I will give temu 10 stars for everything! Quality worth money, return /refund options always there as chat with customer service if problem arise love everything about TEMU except delivery people who are very bad not bring package or leave that who knows where.Delivery people sucks. Even now you cant leave message you can't reach them the worst delivery company!

I just received my first order from Temu and you definitely get what you pay for. Their products are cheaply made and some not as pictured. I received oven covers and they are way too big. I have to cut them after I do so they do not fit and look terrible. I received a flashlight super small. I received a shaver, outdoor camera and yet to try it but shaver has a very small blade. The other 2 gadgets are just small and will be fine. Would I ever place another order probably not.

Temu seems to offer good price with a high ratio of defective product. Out of the total 13 items we ordered, 3 of them were defective, that is almost a 25% defect rate. Return process is relatively easy but we've used Temu credit option only so far. Not sure how long it takes if we request refund to the original payment method.

Our other big concern with this website is their pop-up promotions which are pure scams. We've got "buy $30 get $10 coupon", and "buy $60 get $20 coupon" offers. After we receive the code and try to redeem it with our next purchase, it says "you have to buy $30 to use this coupon code", which means the $10 or the $20 are not true coupons at all. If you buy again today, you will be prompted the same messages to induce you to add more items to the shopping cart. Be careful with this site!

I love some of the shipments that I have received from your company. Most are ok but however this is the 3 shipment that laser ship claims driver didn't have correct address. Untrue they have delivered 2 times before no problem I bought items for a birthday today i would think you should send me a free gift certificate for the 2 orders not here. I had to buy my friend and my mom other gifts from Walmart that I could not afford. I would appreciate a call or email on how you plan on correcting this. I shall NOT order and will tell my friends who signed up not to order again unfortunately. Thank you Darleen Zradi

Better products and better shipping. Also it’s not right to claim the free products only if you share with a friend. Nextly why do you give coupons after you already purchased items that’s not fair to your customers

Of three orders I placed with Temu, two arrived. One is lost. Temu makes it hard to contact customer service. You are forced to contact their shipping company who gives you a tracking number and promises a 2 business day reply. 7 business days later, no reply.
Save your self the extra effort. Light your money on fire. It's the same as ordering from Temu without the hastle.

It appears to be impossible to return items to Temu. I've had many good buys but have spent hours trying to find how to return items for refund. I won't be buying anything from them again as I think their claim for free returns, or any returns, is fraudulent.

I have been extremely happy using this site. I feel like the product I receive looks like it is portrayed on the site or very close unlike alot of the sites. I recently did one of their spin promotions and got a $100 credit and it was deposited into my account to use on whatever was in my cart, it did not have to be for items they chose for you to pick from. Some of the discounts do apply to only certain items however. For the price I feel the quality is good, Im not saying I am always 100% happy but I would put it at 85 to 90% and thats pretty darn good. I will continue to use this site.

Places order on 3/11 with promise of delivery by 3/25. Still no order. They actually attempted deliver on 3/23 but couldn't gain access to the building so rather than these morons calling to say they were there they left. Am ordering something I need before Wednesday and no one has responded. Someone named Naomi sent 1 email, and since then have not responded, even tho I have attempted numerous times to reach out to get and answer or redelivery and tell them to call when they get here. Right now I am pissed off because they did a piss poor delivery job, not even an attempt to contact the purchaser. But they have 3 days to get it here before I really blast them. Depends on service from here whether the next review is a step up or blast...their choice

Have been on Temu for a while now and I don't think I'll ever go back to other websites bc they don't take care of us as well as Temu does. Even if shipping takes longer than most, they still balance it by giving us affordable prices and great quality products so I don't really mind much. Category selection is also better than others' + free shipping

Temu is a host site for multiple sellers. Most of the products are good quality. Watch for conflicting photos in a listing, note stated sizes (or lack of sizes), headlines sometimes fail to indicate that a choice needs to be selected (check for photo icons that specify size, color, and price differences when you click on them), multiple sellers means different pricing on same/similar items. Delivery time depends on what you buy - your order is given a delivery window. Temu will automatically issue a $5 account credit for late delivery. If items are damaged (take photos) or missing (they will check with the warehouse), go to your orders and use the return/refund button to receive a refund or account credit (with which I have had positive experiences). I have purchased many quality items at great prices, just remember to shop smart!

I've ordered from them twice now. Both times it was dollar store quality at best, but mostly worse and you pay more. For the kitchen items, they were highly dangerous plastics that should never be used in a kitchen. The clothing items were as thin as a piece of tissue as well as I am afraid were put together by a sweat shop. This app will be uninstalled and never used again. Buyer beware.

When buying clothes, you do need to check reviews to see if it runs small or large in order to get the correct size. I have bought so many items off of this site, and my only complaint is it is addicting. One of my shirts wasn't as described and they gave me a credit the same day. My first two orders got here really fast and I was under the impression. This was a company in San Diego California. I just made another order and it says that it is going through customs which means it's not even in America. It will be my last order. This is the reason I stopped shopping at Shein.

