I will give temu 10 stars for everything! Quality worth money, return /refund options always there as chat with customer service if problem arise love everything about TEMU except delivery people who are very bad not bring package or leave that who knows where.Delivery people sucks. Even now you cant leave message you can't reach them the worst delivery company!

Being this was my first ordering I was totally taken aback by the entire process. First, I ordered 02/22/23 not receiving a package until 03/06/23. Opening the package the realization that this was not any of the items ordered by myself. I ordered nail supplies and toys for my children. I recieved puppy clothes and fake foliage. I was given alot of irrelevant apologies. Resulting in no assistance in a refund or when I could expect anything. I was given vague information on time frames a handful of unwarranted lies. Nothing helpful at all so disheartening to say the least.

This is not a trustworthy site. Use at your own high risk.

So first I like temu but I just got A package and there was missing pieces and there was no product in the bag like it was just missing and some of the stuff I bought the things were faded I just want someone to help me fix this problem without me having to pay more money

Tip for consumers:
I just want a refund without paying 7 dollars to do so I like temu but if this keeps happening I don’t really want to buy form here anymore and I will not recommend it to my friends anymore

My order was delivered to the wrong home, I informed them, and the picture taken by the delivery driver was not my home. I did everything they request me to do and they still refused to refund me my money. I did not feel like a valuable customer because they keep transferring me to different departments and when they finally had someone to help. Molly stated that my delivery was delivered to right address and to take a look around my home. I definitely look around to see if I had been delivered but it was not. I would not contact costumer service if I did have my items that I bought. The thought of someone having the things I bought it makes me mad and sad because I paid for it and was excited for them.

Just saw the earth day sale now and it just reminds me that Temu is ethical and promotes sustainability. It makes it so much easier to find items that are more environment friendly at cheap and low prices. Got a few LED lights to replace my bedroom lights so that I can save more on electricity and utility bills.

So before you order from Temu, please read the reviews and also the BBB reviews. I ordered thinking I was getting a good deal on items. Not only is their quality crap, but the website descriptions on the clothing I ordered was wrong. That notwithstanding, I returned a lot of things and used the prepaid UPS labels they sent. The packages were confirmed as received at their warehouse, but "after further examination by the warehouse" they claimed I didn't actually return anything and therefore denied my refund which is for about $100. I put in a dispute with PayPal so hopefully they will cover it. Will never be ordering from this sham website again. Don't fall for it like I did!

The quality of pretty much everything I have ordered from this site is absolute crap. It breaks after one use. It looks cheap. It's that cheap that I wouldn't go back to request a refund but what bothers me the most is the reviews. I have never seen a marketplace site where everything has loads and loads of excellent reviews. I am convinced these are fabricated, because nothing in that site is comparatively amazing.

I placed an order worth several hundred dollars, the order is stuck in Hong Kong PAST the latest delivery date and Temu refuses to refund my money. They have washed their hands of it, with their "Customer Service" saying I have to contact DHL (who also doesn't care). Now, no merchandise less than a week before Christmas and no refund to buy replacement items. Scammers are the worst, but doing this during the Holidays is just criminal.

I just start shopping 1 months. I was referred my couple of friends to download, interesting all ot them hacked including me. Specially WhatsApp and one day I found one of my colleagues asking for,£700.I was confused and I called him,he said his WhatsApp hacked once he clicked temu link. I was provided all screen shots with temu they final reply said you could be clicking bed website. So plz do not buy anything from Temu. Don't think like Amazon or Argos.

I wasted 35.00 ordering items from temu. Only two can be used. I have to donate the rest. Getting refunds from this company is rare. So never again will I order from them. The shelf for outlet have no way for you to attach to the wall. The lazy Suzy dont spin the bottom don't attach and the gold painted rim is already coming off. The refrigerator mask decor is pictured to covered standard top freezer refrigerator it don't its little peel and sticks. The peel and stick that look like bricks is paper thin. No real definition so it will look very cheap on a wall.

Don't fall for the hype. This company is nothing but a bunch of scammers they offer you all the stuff tell you they will do this and that and then they never follow through. You get all your friends to join up and try to get it free prizes and then they never want to give them to you it's just a scam. I have all of the messages with them Customer Service they just rip you off and then they try to blame it on something else or that you didn't do it properly or whatever their game is at the time. I highly recommend you delete this app and never touch it. It's a Chinese scam operation.

I ordered 12 items from this joke of a company I only received 1 and it was broken. I keep getting credits but everything is always out of stock, after it's ordered. If you don't have it don't sell it. It doesn't take a genius to know that! Temu is ran by competent idiots. This company should fix all its problems before continuing. I will no longer use this joke a company.

I've bought some well made trinkets, jewlery, artsy supplies and some house hold necessities off Temu. I've been very pleased so far. Everything I have bought has been dirt cheap. Some of the item quality is not outstanding but I don't expect top notch quality on everything that's less than $1! Their customer service has been pleasant as well. I rarely leave reviews but I think they deserve positive one! I honestly prefer to shop here over Amazon and Ebay!

Additional edit: I have not and likely won't order clothes from this website. I think you're usually taking a risk ordering clothing online with quality and sizing issues.

Tip for consumers:
I was skeptical to order something from this website at first due to poor reviews. Just wanted to add a positive one for anyone thinking about using this site. It's worth it!!

