just sent you proof you did. Well I called the usps and they stated that they had provided a false tracking number and it was a scam. Had to call several times and threaten with charges and a lawsuit to get my money back. Do not trust these Chinese businesses!

If you never try Temu before, lucky for you! Please don't try it. This company is treating their customers by providing free gifts to you and asking you inviting new users to download their app. Once your friends signed it up, the company doesn't give you any free gifts by saying that " your friend isn't qualified for the new users, please invite another new friends!" Secondly, the quality of products are not good! I had a really bad customer experience from this company!

I placed an order with them And was supposed to receive my package on 2/16/23. Instead of receiving my package I received a note from the United States post office stating that they regret to inform me that the postage label on my package is counterfeit I must pay for my shipping. I refuse to pay since the shipping was free. I've been fighting with them ever cents to get my money back. Every response is the same from them. They refused to give me my money back stating it was shipped. So, I had to file a dispute charge.

I have only had positive experiences with Temu so far. I've probably ordered there 8 times already. I have always been satisfied so far! You should be aware that if you buy Bluetooth headphones for 3 euros, you cannot expect the quality as with items from A... etc etc.

I recently looked into to temu and thought it was going to be great. I bought a bug repellent and an air purifier. For like 16 dollars. To good to be true. The air purifier came in pieces with zero instructions in English. These are extremely extremely cheap products just to get you to buy from them. AND! If you think for one second your going to be the one out of ten a day world wide to get a Nintendo switch for $7 dollars... You're image to believe that. Nintendo's company would NEVER let that happen. This is a pure scam out right

I ordered from Temu a lot before because the stuff was at a good price and the shipping was good. All of a sudden some piggy ship got involved and all 7 packages they have I have yet to receive. I've contacted them and have yet to email me back let alone update the system. After I get all my $5 late fee credits I'm deleting this app.

After placing an order with temu someone tried to log into my bank account. Luckily my bank noticed suspicious activity and locked my account. After this, I saw on Reddit that I am not the only person this has happened to. There are many people comparing that after after making a purchase with temu, they noticed fraudulent charges on their accounts. If I would have known this prior I would have NEVER made a purchase. So be aware that your information is not safe with them.

Ordered multiple items including some shoes and clothing. While I haven't tried out the other items yet they appear to be in good shape and good value but I regret ordering the shoes and clothing as all was too small. I won't be ordering these items again as I spent a fair amount of time insuring the the size I ordered as correct and I've not had this problem with other shoes or clothing purchases so if you're going to order clothing or shoes from Temu make sure you order at least a few sizes larger than what their descriptions tell you.

I am a very dedicated Temu customer. I have been pleased with the quality and price of all the items I have purchased. I also love that they honor their promise of a $5 credit when my order is delayed. In the beginning I mainly bought items under $1 (I love kitchen gadgets and cleaning cloths). However, I have recently bought some dresses and household items and have been extremely pleased. My only complaint with Temu is that I found a dress that I loved and planned to buy one in every color but they discontinued the dress after I only had 3 of them. Many of the items I have purchased are also available on Amazon for double or triple the price for the exact same item. I will be a customer for life as long as the continue to offer great prices, quality and service.

I have ordered from Temu on several occasions and never had a problem with the delivery or the products that I purchased. HOWEVER, the last 2 orders are being delayed and one of them has a product that is now out of stock. If it was processed and shipped on time the item would not be out of stock. Seriously considering not ordering from Temu again. NOT a happy camper. I watched the ads for a long time, and frankly didn't trust them, which is ironic, considering their advertising line about how the deals are real. Finally, an item came along with a special price for first time users. I decided to gamble on it. Lost that gamble. Their system is broken somewhere and the item I clicked on, and supposedly went in my cart but didn't, before the registration process. During the process I ended up ordering two more items, but was never given the chance to check my cart. The original item was not ordered. I then went back and ordered it but didn't get the promised price. Total elapsed time was 11 minutes. Contacted customer support and talked to a Jasmine. She was unrelenting and didn't care. I will never trust temu again.

I don't normally do reviews. But in my opinion, which may count or may not, TEMU is a good website. The key to be successful is not binge buying just because it seems cheap. Do a little bit of comparing, checking, etc. I have been a customer since Jan 2023, and have not been disappointed. True, few orders seems rubbish but the inconvenience is little compare to the benefits you get. The customer service is excellent too. I will be using TEMU again.

Temu uses an unreliable delivery carrier that leaves packages without so much as knocking on the door or ringing the bell. They don't even send a text message. Twice my packages have been stolen because the package was left in the hallway of my apartment building -- while I was in my apartment and could have take the package from the carrier. I will not shop Temu anymore, because I have no confidence that I will actually receive my purchase. The choice of carrier is Temu's, not mine, and they are responsible for this problem.

Watch out when it looks too good to be true it is.
Downloaded the suspicious app and placed an order. I get order confirmed track the shipping and a day later "order canceled" for "suspicious activity on you payment". I re-order it asks for a copy of the CC with last 4 digits. Order gets confirmed then gets cancelled for "suspicious activity". What is "suspicious" is the app and everything. I don't know what they do with the order info. Apple Pay. I also tried to pay with pay pal. App requires your password for PayPal i.e. Does not link automatically to PayPal as legitimate vendors do. BE CAREFUL! STAY AWAY!

Made my 1st purchase with TEMU in December and have yet to receive it. Their carrier (StraightShip) said the package had been delivered when it had not. I contacted the carrier and was called a liar. Contacted Temu who told me that they would reship the package. I received 2 packages after Temu's guarantee that the initial package had been sent, but have not received the reshipment. Spoke to Temu's Customer Service team and was told to 'trust' the package had been shipped. Asked for a tracking # and was told none was available - wouldn't even tell me the carrier. Long and short - do not trust them. I was happy with the shipments I did receive, but if I cannot be certain I will get the merchandise then what's the point.

I thought this was a wonderful place to deal with but I was wrong. The description on the products does not give a clear picture of what you are buying and secondly the shipping is always late. They actually ship the items very late and the delivery date on tracking the item keeps on changing. Shein delivers on time but I still think that no one can beat the delivery service of Amazon and Walmart.

I probably have over 20 orders already with them... Though some items are just disposable, most are well made with an unbelievably low price. PLUS - shipping is FREE... Shipping is not overnight but it is quick! Excellent selection on just about anything!

Shipping is horrendous and customer service is even worse. If you expect assistant just know you will get generated message which are exactly the same each time you call. The other excuse they give you is that oh ontrac must be overwhelmed smh ITS THEIR JOB