TEMU contacted me after the initial incident resolving the matter by giving me $5 off and a credit in the amount of my original order then literally sending an order again without any problems in delivery. I recently placed two orders and waiting to see if it will be delivered as promised. I noticed in the advertisements they use boxes to show orders being delivered. The packaging was a bag and I order shoes packed in a bag left bunched marks that I had to put paper to bring them back to form but the other products, I was pleased with but the quality is what you pay for so do not think you will get the level of quality if it were a name brand product. However, the prices are phenomenal and there are a wide variety of products to choose from and since I am on a fixed income, I didn't expect much but was quite satisfied with everything I ordered. Now the numerous updates or ads to encourage more spending becomes aggravating as the notification sounds gets monotonous.

I placed my first order, was excited when it arrived in a timely manner. I expected quality to not be top of the line because of the low prices. The quality was fine for the most part but everything ran really small. I even order up a size thinking this could happen but, still didn't fit right. I am only 5' 3" so I can't imagine how this stuff fits taller people correctly. Unfortunetly it is all being returned.

I NEVER received my package. I've been asking over a month for either a credit or a refund. They are not offering either. They constantly give me the same answer. Check your neighbors or USPS. I did both, still no help. I told them I'll settle for a credit and all I got was "sorry for any inconvenience." From looking they have a protected purchase policy but not using it for their customers. They were suppose to be Christmas gifts and Temu has let me down terribly. If I had the money to lose I wouldn't care, but a mom struggling around the holidays was really depressing.

As a wholesaler, I found the same product on the wholesale websites that are on Temu websites. I also found it discouraging that they tell you continuously to buy from this website to earn points for the games and it takes weeks and weeks and you have to continue to buy and buy in order to receive free items, I will no longer play the games because they make no sense. You're still gonna get the same discounts if you purchase or you're wasting your time each day, playing a game and inviting people that really don't want to be invited. I think they use us just for advertisement. I have enjoyed the majority of my orders thus far.

I bought 5 water bottles and found out they were staining my furniture. After contacting Temu I was offered a refund. I was left with a stained quartz countertop and bedside table. Guess Who will pay for the damage? Not Temu. Do not buy this product. Be aware the prick duct is of the poorest quality. I wish I had looked at reviews before buying from this company. Never again!

Temu is horrible. I would give negative stars of i could. They use to be good, but they don't care anymore. Not only did they lose tracking on my package and didn't get it back until I got on to them over and over, but when my package finally came, it was missing 4 of the 9 items I ordered. I showed them and told them over and over and their untrained online customer service reps just kept repeating themselves regardless of what I had shown them. They don't care. At all. If you're reading this, go find another sight to order from that does a better job. I promise, you will experience problems with Temu. Time for them to be canceled.

Tip for consumers:
Temu is not a good company. They use to be. But they do not care about their customers anymore.

What they managed to give me. They didn't send 4 of my 9 products. This company is garbage.

No policy for refund item… looks like it depends to them they want to refund the money or not… recently I return 4 item but only get money for 2 item… after waiting 1 weeks they said they didn't fouothe 2 item which was more than 150$ value…. This is either Canada post/ temu warehouse fault why should I loss my money… every penny matters… very disappointed.

Tip for consumers:
Confirm the refund policy cause they write they will refund but completely depends on them you get money or not

Really attractive prices and images of quality products. I actually thought it was fun going "bargain shopping" given the prices and free shipping. However, shipping took almost 3 weeks, which was expected as items are shipped from China. The quality of the items are really pathetic. Even worse than what you can find at places such as the "dollar stores." I remember going to underground markets in China and the Temu merchandise is similar to what you find in those knock-off night markets. I ordered drain snake (cheap flimsy plastic and doesn't work), round seat cushions (less than 1 inch thin.cheap and I will not use), a 4 prong blind cleaner and a few other items. I'm sure there is something that is both super cheap and truly useful or if good quality, but for me, not worth it.

I was skeptical at first but decided to try it out. I've been really happy so far. I've done around five different orders I believe and all of them reach me within the time frame they give me or sooner. Nothing has ever been past the date of delivery or has taken more than two weeks. I normally get what I order in a week. Everything has been the same as on the photos. Do keep in mind I order mostly nail art stuff for doll making. So I'm not ordering huge or expensive things. I do have a few led lights coming soon and it will be my first electronic purchase from them but even then the products were under 10 bucks so I'm not excepting to get some 100 dollar item for 10 bucks. They don't have as much variety as aliexpress but If I can get it on Temu I choose them first because of the time I get it in. It's cheaper than amazon and faster than aliexpress. I do hope they expand their Ball jointed doll sections though!

I started purchasing from Temu just before Christmas 2022. I was pleasantly impressed with their product, prices, and service. I live in Hawaii and I normally get my orders in less than 3 weeks. The quality of their products are very good, but when it's not, the Service Dept steps in to rectify the problem quickly. I usually just purchase 1 or 2 of an item that I like, receive my order, then decide if I want more. It's now April 2023 and I'm still shopping on Temu.
