I have never been disappointed in anything I have purchased from Temu. They have great prices and good products.
I will give temu 10 stars for everything! Quality worth money, return /refund options always there as chat with customer service if problem arise love everything about TEMU except delivery people who are very bad not bring package or leave that who knows where.Delivery people sucks. Even now you cant leave message you can't reach them the worst delivery company!
They combine orders to save money and keep you waiting. Or separate one simple 7 items orders into two shipments. Whoever works as chat customer support, the answer they provide is copy & paste from scripts and template! If you ask two completely different questions, you'll get an exact same 10 lined reply! I though almost 70% of purchased items to rubbish bin! Most of peripherals, storages, flash memories, cables and converters are grade "D" products are defective non-working or cosmetically flawed beyond repair. Don't waste your money and time with TEMU.

Several of the products that I ordered were pictured as sets. When you order, however, you are only ordering one of the sizes. Though not technically a scam, since I did get what I ordered, it is truly misleading. Once again, it was my responsibility to be more careful, but it is disappointing to have the ordering be so unclear. If you look at the pictures below, you will see the picture that is displayed on the website, and the picture of what I actually received.

So far the items I have purchased seem very nice and extremely inexpensive. The issue I have is that my first purchase was shipped out in a couple of days. My second, a couple of weeks, now my third is still sitting just waiting. They are like drug dealers... giving you the first one for free, leaving you wanting more- then slamming you, getting you hooked and leaving you out to dry. Absolutely no one to speak with.

I've now processed over 2 dozen orders with Temu. Nearly everything was as good or better than brand name, clothes, kitchen ware, household, toys. After 50+ different items I've only returned 3. Two returned were too big, my fault, 1 was not as described. So simple, place in box, print return voucher & drop off at my choice place. Return to my bank was quick. I received 1 item broken & they sent another no charge within a week. Package wrapping looks terrible but it ships. I love Temu!

I wish I could give zero stars. My husband got me this cute lamp. It didn't work like it was supposed to. It's supposed to charge then work without being plugged in. Well, it doesn't charge. I was OK with that though because it didn't cost much and it did work while plugged in. Three days later, now it doesn't work at all. Might as well have thrown money in the trash can. About 85% of the order I made have been returned to them more than 4 weeks ago and I haven't received my refund most of those order were not as described or shipped unprofessionally. I must also mention that most of those items look pretty cheap.

I have purchased swimsuits, shorts, tops and crop leggings. You are not getting designer fashions here but you are getting fantastic prices and decent quality. I have returned stuff to be told they didn't get it. The most recent issue was they stuffed 4 orders in a package w 3 pairs of boots and clothes and the bag had huge holes in it and I'm missing pieces they won't do anything about it.

Horrible quality items. Pictures cannot be trusted AT ALL. Everything comes wrapped in tons of plastic and smells terrible. You basically buy garbage.

The packaging was extremely POOR quality. One item cracked, and the box of another crushed. The quality of the items, not up to par. Yes, you get what you pay for. I reported my broken item that cost over one dollar and got a.65 cent credit - really?

Bought 60 items. All but 6 I eventually was told were out of stock and my money was refunded. Still waiting for the rest of my items to get here. They applied $5 to my account and they did refund my money for the items out of stock but the whole thing was just a big waste of time. Make sure you take photos of your return package complete with items before you send it as after only two returns both times Temu claiming items were not present. Managed to sort one out and currently trying to resolve the other. Would not recommend using them. Be careful with your hard earned cash.

I ordered 8 things from them in two different orders. After seeing my package arrive in a pretty small bag for 8 things I was worried. Upon opening I received 4 items. None of them being anything close to what I ordered. And some being inappropriate items. Very disappointed and not happy. Never will trust them again. Not impressed. Colors are boring compared to advertised photo. Yellow dress is not yellow but mustard. Multi color dress is wrong. In photo it is green with orange and looks sharp. I tried it I personally know others who bought items, received items, loved items. My experience has been great. I love it. I am addicted. Yes its an addiction. Most items I love bc the quality is good. Some items not so much. Pictures were or discriptuon was not clear. No problem with returning items, in fact I was able to choose how I am refunded. Either refund in several days and no returning item or Cash now and choose something else and not to worry about returning. I have always chosen the later. Zero issues. I get my package relatively quickly as well.
I've heard a lot of rumors, but nothing substantiated. They can't be any worse than any other app.

I have placed a few orders and have found the quality of the clothing to be horrible. Materials are itchy and thin (cotton does not exist) and the website description photos are highly edited and misleading. The costume jewelry is ok for the price but the dollar store has comparable items. BEWARE their return policy is discretional. If they disagree with why you returned the item they will not refund it even in brand new condition and even after you pay return shipping. I think this company is a cash grab and nothing to invest your hard earned money in. Most of the reviews are left by paid influencers as noted on other sites.

They have been paying every Youtuber to promote their products - they are no better than other cheap sites.
