I will give temu 10 stars for everything! Quality worth money, return /refund options always there as chat with customer service if problem arise love everything about TEMU except delivery people who are very bad not bring package or leave that who knows where.Delivery people sucks. Even now you cant leave message you can't reach them the worst delivery company!

Yesterday, 3/2/2023, I saw an ad for Temu on my Moovit public transport app. The main message of the advertisement was that new users of the Temu mobile app may receive 3 free products of their choosing along with free shipping. Thus, believing it to be authentic, I clicked on it. I download the Temu App, then I select the three items I want to receive for free. But before you get all the items, you have to play a Hat Trick Draw game.
During the game, I was able to easily win the first two items, but every time I got to the last one on the hat trick game, I miraculously run out of energy points, and then they said I must invite friends in order to gain more energy to draw again, which leads me to believe that the game has been rigged.
But because I was determined to win all three items, I spent a total of two days attempting to invite as many friends as I could in order to accumulate enough energy points to draw and win my final item. However, I soon realized I had wasted my time and effort after Temu informed me that all three of the items I had selected were out of stock. (They said this after I won all three items).
They didn't even let me pick three other items that weren't out of stock; they just claimed it wasn't in stock where I was, and that was it. I genuinely wasted both my time and sleep. I deserve to know why Temu scammed me this way. I followed their instructions, so where are my freebies?

TUMU is a fair company for some great items. I have had a store in the past & seriously they have a lot of good items to order for resale. If you design your own jewelry & have family projects so the students can design earrings & sell them for profit; then this is a decent fair company to buy from. & it beats buying from the gift shows where you'd pay 6 to 10 times the prices on findings. & their jewelry of broach pins. My post is real as my review & name. I am an ex columnist as well. Ahough dome garments may not be as we expected; but TUMU definitely makes up for it on some great extremely fair items. I & some of my local & out of state business affiliates researched this site agreed, this company has a great stuff in it & they didn't have to drive to Orlando to buy products for resale when they can simply & patiently read & look over all of TUMU 's merchandise. As for the shipments being late. We had no issues with it. We also had a Fedex tracking number. A lot of times Fedex workers might have went to the wrong house; as this was done to one of my friends in Melbourne. The lady recently kept the package & because she felt she could. I've had fedex asks me if I'd keep a neighbors package& sign for it is myit & when that person came home could I take it to them ….I told the driver in the past that not my business & I said: NO! Early Last year ab abundance of packages where found in the woods somewhere. You might have seen this on tv. It happened & could you imagine all the people complaining & blaming companies in case they ordered. Gifts for their love ones. I like to tell it like it is … give this company a chance. So far we are impressed …we are saving money for some great gifts as well as discounted supplies for our students for their crafts so they can make products & earn money for school functions.

A lot of extremely fair items for the price & it’ a great site for family & friends & your business affiliates to grab some fantastic bargains .

I recently had a highly unsatisfactory experience with the online shopping website, Temu, which has left me frustrated and disappointed. Despite placing an order and eagerly waiting for my package, it never arrived in my mailbox or at my apartment. To make matters worse, the lack of assistance from Temu's customer service team has been appalling.

Upon realizing that my package was missing, I immediately contacted Temu's phone support and online support for assistance. To my dismay, the representative I spoke with informed me that they couldn't offer a refund and advised me to reach out to USPS instead. While it is understandable that they may need to involve USPS in such cases, their unwillingness to help or take responsibility was deeply disheartening.

Following their advice, I contacted USPS and initiated an investigation regarding the missing package. However, the process has been arduous and time-consuming, with no guarantee of a resolution or refund. It is deeply frustrating to think that the responsibility for resolving this issue has been shifted to me, the customer, rather than being efficiently handled by Temu or USPS.

Throughout this ordeal, I have encountered nothing but a lack of concern and support from Temu's customer service. Their unhelpful response and inability to provide a satisfactory solution have only added to my frustration. As a customer, I expect a reliable and trustworthy shopping experience, which unfortunately has been severely lacking with Temu.

