Quality worth money, return /refund options always there as chat with customer service if problem arise love everything about TEMU except delivery people who are very bad not bring package or leave that who knows where.Delivery people sucks. I have seen some bad publicity about Temu, but my experience from about 7 orders has been all good. I did have to make a return of several items but did not have issues with returning and getting refunded. Best advice is to just read the ratings and descriptions carefully on desired items just as with any site.
I'm moved into an apartment and and wanted several little things to make it nicer. Of the six items I ordered three were either the wrong size or not what I ordered. Temu reply to my request for refunds to keep the products and they would refund immediately. It's been 5 weeks and I keep getting Promises of a refund or it's being considered. I don't expect any refunds. I will never buy from Temu again.

Everything was great. However, I ordered a toilet shelf that did not fit over my toilet. It was too small and my toilet is a standard American-sized toilet. It was also difficult to put together. I have ordered several times and have not been disappointed, otherwise. From the looks of the pictures in the ad, the toilet is smaller.

I ordered a sink caddy for my kitchen and it did not fit the standard American-style dish sink. I still have it and don't use it. I noticed that American plumbing is different than China, so things may not fit. I ordered a few things on temu and then shut down the app, and since then I've been bombarded with text messages from temu giving special offers and percentage discounts on your next order. I've gone into settings of shut everything off and I still can't seem to stop getting these messages. I've looked on YouTube I follow their instructions and still I get messages. The clothes did not look like in the picture and their return policy may be for free, but the steps you need to take are so ridiculous most people probably give up! I stumbled upon this company by chance while browsing my Facebook feed and noticed the retailer came up. Since I was planning my child's graduation party from high school, I noticed many items offered by Temu that would be useful. TEMU had my credit card on file from prior purchase (my big mistake). They then sent a package of items I didn't order and charged my credit card. The return was a fiasco which ended in me having to pay to return the items. I got the credit card company to reverse charges for the items. TEMU representative said they would refund any fees for return but after I incurred the fees and provided receipt they refused to refund my money. They are terrible to deal with. Purchased items but when packaged arrived it was open and items were missing. I was told they will not refund me for the missing items because they were shipped from their warehouse. I'm not saying they didn't ship them I'm saying they didn't arrive but they don't want to do anything to make it right. I even sent them the packaging showing the post office stamped unsealed and item arrived and damaged condition. Do not recommend them they don't fix the problem.

Very bad for an order of this amount the boxes are very damaged and it is from TEMU as you see the tape holding the box together. Both cameras do not work, now I have to start the return process, very disappointed.on top of all this the directions for installation do not work and only now does it list that you have to have a specific router...very bad I have 400 euro of equipment that does not work and to return and wait is going to take more time than I have for this installation...TEMU shame on you for selling items like this

Are the things cheap? Yes. Are the things cheaply made? Sometimes. But the value is there especially if you like to shop and not spend a lot of money. I placed a small order first to see if it was a scam. Since then I have placed an order about every 4 or 5 days. I really enjoy being able to get things for my teenage grandkids at a great price.

I placed my first time order about 2 weeks ago. I finally got a notification that the package was on its way. I check the tracking number and i was told it was out for delivery. That was 2 days ago. The tracking number keeps saying that the delivery was "attempted". Now it says that address can't be confirmed. The problem is that the address I put is my work address. Which is a hotel. A business that's open 24 hours. The "attempt" listed that the business was closed and now it just says insufficient address. I'm very confused. I've always had everything delivered to the hotel & NEVER had a problem.

