I will give temu 10 stars for everything! Quality worth money, return /refund options always there as chat with customer service if problem arise love everything about TEMU except delivery people who are very bad not bring package or leave that who knows where.Delivery people sucks. Even now you cant leave message you can't reach them the worst delivery company!

Shopping through TEMU is like spinning a Roulette wheel. I have made about 10 purchases in the last 6 months. One purchase arrived a month late, another item I bought did not arrived and when I checked, it showed it had not shipped so I contacted the seller and was told the item was no longer available. Three times I purchased items only to find out shipping would be delayed by several weeks. Today I received a package that was to contain 35 panels of decorative garden fence however it only contained 10 panels. The seller showed item was no longer available so I have to repackage and bring item to delivery company to return then wait for refund while once again shopping around for item. Of purchases that have arrived on time and as advertised quality has been mixed. I'm done with TEMU and would not recommend.

Tip for consumers:
TEMU wants pictures of the item you are wanting to return and tries to get you to take a store credit instead of a refund to your payment source.

I bought 3 pair of sandals to try the quality and I must say it's garbage, you can't put them on twice because the upper synthetic material is so thin, it's almost see thru and they don't weight nothing, materials are so light you could be surpised it's not invisible.
I also bought a casual dress and it didn't fit me, the material was so bad quality!
The thing I'd like someone to explain to me is just where these amazing reviews on their page come from, should be like Shein that you give a bad review and it doesn't appear on their site.
50 dollars gone to the garbage...Lesson learned.

Only good thing was I didn't have to pay shipping because I'd die if I had to do it

Update: for you to return a product, you need to pay for them, so, sending an item from the Dominican Republic to China would be ilogic; they give you a refund option but it was only for 1/4 of the order and they don't show bad reviews on their products, be aware!

I supposedly recently received two orders from Temu. I only received one and requested a refund for the missing order from Temu.

They asked me to look all over for the missing order, but it still was not found. I told them the shipping service they used loses orders all the time (they have the lowest online rating possible). I showed them how both orders had the same photo of one Temu order in the same position. Just when I thought things were resolved, they suggested I look inside the package for both orders together.

This would be 11 items, and they wouldn't all fit. They suggested this twice.

I even reached out to Temu and PDD leadership about this out of frustration. My family is a good customer of theirs, and we have recommended Temu to countless others, both online and offline.
I was told several times by Temu they would resolve my situation via their escalation team within 24 hours and they do not. I keep getting what looks like an AI response which doesn't resolve my situation. I just got Thank you for reaching out to the Temu Customer Service Team. We're pleased to be able to connect with you. It's always a pleasure to serve you, and we're grateful for the opportunity to meet your needs.
We understand your concern and apologize for any inconvenience caused. After conducting a thorough investigation, we have confirmed that the package was delivered to the correct address. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a reshipment or refund for your order.
We kindly suggest that you check your mailbox, around your house, and any other possible locations where the package may have been delivered. Sometimes packages can be left in unexpected places.

I have placed close to 75 orders with Temu. I has few problems and the past 6 orders have been nightmare with shipping. I have liked the company and their 1st line of Customer Service tries to be helpful and if the problem is escalated nothing happens no way to influence the shipping issues. I have NOT had problems with most products and the couple I have no issues with refunds. I placed two orders. You can not pay for expedite shipping with electronics in States so that order was the 2nd order I placed. (Interestingly enough the 2nd order has already shipped.) I chose expedite shipping since I have had issues recently ( things like 6 days being handed over after clearing customs, 6 days to pack order, missed Father's day gift though due no later than 13th showed up 20th of June) I paid 12.90 US for it to arrive between 2nd and 8th of July. Reported to them on 29th of June that it was still being packed ( virtual agent who escalated it. A useless thing in my experience) and phoned today to let them know status has not changed. The order is still being gathered. He explained that some items were out of stock now and they were holding the order. I requested they just cancel those items out of stock and just ship. Nope they can't do that. 🙅‍ The offer of 13.00 would be given if it doesn't arrive by 8th. Darn straight it will that is just a refund of my expedited shipping. I live in rural Maine so it won't be here even of it is shipped out today, which isn't happening. The Customer Service people on front line offered me a 5.00 credit. Which after spending so much time on my last few orders I won't be using. I will maybe try in a few months and right now I am done with this. Hopefully they will get it back together..

Customer Service first response people are great AND they are powerless to influence outcome. Once escalated it is useless

Tout c'est toujours bien passé sauf quand je commande le 14 juin 2024 et que nous sommes le 17 juillet 2024. Pas de livraison, pas d'information, j'attends toujours alors que la commande est payée depuis plus d'un mois.

Temu refuses to provide refund for defective products!

I ordered a number of items, one of which was defective. I took photos of the defective item that cost $2, fully expecting an immediate acceptance of my refund request. No. After two hours of chat time Temu still refused to issue a refund without me returning the product, which would have required me to walk an hour away to a shipper. Again, for a $2 defective product. Please shop at AliExpress. They are reliable, trustworthy and professional.

Tip for consumers:
I spent hours trying to secure a refund but was refused by Temu. I immediately deleted the app and will never consider using Temu again.

A bit of an unreal situation. 1 week of chats with customer service to warn them that the delivery couldn t reach me in time because I was moving abroad for good. So they decided to wait for the delivery to go forward anyways and process the refund once back in their warehouse...and you know what happened? 🤣🤣🤣🤣 the package was apparently delivered to a Ghost so they don t process a refund now. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
At least I did not have to pay the ticket for this show which is making my days! 🤣🤣🤣.

