I have never been disappointed in anything I have purchased from Temu. They have great prices and good products.
I will give temu 10 stars for everything! Quality worth money, return /refund options always there as chat with customer service if problem arise love everything about TEMU except delivery people who are very bad not bring package or leave that who knows where.Delivery people sucks. Even now you cant leave message you can't reach them the worst delivery company!
When you get your items, you may get some ok things (temu does sell a lot of cheap garbage). But since they started using YTO as their couriers, good luck actually getting items. YTO are the worst ever. They used to use Oz Post or Fast Horse (which would pass parcels to Oz Post if you arent home)
Their current couriers are YTO...if you aren't home, you probably will NEVER receive your items.
I'm in a gated complex and there's always neighbours home & have told couriers to ring buzzers of neighbours but they never do.
Or, you are in the shower/loo and they won't wait for you to answer the door as they are very impatient.
They leave no card for you to contact them to rearrange delivery. So, unless you are waiting by the door 24/7 when they MAY deliver, you'll never get your item.
Tracking is useless as all it does is tell you on the Temu page "received for processing" one day then the next message is "recipient not able to be contacted". No way to get parcel delivery rearranged.
So, there go my 3 parcels they tried to deliver today as I know I'll never receive them. That's some of my Christmas presents to never be seen again

Yet Temu always uses them and they refuse to use a different company even though thousands complain to Temu about how terrible YTO is.

TEMU CANNOT be trusted to do the right thing! I placed an order on 9/10/23 for 20 items. I received 15 items that I never ordered, random items were sent to me. They sent the wrong package!
Even the weight of the items did not make sense. One label on the package says 5.5kg & 6kg and on the same bag there was a label that said 3.4kg (see attached pics). I returned ALL of the random items I received back to TEMU only to have TEMU REFUSE/DENY the return and say that NO refund will be issued (see attached pics) even though TEMU messed up my order. SMH! I was definitely not satisfied with what TEMU sent. I spent over and hour on the phone with them and they wouldn't provide a resolution. I called TEMU on 9/26/23 to try to get a resolution. I spoke with one of their customer service rep (Nick) who put me on hold for 30 mins then disconnected the call. I called right back and spoke with Anne who had me repeat everything I had already explained to Nick. He never noted the incident. Anne assured me that she will create a ticket **************) and escalate the issue. To this day (9/29/23), I have not received any communication from TEMU. No copy of the ticket, no email confirming the call, no apologies for the frustrating inconvenience, NOTHING! I will NEVER buy from this scamming site! SMH

I contacted Customer Service in chat 5 days in and the agent stated they were submitting a ticket. I called in today, the said no ticket was submitted. The site says the package takes 2-5 days to get to the shipper (USPS). In this case all 6 items/outfits for the holiday/vacation have been sitting in their shipping facility for 8.5 days at the time of this post. Called their customer service, was told the ticket wasn't submitted and they would send a ticket to the department that will check with the facility that has my package and will have them locate it. WTF is locating it gonna do. She couldn't guarantee that it would be sent within any period of time. I told them the facility is at is 45 min away from the shipper. The facility is located in a small town that has a USPS there. WHY IS IT SITTING FOR 8.5 days at the same place? GIVE IT TO USPS Already and let the items get to the address in time. Their customer service lied first try, their 2nd customer service agent wasn't giving me any kind of confidence that this issue would be resolved. Gave the excuse that it's the holidays. It's been sitting since the 7th! The 25th is the Holiday. There's no excuse it should sit maybe 1 mile away from the post office for 8.5 days. & for the package being late, they give you a $5 store credit. WHY THE FK WOULD I WANT TO PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN?

We cannot guarantee when your package will be at USPS/or to residence.

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with, it appeared to me that the entire staff has a combined IQ of about 5. Basically I got a "new member" $120 off of an order and free shipping where I only had to pay tax. Upon cashing out my order I read that I had to pay the $120 which would be refunded after order was processed. The issue I had was that I only had enough on the card to cover taxes, as none of this was stated to me prior. Now point being, the card would be declined due to ISF and I would not get the order processed. So after contacting online support and spending almost 12 hours going back and forth with several incompetent buffoons I was a little hot under the collar. Not a one of them understood anything I was telling me over and over to elaborate more when it was pretty obvious what I was saying and could elaborate no further. They insisted I place the order which would upon their receiving payment would credit the $120 back. I must have said about 40 times that the card would be declined for that amount and these imbeciles didn't understand and again asked me to elaborate further. As I said after 12 hours I was just over it and said I wanted to speak on the phone to a supervisor. Well after another agonizing hour with aforementioned supervisor asking me to elaborate further because she didn't understand what I was saying she said she would transfer me to a higher up supervisor who didn't pick up for about half an hour. After explaining situation to her...yep, you guessed it folks! Could I elaborate further? Now after almost 2 more hours with that level of stupidity I am awaiting a return from the next level up. So my whole day was wasted explaining over and over and over and over the same thing that I had already said countless hundreds of times. Don't waste your time with these dumb braindead people. Been waiting a little over an hour for the callback now and can't wait to see how it'll take for them to call and if the next level is just as stupid as the first three were.

I too was sceptical about ordering from Temu, I have ordered 17 times now. I haven't had any issues or major problems, if something was damaged, it was refunded promptly. I've only had one damaged item and it was due to poor packaging, nothing to do with the item, it was a plastic window cleaning tool, had it have been placed in the package longways instead of the short way, it would have survived the trip. It can be glued back together, it was refunded. You are allowed one refund per order, I have only taken advantage of that if something was wrong. I ordered three pair of size 7 shoes, two fit perfectly, the third pair, I believe were mislabeled. Those were refunded and I was told to keep or donate them. The same with a smart watch, I just couldn't get it paired with my phone, after 3 weeks I requested to return it, I was given the refund and again told I could keep or donate it. I've bought clothing and jewelry and love them all, none of the jewelry has turned yet, they wear beautifully. Two items of clothes were a little bigger than expected, I will either alter them or give them away. I've bought things for my car and had no problems. All of my orders but one so far have been in the time frame specified. The one that wasn't on time, I was given a $5 credit because of the delay by the day after it was due.
Also, people complain about Temu accessing your location and stuff, I have Temu on two devices and neither have access to anything and I use a third party vendor to pay for my purchases. As for the items being from China, half of items for sale in America come from China and have for decades, go into any Walmart or Target or wherever and take a look. Better yet Google the companies from all over the globe that operate out of the US, you'll be surprised at what comes from where.
