I will give temu 10 stars for everything! Quality worth money, return /refund options always there as chat with customer service if problem arise love everything about TEMU except delivery people who are very bad not bring package or leave that who knows where.Delivery people sucks. Even now you cant leave message you can't reach them the worst delivery company!

I found TEMU before Christmas and immediately fell in love. Made several orders, some big some small. Shipping always on time or early. Merchandise great quality. Recommended to lots of friends, family and co-workers. Ordered $12 worth of things 2 wks ago without a problem. Tried to place a $15 order 4 days ago and found out they now have a $20 minimum. I chatted, called and emailed, all confirmed the new minimum. This is ridiculous since items are so cheap. I could understand a smaller minimum but $20 is too much. I don't want to be forced to order other items. Not cool TEMU! RETHINK THIS OR YOU WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS...LIKE ME

I ordered many times on this app and temu doesn't disappoint. Shipping is fast either thru ups, lasershop or usps. I get my items withing 1 to 2 weeks it's awesome. Stuff I got on is cheaper than Amazon.

I ordered 3 shirts, a cross body bag, an under the counter LED light, a veggie chopper and a black rubber bag. Some of the items were ok. Two of the shirts are awfully cheap, thin polyester. The cross body bag is also made of cheap plastic and in incredibly small. Ordering is a crap shoot so I'm out.

Ordering is a crap shoot so I won't order again.

Just made my first purchase from Temu and was so pleased with how easy the whole thing was! Everything was laid out so simply and it also suggested some great recommendations that it was like the app knew that I had a little toddler who likes legos and coloring books! They were also crazy affordable with how much the prices were slashed + free shipping for all my orders? What more can I ask for?! My orders just got here earlier and it makes me so happy to see my baby happily playing with his new toys <3

I have only bought from Temu one time but I had a great experience with them. I received my items quickly. Everything looks really good, one sweater is a little smaller than I hoped but it's ok, and I got a satchel bag that was a little smaller than I thought it would be, but it's nice as it is. I'm very happy with everything!

My order never arrived, Temu only would send messages saying "it can take 10-15 days to arrive." It was way over 10-15 days at this point. Temu then instructed me to contact SpeedX to inquire about my order. Pretty sure SpeedX is a fake company. I was never able to get a hold of them.
Temu finally refunded my money but that is a huge waste of time that I will never get back! Very frustrating!

Not worth your time. Everything I ordered from shades, clothing, towels to household goods. Extremely poor quality. They show plenty of good reviews but not accurate.

I was skeptical, but ordered a shirt an a few other random items. Temu kept me informed of my delivery and was on time. My shirt is BEAUTIFUL and just what I hoped for! Unfortunately, it was too big. I got an immediate response for a refund/replacement. I was so pleased, I just put in another order!

I have order several times from temu considering they probably come from china --they got here in a short time--i got what i ordered-most of them were not top of the line products,but the price was very low-got and they what i expected they worked ok- i will order from them again no problem with them

I spent 2 days texting. Messaging and emailing everyone I could think of and when u get close they make it impossible. I urge anyone to stay away from anything free from Temu it is def a scam to get u to invite everyone you know and end up getting frustrated and quitting after you've literally worked for free for however long your patience can stand. I even went to customer service and they were absolutely zero help please stay away from Temu scams. I got down to 2$ and thry wouldn't let me pay the cash to finish it up. Take my advice and run away DO not get caught up in Temu scams

7/28,2023 Just placed my first order with Temu. I didn't notice this until I clicked to continue payment. One of my items was a mermaid shower curtain set w/rugs (4pc). On the product page and in my cart, said the total with sale price being $21.48, regular price of 41.49. On payment page, after entering payment info, it says regular price is $55.47 and I was charged $23.84. Not much of a difference but, this is the kind of thing that will stop me from ordering in the future. You got to watch for this when you are checking out. My order won't arrive until Aug. 3-9th. I will post another review on the quality and promptness of order.

Temu needs to make it a mandatory when items are delivered to a customer that either they are delivered to the person on the label of package and or if package is left at the doorstep the package and its location of where its left caught by picture.
We ordered a bunch of things from temu and did not received it after we were told it was delivered.
I am so angry right now and will not use temu until this is corrected. We pay good money to make sure the delivery is done to our satisfaction

When I pay for something . I expect it to be delivered to my hands only. I am very upset with temu and want this corrected.

In the last 2 mounths I have spent a significant amount of money only to get missing pieces in packages or not receive them at all I have been issued refunds but ordered these things because I wanted them not to receive refunds of some sort on more than half of my orders
Every time I try to speak to someone I get a computer waiting on a package is not the issue I will wait 2 weeks if needed I just want my stuff this is incredibly frustrating and as of now have stopped ordering

Temu began with enticing initial offers for the first 2-3 orders, providing a favorable start. However, once you transition from being a new customer, the offers cease. Despite the attractive low prices, the quality is disappointingly poor, and the delivery time is unacceptably long. Furthermore, there is a notable absence of a customer service contact number or email for addressing issues.
I made several attempts to reach out to customer service regarding my lost package, but regrettably, no satisfactory solution or assistance was provided. Consequently, I ended up losing approx £50 without any resolution. I strongly advise against falling into this trap.
Continuing from my previous message, I made persistent attempts to contact customer care, investing nearly an hour each time to articulate and clarify the recurring issue. Although they advised me to seek confirmation from Evri, which I promptly obtained, the resolution with Temu remains elusive. Regrettably, my diligent efforts have not yielded a satisfactory solution. Notably, one representative successfully initiated a ticket, but to my dismay, it was closed without any accompanying explanation. This has left me thoroughly disheartened. For your records, this delivery included multiple orders (which can be find with delivery date 23 Dec) so including primary order number is: [PO**************278].

