I will give temu 10 stars for everything! Quality worth money, return /refund options always there as chat with customer service if problem arise love everything about TEMU except delivery people who are very bad not bring package or leave that who knows where.Delivery people sucks. Even now you cant leave message you can't reach them the worst delivery company!

I've placed exactly three orders with Temu.com, all of which I placed on my computer, by typing the site name into the web address bar, and activating Rakuten cash back before adding items and purchasing. All three orders, I had to reach out multiple times to get my cash back. I reached out to Temu directly and they told me to reach out to Rakuten, which I have also done. I finally received cash back for 2 of the 3 orders, but I am still fighting for the cash back for my order placed on 10/14/2023, WEEKS ago. Several times, Rakuten has updated to state Temu has not provided cash back for the order. I've already notified Temu I will not shop with them anymore for this reason. Do not state you will provide cash back if you don't plan to honor that - keeping your word is a huge thing with me and I will not purchase repeatedly from a company that will not keep its word. I've unsubscribed from emails and texts and put in ANOTHER request with Rakuten to find out why I'm not getting cash back, but this site is a joke for that reason, which is sad because most of the items were actually ok, except the shoes were small in size and I'm not sure I will be able to wear them.

Tip for consumers:
Don't expect them to honor the Rakuten cash back without a fight.

I did not receive my order from Temu and when I reached out to them about it they stated that according to the terms and conditions I agreed to when I signed up, they are not responsible for items once they are shipped! That is insane and terrible service! I paid for it and THEY chose the shipping company. If there is an issue with delivery it is up to them to work it out with their delivery company - not to just tell me that they aren't responsible and that they are "sorry'! I paid for my merchandise and am therefore entitled to it! Now I need to do a charge back on my credit card just to get my money back! All I asked was for them to reship my order as I want it. This is cut and paste what they said to me:
I regret to inform you that we are unable to offer a refund or resend the missing package since the logistic record indicates that the package was delivered to the address consistent with the shipping information.
In accordance with Section 11.1 of our Terms of Use, as cited here, " When a purchase is made pursuant to a shipping contract, the risk of loss and title for Product pass to you upon delivery of the Product to the carrier. " You can find more information about our policy on our website at https://www.temu.com/terms-of-use.html.
In light of the above, we recommend checking your mailbox, around your house, and other potential locations for the package.
Thank you for your understanding.

Tip for consumers:
Do Not buy from this company as they have no customer service ability! They just tell you they aren't responsible for lost orders and that the risk is on you as a buyer! Most people would read all details of their terms and conditions so probably don't even know this! Buy from a different company like Ali Express or Amazon!

I just ordered on Dec. 18th. My order was "refunded" on Dec. 20th. Who knows how long that process will actually take before my credit card account is refunded? When I inquired with customer service why this would happen, I got zero real response. My chat experience started at 2:06 pm. I finally received communication from Darwin, offering to help at 2:35 pm. Whatever, it's days before Christmas, and they had a convenient queue countdown letting me know I started at 252 in the waiting line. I wasn't particularly in a hurry, so I waited it out. I asked Darwin why my order was refunded, and I got the same stock answer twice: "In order to protect the safety of your funds..." Listen, Darwin, I heard you the first time, and you still haven't actually told me why my order was refunded. PayPal was happy to pay it, as was American Express. So anyway, Darwin was no help. He told me he had informed a supervisor and ghosted me. The customer service did not get better from there. The "supervisor" responded two days later with the exact same non-response and ended the chat.

TLDR: You MIGHT be able to get a good deal from TEMU, but I would not count on actually receiving it or getting any actual customer assistance if you need it.

Tip for consumers:
Don't bother using this site if you want to receive your items ordered.

First shipment they sent me a bunch of junk products with bad quality and false advertising, like the product will say wool but when you got it it is polyester! Or say it is cotton, but when you get it it's polyester!

They give you coupons, but it expires in a few hours.

They also kept on canceling my orders that used the coupons, so the coupons expired without been used. I asked customer service why they canceled my orders, they would claim it is for your security protection but I feel that is a complete lie. They want my utility bills, proof of residence, and credit card statemets to restore the order, but when I gave it to them, they kept my orders as canceled without telling me why. It's been a month since they cancelled my orders, and they kept ignoring me or playing games with me. But they didn't refund all my money for every order they cancelled. So they took my money and wasted a month of my time. I think they just want to collect money, expires any coupons you have, raise the prices, and cheat you.

Temu promise you free gifts when you invite enough friends to download the app, but the counter resets so fast and many people said they never got the gift.

I feel they are just a bunch of scam artists that cheats you left and right.

