I've been a loyal customer I believe ever since they started I've had a few packages go missing because of the bad area I live in I had a package go missing the other day temu refuses to give me a refund or resend a new package they say I should stay home all day and wait for my package to arrive but some of us work the delivery driver should know that they are delivering in one of the worst parts of the city and if nobody answers the door package should be sent to a holding place or a redelivery not a phone call nothing just pictures of the item left in my door got home from work item is missing this is the second item in a year first items they covered second item they told me no they wouldn't so shame shame on you temu and the delivery companies who deliver for them there's got to be a better way but I guess a million dollar company has nothing better to do than to keep our money I'm not going to sit home all day take your day off work to accept the package... So I was wary about ordering from the website but I did it anyway a $377 order a week later it says delivered well I'm looking around looking around check all my neighbors and no package to be found so I contact customer service and they say it says delivered well I don't know where it was delivered but it wasn't delivered here and no offer for credit no offer for a refund no offer to reship my product no offer for anything. Definitely the worst customer service I've ever encountered definitely a scam site if I could give it a negative 10 review I would. So if you order from this time you better make it a small number because if it's a bigger number they will not refund it and you better make sure you're ready to take responsibility for the Post Office and they're screw UPS because I paid my money I did my part between them and the post office somebody screwed up and I'm the one that it cost. I requested a refund due to the oversized clothes I received from my purchase. I diligently returned all items in a single package via UPS. However, a week later, I received a message from Temu stating they hadn't received a portion of the items intended for a refund. I found it perplexing that only part of the return could be lost. Currently, the customer service team seems to be implying that I never returned those specific items, which I find both ridiculous and unacceptable. They charged me again for those stuff I already returned. Such practices are not aligned with proper business conduct in the United States. It's disheartening to experience this, and I am disappointed in their handling of the situation.

Order today had damaged items (so did prior orders) Chat is available but for me a novice to both my ipad & iphone I really needed to speak to someone order today #PO**************131 items damaged and the incense actually made me gag! Non touch thermometer did not work with new batteries ipad stand scratched I am writing this review to pay it forward don't waste your time or money especially if your young I am a retired Physical therapist and even though I can afford Temu I can no longer use Temu it's a total drag to buy stuff only to receive some junky damaged items! Initially found customer service to be responsive either by chat & phone this was for my first two orders and always used Paypal! Recently efforts to reach Temu service has been unsuccessful and frustrating this includes their Chat & phone number!