Every order is correct and delivered within their window. Return/refund policy is incredible. Customer service is prompt & efficient. All items are as described and of excellent/good/ fair quality for the unbelievably low prices. I am a die hard fan and have ordered atleast 50 times! Have not one problem. I cannot praise enough. I also want to add that I've purchased items on Amazon only to find identical items on Temu for a quarter of the price! Yes. The EXACT same item! For example, I purchased a pair of mesh sneakers from Amazon for $40. I then ordered what appeared to be the same item from Temu for $8.00. On three separate orders, this company duplicated items (and charged me) immediately after I purchased them. I agree to one price, and then my CC is charged an extra $$ for the second item on the same order. When I got my receipt, I was like, wait - that's about 10.00 more than I agreed to... and then I figured out the issue. In my last order, I triple-checked my items were at qty 1, and nope - they duplicated 7 out of the 8 items of the order. They do ship the second item, but their return process is horrible! Is this a way to get more money out of their customers? It is a horrible business practice, and you must wait over a month (6-8 weeks) for your refund. About 50.00 more than I wanted to spend on the order. I have to wait for the long shipping process, then I can request a refund and a return label for items I never even purchased in the first place. What a pain and I am out that money for over a month!

My order was duplicated. I didn't do it; Temu did. I am out of the money I never intended to spend until their long shipping and refund processes are complete. Over 30-60+ days. This is infuriating because they have duplicated items in past orders, so for this order, I double-checked that all things were a qty of 1 except I found one item had been changed to qty 2. I changed its qty to 0 not wanting to take any changes ... and made my purchase for around 50.00 ish dollars. Instead, they doubled the qty of the eight other items in my cart and charged my ca d over 100.00 - after I agreed to a 50.00 purchase. How is this not stealing? How can they charge my card without my permission? They will not refund my money until I receive the items. I should not have them hold my money for something I didn't purchase! I will not order from them again.

I just don't understand the post from some of these buyers. What would you expect for the price. I have purchased a lot of items and been happy with my purchases so far. Most of my items were the same item sold by Amazon but at a greater discount. One customer complained about the packaging. Some people need a life. Temu you got a loyal customer. I love the wide variety of products they sell and the prices are amazing. I have ordered dozens of items and almost everything has been better quality than I expected. I did have one issue with a tool that did not work. I contacted TEMU about a refund, and in less than 3 minutes I had the amount credited to my account. I didn't even need to return the item!

This humidifier is perfect for my bedroom bc it helps me sleep better. Most of the functions r really convenient like the auto-shut off when there's no more water but I also like that it can be charged with a USB cable bc its so much easier. I did 4 returns for different order's and for each different return they gave me the same tracking number. Now they received one package and they said i only returned 4 items. What about the other 3 packages with all of the other items? I have proof from UPS of all packages scanned with same tracking number. Most of the items are junkie. Especially the jewelry, the adage "you get what you pay for" is dire with this site. You can find some neat deals if you are willing to sift through all the junk...and there's a lot of it. Mostly low quality, poorly made items that reel bargain hunters in and then winds up in the garbage can or donation box in less than a year...stay clear of jewelry, and any items that you want quality in. I was switching careers and needed office lunch boxes, coffee tumblers, and items for my car for an hour commute in the morning and was able to score some great finds...just don't get stuck. This site is the equalivent of the "claw machine" before the Walmart parking lot.

I ordered a shirt and hat for my husband. And a short outfit for myself. It took weeks to get it and when I finally did I was very unhappy. The hat looks really cheap and came really smashed/ folded up in a bag. It's trash and as for the outfit I got it looks nothing like the picture shown. It's very cheap looking and the colors are dull. The cute picture shown on the shirt is just a big cheap sown on patch. My husband was dissatisfied with his shirt also. I saying is cute but the shape and material it's made from is weird. I'll never buy from them again! And the order wasn't really that cheap either. I would have rather spend the $32 on one good item at my local store then to have wasted it on this trash!

I ordered from them. They said it will be delivered between the 9/16 to 9/21 I never got the package they resend it and I never got the package and they tell you they cannot refund your money but they use this packaging company call ontrac so you never get your packages. Do you end up losing your money? Do not order because if you do you won't receive what you ordered. I'm pretty sure a lot of people went to that customer service is no good.
