I will give temu 10 stars for everything! Quality worth money, return /refund options always there as chat with customer service if problem arise love everything about TEMU except delivery people who are very bad not bring package or leave that who knows where.Delivery people sucks. Even now you cant leave message you can't reach them the worst delivery company!
I started purchasing from Temu just before Christmas 2022. I was pleasantly impressed with their product, prices, and service. I live in Hawaii and I normally get my orders in less than 3 weeks. The quality of their products are very good, but when it's not, the Service Dept steps in to rectify the problem quickly. I usually just purchase 1 or 2 of an item that I like, receive my order, then decide if I want more. It's now April 2023 and I'm still shopping on Temu.

I did not receive one item I ordered. They replaced my items with cheap items that could easily be bought at the Dollar Store which, at least has better quality items.i was actually excited to get the items that I had originally ordered but am now angry and feeling I got scammed. My original order was $54.98 but fortunately I had a $25 coupon. However, I still think $33.04 is way to much for the cheap crap I received.
I literally threw it all in the garbage because there wasn't one item I'd use. The company is a scam so save your money.

This is a big, fat scam! Do not waste your money if you are ordering from the USA. I placed one order, my first and my last. They sent me a damaged and USED water bottle. They sent me stationery that is wrinkled and bent. They sent me razors that are dull and dangerous. They sent me scrapbooking papers that are cheap and useless. I raised such a stink with them via their chat, and thankfully, was refunded immediately. I am sick of these overseas companies ripping off customers. It's a scam and a joke! You've been warned.

Trusted friend said I should TEMU. Was skeptical but I gave it a try. Delivery time was long. When product finally did arrive the packaging was inadequate, as such the box was damaged and so was the item. I don't even think I want to deal with whatever return process they have. Just chalk it up to a lesson learned, Don't Shop at TEMU.

I read the reviews before I ordered anything from this site. I dont understand the "1star & 2 star" review given to this company. I carefully ordered 5 products(some 2) I paid, I got continued updates on the order, it arrived 2 days earlier than they said, and everything is perfect. The outside lights are exactly like what is sold in Home Depot at a fraction of the cost, my top was exactly as pictured and fits perfectly. I will definately be ordering again, and soon.

CaNT afford to buy Bod** in sets so went to temu to buy these nice double boil glasses to look good for my guest. Ended up buying them from temu, was worried at first they will break cos of the overseas shipping but they survived, tested them out this morning before guests coming over this weekend and PERFECT. I love the stuff...I really do... I ordered twice in 1 week & so far everything is awesome. My problem is, I simply cannot find new people to click on the links daily. This is even after joining temu groups on Facebook. Also, they are now 1 by 1 blocking me from sending requests. I ordered 12 items, was lead to believe that my grand total was around 50 bucks. I buy 6 items and I get 6 free. But for some reason you all cancelled my order. So I placed the same order to give you guys one more chance to get this right. And did you? No! Charged me over 70 bucks! Not cool. It was the same damn order. I used the same card and nothing changed. But this time you guys did not cancel my order. So I want to know if that is something you do to everyone? I purchased two toy trucks for my HO model train layout. Turns out they were not HO scale at all. Apparently my mistake in ordering was due to less than clear information on the website and fact I had reached these items in searching for HO Scale vehicles -- erroneously assuming these too were HO scale. Wrong. My mistake. Temu promptly refunded my purchase, no questions asked. I will consider purchasing again. Lack of sufficient detail on the web page contributing to my error is the only reason for not giving Five Stars.
I had previously bought several items and was generally satisfied with my purchases, except one item was missing. Temu also refunded the price of the missing item.

I really like the experience of shopping here. Most of the products are outstanding and the no hassle return policy with great customer service is outstanding. I will invite others to check temu out. The only issue that I've experienced is with the spin for discount always pops up but is null and void for customers already participating. Then there is the invite one where you invite all of your friends and family from social media but never get enough to receive the promised free gifts selected, not satisfied at all with that one a lot of time wasted.

Worst customer service ever. They harass you for hours acting like they will help. Then they rudely hang up chat out of nowhere. They refused to give me $.08 that gift box game told me I won, but it never showed up on my account. I even had screenshot proving the prize, but they said that meant nothing. That is fraud. And Temu is pathetic if their customers aren't worth giving them the $.08 they won. I am never shopping here again.

Recently ordered my so cargo pants the fit was great but way to short. There was no option to add length only size. Will cut them off for shorts, but options would be nice for the length you need. The pants were very nice

Never got the several items I ordered. Requested help through the online chat, they told me to go file a claim with the post office. Refused to issue refund. The chat person kept deflecting and apologizing. This site is a fraud. I'll be pursue a claim with appropriate state agencies.

Temu really offers a wide range of different products but all i care about is the fashion and clothing category. Its just so crazy that they really have everything for every style and aesthetic out there and Ive found sm great pieces there! Temu is great for cheap stuff but I ordered a high ticket item and had to return it. They won't refund my money bc they say they didn't receive it. They got the other items I returned in the same box. They tell me they didn't.
I totally lost all trust in Temu. STAY AWAY! Now I have nothing plus I'm out the money.

Worst site ever! If part of your order is damaged, you're out of luck. They don't offer exchanges. And the minimum spend to place an order is $20. I got an item for $3 with a special promotion that arrived crushed from shipping damaged. Temu refuses to allow me to exchange it. They said the only option was to return for a refund, and then I have to buy $20 worth of stuff I don't want in order to repurchase the one item. Plus, they won't honor the promotional price. So it will be double the cost plus I'd be forced to buy other stuff I don't want. Horrible. I will never shop here again.

I just received the transparent microwave food cover that is pictured online with an orange plastic handle. This will be the 2nd item sent without a part (the handle is missing).
TEMU has some of the lowest prices online, but that comes at some cost; incomplete orders, the most annoying marketing, factory seconds etc.
If you want to be confident of what you're getting go elsewhere. If you're curious and don't want to risk any serious money TEMU will scratch that itch.

I've been buying from Temu for months, usually every week. Their stuff arrives on time. I got a $5 credit one time it hadn't shown arrived. I told them it had. Customer service is suspect. The one time I messaged, the person communicating with me used English well. The comprehension, not so much.

Purchased 4 clothing items, a cat scratcher and small kitchen mat. Opened package and every single one of those items had a very strong chemical smell similar to freon. It was terrible. Also, items are very poor quality. I won't order from Temu again.

I shopped on Temu couple of times. Their shipping is slow and product quality is a hit or miss! For returns, I chose to get credit instead of refund which I know now is a terrible mistake! I accidentally deleted their app and when I reinstalled I found my credit balance is zero! I have tried their on line chat ( useless robot rep repeating the same Q&As), their credit balance recovery options (email or phone, nothing works), called their customer service hotline (on hold for hours, no one answered), so basically Temu stole my credit balance of $17+ and I don't know how to get it back!

The quality is so bad, beyond what you can imagine bad. I ordered the storage bags advertised for comforters etc. They are paper thin and about the same quality and strength. When I lifted a first bag with only one queen conforter to put in in the closet, the handles just ripped. Every other one was like that.
I contacted their 'customer service' and this is where true abuse and harassment started. The person I spoke to was just repeating the same thing 'I give you 1 dollar refund' for about 30 minutes, made me livid.
I reported them to the bank and got a refund. Save yourself aggravation.