I decided to give this site a try and that was a big mistake! I made a big order but only 2 things made it. After 13 days of getting a message preparing to ship, I then got a message that said they sold out of %90 of my items and were issuing a refund( which they did) the rest of the order still didn't leave after 17 days (still preparing to ship) so I just canceled it while I could still get my money back with no problem. This company jumped out too fast and wasn't ready at all, it's unorganized, customer service just repeats your question than gives you a generic answer that doesn't help, HUGE INVENTORY PROBLEMS-HUGE STAFFING PROBLEMS and this was my first order ever with them- A few things I ordered from amazon instead and just gave up on temu completely. Pay attention to how many reviews here state " I NEVER RECIEVED MY ITEMS"

You might get your stuff after 5 weeks or not at all -who knows it's anybody's guess?!?!

I had read the bad reviews, and then there were a few good ones. So I looked and found so many reasonable priced items that I figured why the hell I will try them. My main items purchased were hair clips and dog clothes. The dog clothes were some of the exact ones on ebay and soo soo very much cheaper. One of the dog clothes I had just ordered from a lady on ebay and it arrived and was absolutely adorable. So when I found the exact picture of the item I had just bought for 11.00 and Temu had it for 1.88 I thought why not order more dog items and see. So I did and I am so very happy I did. I got 7 outfits for what would have cost me 70.00 or more on ebay or amazon. I paid 12.00. The hair clips are the big claw ones that you get at Walmart for 7 or 8 dollars. I gave 88 cents. Yes 88 cents. Some were in the dollar range. But they are well made and heavy claw clips. So I would say why not try a few of their items. I did and am happy I did. I can save so much money. You may wait a week or two for delivery but to save this much I will plan ahead for when I need the items and get them early. Until I have a bad experience which I don't really see happening as they update you daily of the progress of the shipment including when the items are on their flight to the US and then on to Jamica NY to the customs facility to then be transferred to USPS for delivery.Please try this. I did not do it on their app, I did it on the computer and have had no problems.

I live in WISCON and i got a notification that MY ORDER that i paid for was DELIVERED in MISSION TEXAS thats not even close to where i live and i dont really care that it was delivered somewhere else because it was just 10$ but im wondering if im going to get a refund or if ill get my order SOON my adress is (600 Tower Rd,*******, Waupaca,Wisconsin)

Purchased shoes for $30.57. Returned them. TEMU says I didn't return them even though I've provided UPS's Proof of Delivery (attached here). TEMU would not return my money so I filed dispute-of-charges with my bank. My bank made me whole.

TEMU, in their infinite wisdom, —- suspended my account citing, "I'm in a dispute with TEMU" (see attached notice and poor grammar). Ummmm, NO I'M NOT! My bank made me whole and provided a letter for TEMU indicating the dispute has been resolved. ***DON'T FORGET*** —- TEMU's warehouse in Rancho Cucamonga RECEIVED the shoes back -and when I called TEMU, they could see that the shoes were returned and passed "quality inspection" and they could not explain why I was being told the shoes weren't returned.

The emails "Katherine" (from the "back office") sends are dumber than stupid and absolutely unhelpful and insulting.

So, if you're reading this "Katherine", unfreeze my account. Or are you going to REPEAT your NONSENSE here that you email me?

Tip for consumers:
They stole $30.57 from me (and got the shoes back).

I had my first order and it all went well, the item description was accurate and the material expected, for shipping they used UNIUNI and it arrived in about 5 days after shipping. However, on the second order they used STRAIGHTSHIP and it appeared they "mislabeled the package as delivered", so it was stuck at the straightship warehouse. Upon contacting TEMU they assured me that the package will be delivered. On the last day of Temu appointed delivery, the package was magically "DELIVERED". However my phone never rang, and no picture of the delivery was available. Spoke to Temu and the item was reshipped on the 30th of December with STRAIGHTSHIP, package was not even delivered to the apartment but thrown in the lobby. Will not be using Temu again unless they change courier to another company that is not Straightship.

I bought only 13 dollars worth of stuff from them but it was for mother's day and I kept getting the updated delivery progress emails but today's said it was delivered at my mail box which it definitely was not I checked all day long & I have no neighbors so no1 took it. I've tried customer support but it wnt even work and so I tried contacting USPS which the tracking number worked at 1st & it also said it was delivered but then I couldn't get it to find it again so I could report it because it then said it doesn't exist now. So I can't even get it fixed and what's said is it was only 13 dollars! But the saddest part was it was for MOTHERS DAY!

Hey people out watch out for this guy's... See I did there game task it told me to invite 2 people and u will u complete the task so I did will I invite 30 of my friends and only one went through so that leave me with 29 of my friends the reason why they did not go through is because THEY WAS ASKING FOR THE CREDIT CARD they would not let them sing up with out there CREDIT card information first TO ME I THINK IT WAS A BIG SCAM THIS IS NOT THE FRIST TIME DOING TO ME AT ALL... I have been ordering from temu for over a year, I placed an order on 3/8, I waiting 14 days and it never shipped, so I canceled and tried to order again, just for them shipping was delayed and they didn't know when it would be shipped, well I needed these things for a baby shower on 3/25 so I just wanted a refund so I could buy the items somewhere else, they refused only wanting to give me temu credit but they aren't shipping anything so it wouldn't do me any good so temu just lost a loyal customer.