I sincerely hope that others can learn from my experience and avoid the frustration and disappointment that I have endured. Temu's poor handling of my missing package, the lack of support from their customer service team, and the subsequent burden placed on me as the customer have all contributed to my decision to not only refrain from using their services in the future but also warn others about their subpar service.

I've purchased a few orders from Temu, and all have been delivered within the time frame. Unfortunately, the majority of the items are not well packaged to prevent damage during transit. I'd rather have the parcel arrive later than arrive with damaged items.
One big negative is that Temu kept enticing you to download their app with their daily gift. However, everything is not what it seems. If you spin the 20% off, it doesn't mean you get 20% off your next order, but it will give you a.2 cents credit.
Some products are poorly made with cheap materials. You can't always trust the description and the photos of the item on the website.
Also, they carelessly put all your items into a plastic courier bag! The items packaged in a box get squished and damaged, so they look like something you bought from a second-hand shop and can no longer be wrapped and given away as a gift! So think twice about buying something as a gift as it might get damaged during transit.
If Temu does not improve on their packaging for long haul transit pronto, it will cost them financially and it will reduce the number of return customers.
The return/refund process is relatively simple. However, one of the item was damaged on arrival and Temu requested to be returned before issuing a refund despite I had taken a photo of the damage corner of the towel rack. The CSR are polite and pleasant to deal with via chat. However, having read their response to my review and some of the replies from Temu on other reviews, it seems that all they do is give copy-and-paste answers about how they value customer satisfaction, their return procedure and to contact them if you are still unhappy. (Despite some reviews complaining about their poor return procedure and bad of customer service) The responses don't address the actual problems/complaints in the negative reviews. It's almost like a bot responding to negative reviews base on the keywords from the review and then paste the predetermine answer associated with those keywords.
This is a managerial problem and ultimately a business decision to ignore the core issues customers are complaining about! Therefore, unless they start to improve on the issues that customers are complaining/concern about, they will likely start losing existing customers or scare about potential customers.
Overall, my experience with buying from Temu has been somewhat positive with room for improvement.

Tip for consumers:
You need to keep in mind that you get what you pay for. If an item is selling at a dirt cheap price and the seller is still making a profit, then you can't expect top-quality products.
I've downloaded the app but decided to uninstall it after reading some reviews. To my horror, the app downloaded and installed itself again on my phone without my consent or permission.
If you are concerned about privacy but still want to buy from Temu, try buying via the website.

They keep creating tickets saying that I received my package when I did not receive my package supervisors keep saying that there's nothing they can do that can create another ticket they've been denied 4 times I want my money back or my package recent to me this is ridiculous this is day 4 going on since they said they were gonna do something they keep emailing me saying the problem's been resolved is do not cry they lie they still your money I would not recommend them as They are probably Stealing money off my credit card as we speak They say they do not argue with you but he says let me continue talking to you I don't want to give you my supervisor or I'm not arguing with you and keep arguing the customer is right if a customer says they did not receive a package for $29.40 straighten the package or give them their money back so they can reorder their package if they want to go through you anymore I would not recommend them their packages are not insured therefore the USPS Or UPS GTL deal or any other delivery company will not take their side and give you money for the package not being delivered as they are not insured and I have shown them that there is an empty mailbox I'm about ready to send an empty Box back and get my money back that way

Product is real cheap it falls apart broken or comes broken they don't want to do a refund they don't want to do replacement you have to shift the product back you have to pay for the shipping label They are disrespectful they say they're not arguing but they argue they won't give you a supervisor or the supervisor tells you they created a ticket and they created 4 tickets and delighted all 4 tickets that they've been resolved unprofessional low grade quality product and a really $#*!ty attitude

If you buy electrical products from Temu there is a good chance that they won't work or maybe dangerous!

Temu is Legit.
A bit of advice though…
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THE GAMES.
THEY ARE SET UP FOR YOU NEVER TO GET THE FREE GIFTS. THEY ONLY EXIST TO GET YOU TO GET MORE PEOPLE TO BUY FROM THEM.

Tip for consumers:
Do NOT waste your time with the games.
They are set up to where you NEVER get the free stuff. It is only a scam to get you to get more people to buy from them.
