I will give temu 10 stars for everything! Quality worth money, return /refund options always there as chat with customer service if problem arise love everything about TEMU except delivery people who are very bad not bring package or leave that who knows where.Delivery people sucks. Even now you cant leave message you can't reach them the worst delivery company!

I like this company very much, because everything that I purchase comes at the right time.
They stay in touch with you through the email, or your phone to show where your merchandise is in transit.

This is an interesting and fun company and I have now spent about $500 Canadian on all kinds of useful kitchen gagets and useful items for my three cars. BUT once they have your contact information you receive a ton of messages all day long. You are reaching for the phone every few minutes all day and see ridiculous messages that you have something in your cart or there is a price drop or some other nonsense. Most distruptive in a busy day and incredably annoying. I will not order anything else and have deleted their app **************393and blocked their numbers. Too bad. They just lost a good customer.

Tip for consumers:
I am deleting your app and blocking your phone number etc. How ridiculous of you to send me dozens of alerts each day. I am busy and will shop when I have the time. You just lost a customer.

I have placed about a dozen orders with this company. They have not screwed up one order or return.
I had a couple items damaged by the mail and they refunded me promptly and also sent a postage paid return label. The only thing you do need to be careful with is clothing. They apparently come from different manufacturers with different measurements. Be sure to click on the size chart for each item you order. I have had to order anywhere from an XS to a L. The items are described accurately in dimensions and quality.

Tip for consumers:
ALWAYS! Check the size chart before ordering. Each item has different size measurements. I wear a M but ordered anywhere from XS to L.

Products used:
Jewelry is unbelievably inexpensive but nice. Something easily pay $20 for in a department store is under $3! They had really cute dun heart earings, I bought them for all the ladies in my crafting group at our Valentines get together.

I want to know how every single item they sell has 4.5-5 star reviews. Not just a few but a few hundred 5 star reviews on every idem. Not possible. This is ridiculous! You can't trust them when deciding to purchase anything. I ordered about 10 items from them and it took 2 weeks to get. 5 items were crap, 3 were good and 2 were doable. They have fake reviews or people are lying. Whats up with this site?

Temu sent me a green 1 PC Foldable Washing machine. The basket that goes inside the tub won't stay in place after starting any cycle. Comes loose and makes alot of noise and potentially ruin the machine.

Tip for consumers:
TEMU needs to write clearer instructions written in English for product to use. Site needs clearer details for products. These products all come from China.

Be very careful when purchasing here. Every order I have made there is a delivery issue where they say the deliver but I did receive. I have called several times complaining and all Temu does is send me o call Straight ship courrier service. When I do nothing gets done.
Temu doesn't help by contacting the courrier service directly they say there is nothing further they can do and continue to send me back to shipping.
They are unable to provide proof of delivery as well.

Please help yourself by avoiding this site

Not a bad site if you're looking for cheap and good items. The site is easy to use, there's a lot of payment options, and the products you get from the site are pretty good too. I read that their customer care is good too tho I haven't tried talking to them yet. Just manage your expectations with the shipping since it takes more than a week, but with the low prices, imo it's worth it!

...but of my last two orders one has gone missing completely and the other is now way overdue. These were items for my grandsons birthday and now I have to start all over again with very little time to get sorted. I feel very let down. I have been refunded for one but that doesn't solve my problem as I am house bound and cannot get out to replace them which is why I bought online in the first place.

This place is good for those who loved Wish. This is much lower quality. I walked to my porch to get the package and it smelled like an overwhelming odor of fish. I opened the package and it made me nauseated. I sprayed everything and they have been outside for 3 days and the smell will not go away. I will never use this site again. I am throwing my $100 purchase away literally and figuratively. No one should have to deal with that smell. Not a great first impression.

I've received a couple "packages" from Temu. They have been a mishmash of boxes, and bags that look like they have been packed by a mutant robot. None of the boxes are capable of being given as a gift, unless you want to explain how cheap you were.

Also, I was looking at packs of stickers, and ended up getting 3 of the exact same pack. They were listed on the Temu website, but had a different sticker on top, so they looked like different packs.

All in all, I'll shop elsewhere.

Don't be tempted! Dollar general and family dollar quality clothes for way more money. Polyester material for t shirts and jumpers. The 3 tiered dress is one large bloop. More than disappointing. Almost maddening the level of trash they are spewing.

Don’t waste your time or money. Everything that should be cotton blend is straight up polyester. Nothing worse in summer clothes than polyester. Geez.

Items missing in the package and had escalated to PayPal. Later returned another item but refund yet to receive. Customer service communication is circular and not to the point. The returned item has nothing to do with PayPal escalation. Will never again buy on Temu. I m paying interest to my visa while refund is being delayed since last two weeks.

Just made my 1st and last purchase at this website. The shipping was prompt and arrived as ordered. However, quality is definitely not their strong suite. I even ordered LED lighting strip which is just terrible. That being said, I would not order again.

The trick with Temu is using caution. If it seems too good to be true it likely is. Check measurements, look at all available photos, and read reviews of items. I have spent a fortune there and been largely pleased with the items I have received. The return process is simple, refunds are fast, shipping is adequate. Their price adjustments are easy to get, I love this company.

I ordered ladies clothes. The blouses are true to size, good quality, and I love all of them. All the pants seem like children's' 10, not ladies. Both winter jackets very low quality and not at all warm. I gave one to my son for cosplay as it really is only costume quality. Suit (jacket and pants) low quality with see through child sized pants and true fit ladies 10 jacket, poor quality. All items terribly creased, you need to know your way around an iron.
Definitely worth purchasing the blouses. Disappointed overall.

They are a scam. They send damaged items and then only refund to temu credit balance. They suddenly put minimum spend on my account out of nowhere, so now I cannot access my refund, unless I spend $8 extra on stuff I do not want. This is bait and switch fraud and they change site terms with no warning. I will be taking legal action. Do not go near this app. They are the worst.

Without doubt, Temu absolutely have their act together. The pricing is superb and more importantly, the shipping and communication is absolutely perfect. I have placed potentially about 11 orders with this company and every single time I'm nothing but impressed companies such as Costco, Officeworks could learn a lot from how this company operates. Their service is simply flawless and shipping very fast. Nothing but respect and my loyalty for this company because they absolutely understand the online space and the importance of fast delivery.

I ordered some items from Temu that never arrived. The company refuses to issue a refund. Their customer service is worthless. They outright stole my money, at least that's what I think it's called when you pay money to a company for merchandise that they do not send, am I correct?