I had 16 items in my cart- I never processed this order. They billed my PayPal. The $ did not show up until I recieved the order. They. Tried to do it on some stuff in my cart- but I cancelled this first. Trashing the app!

I received my items and was severely disappointed. The vegetable rack was damaged. It was bent on the top end. The satchel was of very poor quality and not durable at all. I am not sure if I can use it. I emailed Temu CS to address the issue and to date no on has responded. I sent pictures of the damaged item. It has been several days. I will chalk this $13 experience to a $13 lesson to shop elsewhere.

Not very satisfied with the quality of the product and the responses from Quality Control or Customer Service.

I've been shopping w/temu for quite a good long time & have found that i check and recheck my orders before submitting them i get an excellent lot of differing goods that are much less than i can find anywhere/all on one app. Guess all u people that complain must not be something right! Good quality items at these prices? I LOVE IT. Always arrives swifltly & is exactly what i ordered/i purchase add ons in 1 click pay. Haven't had even 1 problem with TEMU. I think they're great!

Users be aware! They do not have any kind of order preview or review before completing order. Bypassed having to log into PayPal and pushed through order. Wanted to use PayPal pay in 4. Contacted ther support team immediately. Was told to initiate refund through PayPal. Did that immediately, and after Temu support team said then couldn't do anything because of the PayPal charge back. It's been almost 2 weeks. PayPal and temu claim waiting on the other side. Havnt eaten in days, and no one cares. I have repeatedly asked why there was no order preview/review or secondary order confirmation. Was told the can't discuss company procedures.

Tip for consumers:
There is no order preview, or review. Bypassed having to login to PayPal. Was told I had to click edit next to PayPal option to choose pay in four ( never had to do in previous purchases) contacted customer service in less than a minute after order completed for full amount. Service team told me to initiate refund via PayPal. Called PayPal right away, was told by PayPal the had sent everything over nessisary, that temu had to cancel order. Temu then said they can't help because of PayPal refund

Have made several orders, and some very large orders. Stuff that has shown up broken or defective have been refunded with credit on site.

I live in a community with 300 homes. There is a gate, but no person. There is a board with everyone's house number. Any delivery driver can press the house number on the board and it will ring the phone of the homeowner who can let them in. This driver left the packages on the ground at night 1 mile from my house at night where there are no houses! Temu refuses to pay. They say it was delivered! I wouldn't want anymore of their low quality junk!

Quality is just below average and most importantly all the reviews are fake. I bought more than 10 products. None of the product quality met the reviews specified in the app. So probably those reviews are paid. You will only get to know the quality after you use. The products descriptions are also pretty much fake.

My first order was a few kitchen things and they were so cheap that I figured I wouldn't be out much if they weren't very good. Everything I have gotten had been great quality, from earrings to silicone spatulas. I don't know how they can sell for these prices. Just shows the markup at most stores. I will continue to shop here.

I ordered two shirts and two USB ports. TEMU notified me when they were shipped. All I had to do is to go the their website to track it. I have now ordered other items, so if there is any change, I will come back to make my findings known.

Ordered from the app once - received a $5 credit as package was not delivered on time, but in order to use the credit I would need to spend a minimum of $20. Not worth it, as most items already purchased were of poor quality - some were damaged prior to shipping or produced badly (sunglasses nosepiece was attached incorrectly). The Temu branded bag had an overwhelmingly awful smell when opened (similar smell to fish, but so much worse)...it literally stunk up the room. I will not ever order from here again based off the poor quality and hassle of returning items that should never have been sold. Also, I don't want to spam friends to get "free" stuff. Deleting the app now.

I have ordered four times so far and everything has been great. Just one time an item was out of stock and I received credit right away. Shipping around the holidays was a little longer than usual but thats to be expected. Still deleverd by last estimated day. The tracking site gives great updates to where your package is located. I will continue to shop with TEMU and share product recommendations and reviews on their site.

Tip for consumers:
Watch sizing on clothing items. They tend to run small.

Very poor customer srvice even they dont knew what they are talking about,ordered many items,after 5 days of waiting on update on shipping,I found my items canceled due to unusual activity. Called them after many discussions, the agent asked for payment evidence after 40 minutes talk and discussion and providing all the required documentations, next day revived an email it says(please provide your concern and let us knew how to help you).DONT west your time with this website, even there items are poor quality and fakes
There customer service doesn't know how to solve issues, keep you waiting even some times there response is different from what you ask for
If you succeed with the payment. They take 2 days submitting your payment, 3 days packaging after that they might cancel your order, if they don't cancel it then they ship after 3-4 days.Takes long time to arrive

Don’t spent time go buy from other trusted websites like eBay and Amazon
Buying here like gambling, you will win something first time but later you will spend bunch times to order then waiting then they are going to cancel your order , always there excuse is unusual activity, if you chat them nothings they solve if you call them they will talk about something that you didn’t ask for if you open ticket you will never get response

Happily stumbled on this LED lamp and I really like it! You can p much put it anywhere you want and it also has three different light settings (which is great for me who has very sensitive eyes). The battery lasts for probs 8 hours but thats more than enough esp bc it's super easy to charge
With the cable it comes with:> (random but it also made me happy to see that Temu offsets the carbon emission of their deliveries idk i just saw it on the listing page and thought it was a great effort hehe)
