I made several purchases and my experience was very good so I continued to buy from Temu however, my last experience was the worst. I ordered a wig for $74 with a discount, then reordered at $80 with a discount twice. Now it's $90. Each time the order was canceled by Temu with no explanation. It still shows 14 in stock. I've contacted Temu several times via chat and phone call with a promise to get back with me. A month later and still nothing. The money was refunded each time but if the item is available that should be stated. Kima Hair is the seller and no way to contact them. Customer service is HORRIBLE. Twice I have ordered from TEMU. Free shipping with a minimum order. Seperate returns result in employees lying and saying they did not return items. I have proof I did. Customer service is mostly AI-based. It is frustrating when you chat with a machine to get a problem solved. It is called Artificial Intelligence for a reason. Rarely do you chat with a human, when you do they are equally unhelpful they also seem like they are AI. I think that is their protocol to frustrate customers into not wanting to go through the hassle of returning their junk products. I was told for the second time I returned 2 items they only received one item. I was told the second item was lost in the warehouse so quality control could not verify QC. Rather than refund me my money for both items since TEMU lost my return item in THEIR warehouse they refused to refund me my money for THEM losing my return item in THEIR warehouse. Also, Beware 60% of TEMUs' items are poor quality even for Chinese-made products. Shipping takes a long time. I guess I am used to Amazon quality, top-notch customer service, and QUICK shipping. There is some value in shopping TEMU, but there are also a lot of returns for inaccurate item descriptions. Broken items, wrong items and cheap crap.

In their return process, TEMU commits fraud on their customers. Their employees lie and steal customer's returns. Chatting with an intelligent human is VERY DIFFICULT. It is mostly "Canned/Scripted" responses or "Artificial Intelligence" responses.

As in other reviews, the first 2 orders arrived very quickly, in about a week.
I placed 4 more orders, the first of which was placed on the 9th of October, but still 10 days later the order has not been dispatched.
Interestingly, the second and third orders were also placed on October 11th and 13th, but the orders are not being shipped.
The reason is probably one of two things.
Either the seller didn't timely update their inventory, or only offered fast order fulfillment to new members to keep them hooked.
For the first problem, TEMU needs to tell the customer which product is delaying delivery.
They should give their customers the choice of whether to issue a partial refund to expedite delivery.
Waiting 10 days doesn't make sense. That's a processing level far behind Aliexpress.
The problem is that all 3 orders are being delayed.
I'm sure the last order, the 4th order, will also be delayed for quite a while.
In that sense, I doubt that they provide fast shipping only to new customers.
I will cancel all orders worth $250 if they are not shipped in 5 days because I have a trip planned in 2 weeks.

As in other reviews, the first order was shipped quickly. Subsequent orders require a very long period of patience with the phrase (Sorry! Your package has not been shipped yet, because the dispatching item(s) took longer than estimated. We are trying our best to hurry up),

I have been ordering from Temu since the very beginning and I have no compaints yet. 90% of everything I have ordered has been good quality, with the exception of a few that were very inexpensive and I didn't expect great quality. Any and every thing I've had a problem with I send back and receive a refund right away. I order so much that I just leave it as a credit now to make it easier. I have ordered some of the cutest clothes from them and I'm normally a Macy's/Kohl's girl. For the price the quality is very good. Their styles are fashionable; sometimes I have a problem with the sizes, but that is my fault sometimes. I will continue to order from them until the customer service is no longer good. I find a lot of really useful items that I never knew existed.:-) Anyway, it's an A+ from me. I don't know what people want when the price is good, free shipping and quick refunds. They have been most honest with me. I'm sorry I can't upload any pictures, etc. I'm not very computer literate.:-)
Tip for consumers:
I just don't know how to upload my proof of purchase to verify my purchase, but I have placed several mostly large orders since the beginning.

I bought some stuff and was able to get a coupon (because of the amount of my order). But, to get the coupon, I would have to buy again for a minimim of $$$. SCAM on this part
