I will give temu 10 stars for everything! Quality worth money, return /refund options always there as chat with customer service if problem arise love everything about TEMU except delivery people who are very bad not bring package or leave that who knows where.Delivery people sucks. Even now you cant leave message you can't reach them the worst delivery company!

I bought two of their surveillance cameras they were both junk they will not stay connected to the ior the Wi-Fi or the Bluetooth I try to insert one of the memory cards it will not go in because the hardware on the inside of the case of the camera are not even lined up very cheaply made I purchased several different things from them and I will not ever purchase anything else it is a waste of money a waste of time go to Walmart and get your merchandise because you're going to get better. And once they get your phone number and your email they do not stop trying to contact you to buy more of their products it's very annoying. They act like they're giving you a prize bonus the price bonus is no more worth what you can go into their website and get the same thing for the same price. They give you a little price bonuses 4 cents 6 cents but when you try to actually claim it to use it all of a sudden now they can't find your account or it's impossible to use. I honestly feel it's a scam.

They sell super cheap crappy items with glowing fake reviews and then by the time you get the product home and realize its total junk they discontinue the item so when you leave a bad review it doesnt even show up anywhere. Literally just happened to me.

Packaging was torn in shipping children chart was damaged poor quality of puzzles will never order from this site again they lure you into buying by low price but really bad quality worse than dollar store...I could have purchased 225 items from dollar store. 64 items for $264 average cost of items was $4.125 rip off

I've read the reviews, although I haven't tried to return anything, so far my experience has been great. Shipping has been spot on, for me a day or 2 early. I have ordered lots of products. If you read all of the description of the product you shouldn't b shocked if you get something small, they do tell u sizes. However, clothes and shoes r not to size unfortunately, that's why only 4 star. Big women's clothes need to go one size up from what you wear. I am a 2 x, but have to buy a 3 x. And some tops r smaller up top, but I'm also a size d, so I'm bigger also. Amazon lies about sizes too and Amazons shipping is now taking longer even as prime. I'd rather shop with Temu for the great prices. And those saying cheap material. Well look at how much your paying. If it's too low then you know it's made with cheaper material and u Can't expect to pay $5 and get a product worth $50. Oh and my coupons always come off, so far anyway.

Read all of the product discription and do your measuring B4 ordering, so your not surprised by what you get. Read reviews about clothing. Temu sizes r not to fit. So go up one size. Read all about returns before ordering, don't just assume their like Amazon.

Decided to give it a try after looking into the negative reviews because the price is really great for something I needed/wanted. Everything came it in good condition except 2 things not working properly and I got the refund. My inbox was filled by their emails everyday in the beginning but now only got emails that's related to your order/delivery updates. All you need is to change the notification setting. I don't really want to bother my friends so did not do any referrals but still getting free gifts by purchasing stuffs and playing Fishland and Farmland game at the same time. Already won 9 free gifts in 2 months. I hope Temu will keep adding new products especially for my kitchen collection such as wooden bucket for tofu dessert…

Tip for consumers:
Don’t get tempted to place an order because of all the discounts and attractive/cute gadgets. Only buy things you needed or really really wanted.

They are from Boston selling things from overseas, cheap price but takes up to 14 days, some sellers are not perfect hence i did refunds for those, other than that no complains, just will be more careful when i look at sizeee

Temu is a good website. Most of their stuff is legit. But things might be smaller and low quality than shown on the app. It takes so long for it to deliver and the free gifts thing takes so long and it's a waste of time. I have done it so many times and never gotten anything for free there. Most of the part it's good. But I'm so frustrated that they are not helpful with stuff we don't know.

Not my first time buying from Temu and everything Ive bought were pretty good imo but one thing to keep in mind is that the delivery takes super long like 2 weeks minimum. Don't have a problem for it personally but….maybe dont buy anything that you need asap lmao

Temu does have cheap stuff and good prices but they phish for information about your friends, fb contacts and phone contacts promising free gifts. After you provide the information you get nothing. Their customer service sucks and be very careful to read the full description of the item your buying. Pictures showing the items often do not match what you're actually getting. For example they'll advertise bouncy seat for kids, you buy them and its just the outside fabric, the stuffing isnt included. Steer clear of this site!

I ordered a bunch of clothes for school and some gifts for my brother and aunt, and i've been waiting since the 17th. I know shipping is around 7-15 days, but it hasn't even been shipped yet and the delivery date was supposed to be between today (february 28) and march 4. I can't imagine it'll be here before march and i don't really want any money or credit back, just the stuff i ordered because it meant a lot to me. I loved the experience with this app and the shopping spree, but i'm a little irked that costumer service won't help me at least figure out where it is. I have no tracking information except for that it's "preparing to ship", and it's said that for several days now. Hoping something changes soon :(

Lower quality products, horrible customer service, you only get the credit refund in your temu account, not money back to credit card account.That's not American style.I don't want buy anything from there again

Its hard when your kids are super picky about what they eat but getting them these lunchboxes was a great idea without spending crazy money and you know how fast kids change their mind. Kids love the blue color so far, comes with a handle. I don't know if its because the presentation is better or what, but they've been more excited eating their lunches at school.