Bought somethings, waited and waited, treys to contact Temu but they have no way to get ahold of a real person, no one responds to emails or "tickets" you submit, and then they finally send an email that the order was lost and they issued a credit to my temu account without asking me if I wanted my refund issued that way, that's not their right. They can't force you to do business with them after they didn't give you the items you ordered. And of course no way to reach anyone. Had to file fraud with my bank.

They sell cheap stuff cheap, so you get what you pay for. Second time I have ordered from them and Once bit Twice shy, No third time. Cheap Junk and you forget what you order, because it takes Soooooooooooooo long to get it. Not Again.

I bought a juicer as a gift and when I saw the box I thought, NO! You could tell it was repackaged poorly. When I put the juicer together it would not turn on, apparently what the buyer before found out and now I found out that it didn't work. I am an engineer so I did follow directions and troubleshoot but it was apparent this probably never worked. Temu customer support is non existent in reality. Never use them!

I made several purchases and my experience was very good so I continued to buy from Temu however, my last experience was the worst. I ordered a wig for $74 with a discount, then reordered at $80 with a discount twice. Now it's $90. Each time the order was canceled by Temu with no explanation. It still shows 14 in stock. I've contacted Temu several times via chat and phone call with a promise to get back with me. A month later and still nothing. The money was refunded each time but if the item is available that should be stated. Kima Hair is the seller and no way to contact them. Customer service is HORRIBLE. Be careful if the items is something you really want.

I placed an order this morning, no problem, money out of bank acc and receipt with P O issued.
Did another, same thing paid in full.
Looked at email this afternoon, saying payment for 1 click payment didnt work, still owe that, try paying again!.
Second order same thing!.
Payment was in full, money recieved and confirmation sent for both!.
Trying to get another payment, be carefull. I just cancelled both orders...not paying twice!
UPDATE;
I went back into my account with Temu and requested a refund for both orders. Thought that was better, than paying twice.
I did receive a reply from Temu asking if the problem was addressed.
I'm not sure if I will replace the orders I had to cancel as I don't see the point of requesting a refund for an order you haven't even seen yet! Very Leary!.

Tip for consumers:
Watch every email, read them carefully. They are trying to get double payment from you, when its already paid in full!!

Temu's tracking system is a scam. My order never arrived.
Order was made Feb 27 2024
Scheduled Date For Delivery - Mar 4
Latest Date For Delivery - Mar 9
Tried to Request a Refund on March 11, but their website and their postal service, makes it impossible to speak to a person, and sends the customers in circles by Temu instructing the customer to contact OnTrac with their phone number, and the bot maintained Ontrac system instructs the customer to contact the seller if a notification of "delivered" has been received, but in reality there is not package sent or received.

Side Note: Odd that a company would have, "If you received notification for delivery, but did not receive your package" as a FIRST "help" for customers. As though they KNOW that this is going to happen repeatedly to their customers.

On Mar 9 OnTrac stated that the package was at the initial airport and yet to be shipped, and a $5 credit for future Temu products ONLY has been added to my account.

Problem: I will NEVER use Temu again. The credit is useless to me.

On Mar 11 I tried to request a refund as a response to the "delivered" email notification, but the protocol between Temu and OnTrac (that Temu hides behind) gives their customers the run around.

Mar 12, the notification of "delivery" was received by email, but no my items.

I submitted a dispute for Temu charges using my cc company. It is in the works as I Type, and the money credited back to my account.

Temu needs to be shut down for poor business ethics and fraudulent messages that they know are not true.

DO NOT USE THEM. You have been warned by a Temu customer that has been duped. I wish I had read all of the many similar reviews on BBB, Google, etc.

Today is Mar 16 - No package has ever been delivered. If so, they would/should take a pic of the delivered package for proof like other companies do.

Tip for consumers:
Save your time and money. Do not use Temu. You've been warned. I hope to save the consumers from scams.

If you are thinking about buying something on Temu, don't do it! I was not happy with Temu and my purchase at ALL! I bought two squishmallows that looked super cute online but they did not look like the ones online at all! They also took 2 WEEKS to arrive! They came with no tag so that means that they are fake! Temu just remakes them and sell them for less money. One of the squishmallows was also not soft like a real squishmallow. Temu is fake and cheap. I am never using the app again!

Have ordered several times, and apart from 2 articles, everything was 5 +++. These 2 articles were a beret, which was too small [more for a child], and a dress, which was thinner material than expected,albeit good quality, just not for winter. When I asked about returning, I was informed I can KEEP THE ITEMS, and STILL GOT A FULL REFUND INTO MY CUSTOMER ACCOUNT! LOVE TEMU!
And NO, I am NOT an "influencer" [whatever that is; if you need someone to tell you what to think/ buy/ do, you are beyond help...]

Tip for consumers:
Go for customer site refund, not back into bank account, it is immediate and safe !!!

Complete Christmas 2022 orders
I ordered from Temu for all my Christmas presents for 2022. I am so grateful for them. I was able to give my family a beautiful Christmas with alot of beautiful presents from Temu. They also gave free shipping during the holidays to help those who do not have alot to spend able to accommodate their children's wish lists. I was impressed with each item. Everything is well made. I'm not sure what others experienced and why they are unhappy. I did business with Temu during the busiest time of year and I was pleased over and over again. Thank you Temu. I love you!