Once Temu have your money and deliver your parcel, FORGET about returning anything - you are told that the courier Buffalo will contact you to collect your parcel - this does.NOT happen - you cannot get through to Buffalo or.to Temu and you are asked.to PAY TO RECEIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM TEMU! I was a great 5 star fan of this company until yesterday when, out of nowhere, they whacked $65 minimum purchase on my orders. I contacted customer service and got "standard spiel" reply; to do with shipping and being green. Trying to justify their decision and since when has China started being green! Had read reviews where people said they couldn't chat, all they got was spiel. I've now experienced it. First time in 12 months.
There was no chatting, no looking at my purchase history, nothing but poorly worded, grammatically incorrect spiel. Wow if you were angry before you contacted them...
I pointed out my scenario on chat; Temu doesn't give much choice when, 'only xx left in stock'; 'this item is xx people's cart' etc pop up. I either place a quick order, or miss out. I then go back to shopping and place an order either same day or next.
Temu, you need to listen to your customers. Yesterday was such a poor experience with customer service. You need to review your policy, $65 is ridiculous, or expect your customers to go elsewhere. Once all my orders have arrived and my returns credited, if there is no policy change I will walk.

Tip for consumers:
Drop minimum purchase amount. $65 is too expensive for people. It's also too much if you're purchasing $2-$5 items.

They are liars, I have physical proof of then lying. They say they delivered my items to a neighbour when there supposed to deliver to my address. So I made a ticket and then they said they delivered to my address. We'll I have a ring door bell camera to prove that you didn't. I have knocked on numerous doors and they haven't received my package. They are liars and they make a ticket and just tell lies. Do not buy from this company or you will sit here writing a review on how they have robbed you also. Total scam. Worst is you even have proof but they just don't care that's a bad company. Once they say neighbour house then they delivered my address. I have a ring door bell 🔔 so can prove your lying. How they can treat people like this

My wife and I order from Temu and never get all parts. They sent Me a water hose and sprinker which i oreder a tripod sprinkler, wel to my suprise they sent me th tripod sprinkler with 2 spikes I need 3 can.t use it either because of the fittings. I placed my first order. Half of the order was returned due to quality issues or misleading product descriptions.
The return process is cumbersome as you must take video or photos everything and provide multiple reasons. My packaged for my order arrived in two packages but I was only given a return shipping label for one package. Temu gives you an option of your refund to be a Temu Credit or refunded to your credit card I choose my credit card but got a Temu credit anyway. Customer service wouldn't help. Had to escalate to another department. Then one must wait for an email. That's my first order experience. NO THANKS TEMU! There's zero results from customer service on getting my actual refund instead of a credit.

I give Temu 💯 for their products and delivery and prices, but there so called free gifts by playing fishland and farmland is loser,i am yet to get any gifts despite spending hundreds of dollars and continually playing their Games and referring friends etc,very disappointing,i am actually going to write them and complain

They send you items that you didn't order. Then, when you contact them and tell them, they respond with, "According to our warehouse, they have shipped the correct items, and this issue is now closed." So you are essentially out of luck.

Then they harass you for your phone number only to sell it. I used a free number for them because I didn't trust them. I never received spam calls until 5 hours after Temu got this number, and now I get calls all the time.

From November of 2022 to Dec of 2023 I have bought 21 men's tops(great prices). Out of the 21 I have only kept 4 and threw the rest away. The rest either had a horrible fit, lose in places I didn't even know a top could be lose at, or felt like I was putting fiberglass on. Electronics, I don't know how much I have bought but none of it worked or didn't work right, trashed. I have bought sweat pants that I have kept, a little long but doable. In all, I've only kept about 20% of what I have ordered. Not worth the savings because you're not really saving, just wasting money. I won't buy from them again.

I will give temu 10 stars for everything! Quality worth money, return /refund options always there as chat with customer service if problem arise love everything about TEMU except delivery people who are very bad not bring package or leave that who knows where.Delivery people sucks. Even now you cant leave message you can't reach them the worst delivery company!

A great shopping experience. Learn to find the bargains,some are a good buy, some are rubbish but this site is good on refunds & returns with credit quickly organised. Out of the many items I have bought, disappointments are easily addressed with Temu's policy of customer satisfaction.

I had a situation recently that required customer support from TEMU. In addition to keeping me waiting for long periods of time, they offered no solution and no empathy or assistance of any kind. I was transferred to a supposedly escalate my concerns but the 2nd employee only gave me token cut/paste refusals and even tried to disconnect me. I had to request to "continue the chat." I have no recourse other than to lose my money because they will not honor their return policy.

Pathetic 3rd class products.
Really pathetic service as well.
Have been requesting and following up with them for last 1 week for shipping by 11th day max while the order was submitted like 2 weeks ago.
Spoke to customer care they say talk to UPS and UPS says they don't have the package yet. I did this exercise for like 3 times and all the time same response. They dont even help to cancel the order...
Very pathetic on understanding on customer's urgent even if you want to pay extra for early shipment.
No such way to expedite the request

They are scammers, I didn't receive my product and Temu said it's delivered. If it's true then pls send me the picture of delivery with my house number. I wasted all my money by buying from them. Don't buy from Temu, there's no one to resolve your issues, disgusting customer service.