I like shopping with Temu and have had great experiences, and they have even helped me when I have had issues. Only issue is they use Straightship for some of their shipments and I have no choice, this company has a bad rap and rude customer service. Already lost a with them and they said it delivered, non of my neighbor have seen it, fearing I may never get my money back which will be a big hit for me and Christmas. If the next shipment I have coming in with the same company goes missing I may have to close my Temu account as I can not loose money like this.

Products are already crazy cheap, but Temu also offers free shipping on all orders, a lot of sales and discounts that cut down prices even more and amazing aftersale services in case you find some issues with your product. Temu is reliable and legitimate and am super glad that i stumbled upon it

I'm a savvy senior with plenty of online purchasing experience. At first, I was cautious with TEMU, I was first impressed with their website, well executed and description of items, options to pay are numerous including PayPal. I firstly bought 4 or 5 small items on 1 order to check their shipping. TEMU surprised me by being attentive to my order all thru the shipping process via email and texts, even included a USPS tracking number. Order arrived in a timely manner and products were good quality for what they were. I have since made 3 more separate orders, all were satisfactory all around. No complaints from me. I will surely order again in the future without worry.

Tip for consumers:
Orders do come from China mostly, but they all get a USPS tracking number, and you will be updated almost daily for status.
There is no express shipping, so allow a week or so, but your order will arrive in timely manner.

There have been many items I've seen on FaceBook and Amazon, learned not to trust many of them because of quality and price issues. However when I see something I do like there I check with Temu to see what they charge for the same item and then read their reviews. I've always saved at-lease 50% from FaceBook offers. The only drawback is sometimes orders take a little longer to arrive then Amazon (however I think Amazon is evil and try to avoid whenever possible.)

Tip for consumers:
Check the items listed carefully, don't just order the 1st you see. there are often more of the same or similar at a better deal for lower on the page.

I like Temu so far has been good experience doing almost all my holiday shopping on their app store. I have found excellent bargains for items that cost twice as much at other online retailers. Extensive variety of household, beauty, clothing, accessories, office, and decor items. Shipping delivery and customer service has been all around excellent as well. Watch the sizing of clothing as it can be smaller than typical USA sizes.

Tip for consumers:
Be mindful of sizing! Size up on clothing. Watch overall measurement of all products

Do not purchase from Temu. It is a Chinese company using 31 St. James Avenue Suite 355, Boston, MA as their USA address. Phone *******368. All inquiries are referred to www.temu.com/support-center.html. The quality of the products is extremely cheap. Support center inquiry requesting a return label is "we are working on it" and you will receive a return label within 48 hrs. You call 48 hours later and again told the same. After several contacts with the company, I am filing a complaint with MA's Attorney General's office and disputing the charges with my credit card company.

Tip for consumers:
The company states 90 day full refund, but will not allow you to get shipping label on their site. When you contact company via chat, their standard answer is " we are working on it, and will get back to you in 48 hours". It has been several 48 hours....

Never really expected a lot from cleaning gloves as long as they managed to protect my skin so I don't really have anything to say about these bc they're pretty effective I guess. They don't really fit perfectly on my hands but that's to be expected with a lot of cleaning gloves. I do like the color tho :)

To my surprise, Ebay, Amazon, Walmat move over. Any item on these sites, you will find them at Temu for at least 50% lower price. The fact is most of what they offer are imported from China anyway. If we, as American consumers have the options to purchase at a lower price, we will have more discretionary income left to take care of something else equally important in life. Thank you China for keeping us living in less poverty condition. A great social contribution.

I was just giving it a try at first, but they have tons of interesting products at a much lower price than the big online retailer here. Many items were so cheap that they weren't even sold here, such as stick-on hooks for less than $2 that I found lots of use for, galoshes for less than $5, and brow shaper kits for $1.34, and pressed on Fake Nails for $.98. Shipment arrives quickly considering that they're from Asia There are issues with most of the dresses I purchased- be it the material or the sizing. Thus the 4 instead of 5 stars, but they were quick to approve my returns with free shipping and issued refunds, I placed 4 orders thus far and am happy with most of my purchases I highly recommend giving them a try; I'm glad I did.

Tip for consumers:
I still wouldn't buy their makeup and face creams because they don't have the regulations that we do here.
