3 months ago, I loved this site. I bought more baby clothes here than in any other store for much less. Then it happened. They became very popular and over worked and out of stock. You place things in your cart, pay for it then 2 weeks later get an email they you're being credited $5 because they are put of stock. It takes up to 3 weeks to get your order which I didn't mind. Now almost all the things I really wanted are out of stock. I'm happy they are popular but for me it's disappointing as the things I ordered I was looking forward to getting.
Pros: their items are from China but they are great quality plus they do credit you quickly
Cons: whatever you order expect 3-4 weeks delivery and never buy anything as a gift as though your life depends on this item. You could recieve a text 2 weeks later that is out of stock

I have received many products from Temu. All were good quality and mailed free of charge. I have returned some - mostly clothing for various reasons. The refunds and customer service were polite and prompt + they provide a printable return label so items can be returned with no postage. Have discovered U.S. entities buying Temu products and selling them online at a higher price. If I'm looking for a specific item, I always visit Temu first.

So my order was late. I get that happens, but when 3 customer service reps in a row transfer me because they can't answer my question, then ask the same 3 questions in a row... same photos, same PO. Still ask me after a message they were reviewing the previous concersations... its BOTS running their customer service. Will not buy here again. It all been cheap grade items, no wonder the price!

Hesitated on ordering but listened to a coworker they make sure your card payment clears then they print out a shipping label and say it's shipped. You go to the shippers website and the package hasn't been received...So basically there lying it's been over two weeks and it's still saying shipped with no info and then you check with the shipper and still nothing received. So now it's time to call my credit card company to file a dispute...If you're thinking about a purchase from this company my advice is don't do it

The order arrived on time. It was complete. The so called promotional gifts are never going to happen but temu say they are happy to help you. By that they mean that they will try their best to get you to spend more. However you will always be one point away.
2 of the items ordered were tiny. More like samples. I Felt a bit cheated
The other items were okay for the amount paid.
At first I was impressed by the purchased blouse. The fabric was green flower print. It arrived very smelly so I washed it and then ironed it. That is when I found out that the print flowers were just stuck onto the fabric and not woven. The size was good, even a little too large but not noticeably so. It will do for gardening in.
Customer service is appalling. Temu will start the chat and then continually ask you to state your issues. Finally they make out that you have left the conversation before closing down the chat.

I purchased 3 items, slim fit jeans for my hubby, shoes for my daughter and a laminate marble roll x 3. Not 1 product was satisfactory. Jeans were straight fit, which some men would be fine with but not my hubby, shoes were way too big although cute but looks won't help her to fit into them, and the rolls of laminate were just plain white. I ordered from Temu a few small orders and was happy with the delivery. It was faster than I expected. Items were decent.
Recently I decided to start ordering some items to re-sell in our store. I spent over $400 and never received anything!
They say it was delivered and that's the end of it. They basically accused me of having an unsafe delivery spot (I live in a gated home, you can't get a more secure spot). Save your money, absolutely Terrible!
Update: once the issue was looked into, I did get a full receipt from Temu. I have since ordered from them again, and had good experiences.

I have received 4 packages of many items. Some things like rings, are either stunning, or not at all like the photos. A few things have been broken, but I could easily repair them. The prices are crazy cheap for good quality. The biggest negative is the ridiculous volume of emails that come hourly all day promising $ off that you never receive. The prices are so low, this does not seem necessary. Please review this policy and decrease the number of daily/hourly emails. It is not necessary once a person continues to order.

I was surprised Temu had real time tracking since the app looks so simple but it really helped figure out where my orders were coming from. Delivery was a little later than their 15-day estimate but they did give me $5 delivery credit for it which was nice. Products are pretty okay looks the same from the image (see my photos) but the price is really the big draw here. 4 stars because they do take accountability for their late deliveries so not really a bad shopping experience!

Awful customer service experience. I haven't received my order, I have been waiting on a refund, or give me a clear answer about what is happening, they keep copying and past the same responses, ignoring my concerns. The worst place ever, stay away of these people. I spent a lot of money and now I am still waiting just to know where my package is, no one is answering my questions, they just keep repeating that my concern was forwarder to a supervisor and they would get back to me in 24/28 hours, it has been 3 days now I jeep getting the same stupid answers.

I've checked out temu and loved some of their styles and patterns. Would love to order a lot but all I see is polyester used. The pictures are deceiving, they are able to make it look like natural fibers, i.e. Cottons, viscose, silk, linen, etc and then you buy and find out it is polyester. When I ordered some stuff, it didn't say the type of material used it at least I didn't see it. Now at least, scrolling through, you can see material used.
Of course, reviews are deceiving, too, here. Customers get better prices or coupons offered if they leave a great review. Everyone seems to love polyester. Well, don't believe it.
I would definitely order if natural materials would be used.

Just bought some Lenovo headphones from Temu. There are some regularly priced items that are ok, but if you order the really inexpensive stuff, be prepared.

It is so much fun to scroll through all the stuff and pick out things you like, and when you look at the cart it's still under $100. Great selection and great prices. However, they use a shipping service that uses UPS for the first part, so you get a notice your package is on the way and speeding to you. But UPS then drops your package at a local post office for the final delivery. This results in a delay of up to three weeks, or the rest of your natural life. Have you ever waited in line at a post office? This is the most incompetent organization on earth! PS I was going to add a picture of my purchase, but I am still waiting.

I've received two orders from Temu. Probably half of the items were as described and actually functioned or fit as expected.
My third (and last, ever) order has not arrived, and might not. Tracking is inaccurate at best, and with this order has been ridiculous. According to tracking, my package has been out for delivery at least four times. Then the next day it is in transit somewhere else. Why? Who knows? This is not a big town. I'm ready to give up and ask for a refund.

Needed a new shirt for work so this will do. Not the best fabric but I didn't really think it would be because it was so affordable but not saying that its bad either….its an okay shirt for just going to the office. I got scammed by temu on receiving 5 gifts f I invite more people. I sent the invitations however each time new friend was accepting the invitation the price cut was less and less. I am still fighting for my refund (worth of $150+) after a month. Twice, I contacted the "Customer Service" via the Chat, I was told that their manager is working on it. Another 2 weeks had gone by, nothing happened. And another ticket had been created with the new chat. Note that you will not be able to copy a record of your chat, nor it's been sent to you like at Amazon. So beware of it.
