I will give temu 10 stars for everything! Quality worth money, return /refund options always there as chat with customer service if problem arise love everything about TEMU except delivery people who are very bad not bring package or leave that who knows where.Delivery people sucks. Even now you cant leave message you can't reach them the worst delivery company!
I've received two orders from Temu. Probably half of the items were as described and actually functioned or fit as expected.
My third (and last, ever) order has not arrived, and might not. Tracking is inaccurate at best, and with this order has been ridiculous. According to tracking, my package has been out for delivery at least four times. Then the next day it is in transit somewhere else. Why? Who knows? This is not a big town. I'm ready to give up and ask for a refund.

I had a fantastic experience with TEMU! My delivery arrived promptly with 7 items at 2:29 pm. However, upon opening the package, I noticed one small item was missing. I quickly went online, clicked on the missing item, and to my surprise, at 2:41 pm, my account was refunded. It took just 11 minutes from delivery to resolution – truly exceptional customer service. Moreover, the quality of the items I received was excellent. I'm thoroughly impressed with TEMU's efficiency and product quality.

I am still fighting for my refund (worth of $150+) after a month. Twice, I contacted the "Customer Service" via the Chat, I was told that their manager is working on it. Another 2 weeks had gone by, nothing happened. And another ticket had been created with the new chat. Note that you will not be able to copy a record of your chat, nor it's been sent to you like at Amazon. So beware of it.

Not the best fabric but I didn't really think it would be because it was so affordable but not saying that its bad either….its an okay shirt for just going to the office. I got scammed by temu on receiving 5 gifts f I invite more people. I sent the invitations however each time new friend was accepting the invitation the price cut was less and less. At the end I was short by 6 cents and it didn't work out. I feel bad for my friends who I pushed to download the app. They even purchased stuff from Temu.

I bought several items and it's all mostly just junk! Unusable trash! A shoe rack that shoes won't fit in. The shoes in the pictures are women's size 8.5. Slippers and shoes that aren't wearable. Rugs that are such poor quality and paper thin. Storage containers that fall apart when you put anything in them. SUPER disappointed!
They let you return one item for free and the rest of the junk isn't worth the cost to return it...

Made purchase on December 4th and never received goods its dec 20 th already, on the top of that, instead of issuing refund to my PayPal account which i used to made purchase, temu issued credit to my temu app ( they want me to spend the credit money for the product they never delivered on first place). My order was never received. The website provided me with the option to have it re-shipped. Only AFTER I agreed to that did they inform me that a party of the order was out of stock, otherwise I would not have agreed. I stumbled across this company and decided to take a chance. I was so incredibly impressed with the customer service. My order was super late, however Temu gave me a credit for the lateness which I feel was not their fault. You can't control shipping. The products were great. Shoes run a little small. I bought these earphones because mine broke but I didn't expect it to come this soon! The site says to expect delivery within 15 days, but my package arrived a few days before the date mentioned on my order and I was super excited The earphones also work really well and sound even better than my old ones, so I'm really happy that I got them. I have tried multiple methods and multiple times to contact Temu. I have spent over 5 hours waiting on hold on a phone call and around 4 hours waiting on their Chat line. Nothing has been successful.
I completed all the requirements of a Promotion including have additional people sign up but they did not provide the promised promo. VERY shady business - make promises and then do not keep them.

I've technically seen ppl receive items from this company but they constantly try to give u "free" items or "gifts" that u have to invite like over 20 ppl to get anything. It's a bunch of BS! I ordered over $60 worth of products, ended up returning half because the products looked better online than in reality. Some products were made out of cheap plastic that I would not buy for a dollar, but Temu charged $7.89 for it. Had to give it to them, they agreed to take them back no questions asked. The refund process was the same as Amazon, fairly efficient and painless. The only problem was my returned items added up to about $45, but the "free refund", which Temu promised on its website, somehow became only a total $31.40. Don't know why Temu charged me $14 for returning its products, when its website promised me "free refund."
