I will give temu 10 stars for everything! Quality worth money, return /refund options always there as chat with customer service if problem arise love everything about TEMU except delivery people who are very bad not bring package or leave that who knows where.Delivery people sucks. Even now you cant leave message you can't reach them the worst delivery company!

It takes forever for you to feed your fish. It's ridiculous. And why can't I use my own link on multiple accounts? It still counts lmfao. About to delete the app even tho I do make money on it SOMETIMES. Other times they put a freaking expiration date on it EVEN when you try all day to do it. Soemtimes it doesn't even give you the reward when someone uses your code new or not. Starting to not like it.

I ordered 5 pairs of shoes. I kept two pairs and sent three back because two were too big and one was not what I expected from the picture. Upon selecting my form of payment method for my refund Temu recommended selecting Temu credit instead of Apple Pay which was my payment method. Temu stated if I selected Temu credit for refund it would post within minutes as Apple Pay could take up to 30 days or longer depending on my bank. So I chose Temu credit as I planned to purchase from them again. Once I completed the return process I was told that I would receive my Temu credit once they received my items and they processed the return. So no matter what payment refund I selected I have to wait regardless. Temu lied about the refund process as selecting Temu credit does not expedite your refund.

Placed my order on Dec 9th says it shipped Dec 11th. HOWEVER, the post office hasn't received my order and tracking was never updated I was told if it didn't arrive in 15 days I can receive a full refund. It's been over 15 days and now they're saying I need to wait for the order to arrive. How can the order arrive if it was never shipped or lost on transit? Now I'm writing to them again and their saying I need to speak with a supervisor. After that he just stops replying to my messages.

Tip for consumers:
That if your order gets lost you'll be told that you can get a refund after 15 days but they don't hold up to that.

I ordered 3 blankets, and a Christmas stocking was a free gift. Got confirmation that items arrived and all I got was a cheap dollar store Chinese fan. I made a dispute with my credit card and got a refund.

I am a new customer and have received my first purchase which had a pair of jeans that I ordered and I found in the pocket a solid piece of either a rock or a rat dropping it was hard and I was afraid to touch it when it hit the floor. I tried buying something but I had some issues with the transaction. The issue ended up being cause of my credit card, but I was really happy with how helpful Temu's customer service was. They actually helped me check why my payment wasn't going through They also responded to my questions and problem very quickly and I was able to check out my cart within 20 mins after talking to cs. It works really well and I also got free shipping and a lot of discounts so it was very affordable and within my budget. Will buy again

Really really bad service I've ordered from them three times now never receive my parcels. They've told me they've left them on the doorstep. I've told them over and over do not leave them on my doorstep knock on my door and hand them to me never got my parcel to 3 times I've ordered they've took my money I will not refund me then only done to me they've done it to my family to its a scam.

So not happy with temu for the last month and ongoing, I have bought so much stuff from them and they are no longer providing proper documentation which is needed at the border. Several of my parcels have still not been delivered and temu will not do anything. Not kewl, temu. Get it together.

I don't recommend purchasing from Temu if you care about having high quality products. The quality matches the price point. Very cheap, poor quality packaging. The cheap packaging probably ruined the merchandise I purchased.

I had no problem with TEMU until it was time to issue me a refund for a few items that I returned.
It has been over a month now and I still have not received my refund. My bank has tried to find where the refund was re- deposited back into my account, but to no avail.I have been calling customer service and now my calls go unanswered. What a poor way to treat a customer that has spent money with you. I will continue to call until my refund is back in my hand.

Our first order received was the wrong items. Even the quantity of items ordered was drastically different. The original order had 28 items, and the wrong order received had 12. The tracking number was the same. Temu doesn't have a telephone number for Customer Service, I had to use Chat. I chatted with 3 different Customer Support Reps over an hour, and had to repeat the same information to each Rep. So, I finally submitted a Refund for wrong package received. I have never had an experience of an entire order from any website that was incorrectly sent. If I could have talked with a representative over the telephone, I would have saved myself at least 40 minutes. I'm just amazed how incompetent the quality control of Temu is, and on the very first order. That is very sad. There were a lot of Birthday presents in this order.

Tip for consumers:
I had to send pictures of the wrong items. If Temu would have reimbursed me immediately and resent the original items, I would have ordered more, but this was my very first order. This is why I feel Temu should have tried harder.

I placed an order on February 20,2023. I put all of correct info in my profile. Received email that order was being shipped as 2 packages. I had no problems until I looked at where the packages were being shipped to. Lo and behold they were not going to MY address, but to an address in FLORIDA! I live in INDIANA! It took 2 days, 3 different "out-sourced" representatives in order to cancel the 1 package that had already shipped. I cancelled the other "package" as it hadn't shipped yet. BE CAREFUL!

I dont recommend this site if u live in a complex because they don't care whether or not you was the one to receive your package. My package was stolen and they did not refund me or reship my package I spent over $200 on the items a total of 19 items in which I only received two after Temu decided to split my delivery in two one came through via usps the other a delivery company they use and that's one who delivered package to wrong address and told/marked delivery as correct in which it wasn't. Trust I contacted Temu themselves as well as delivering company and neither wanted to help nor fix the issue. Also I'm still being charged for the items because I paid through afterpay. I advised them as well as temu I will and can not pay for items I never received regardless of what the delivery company said about order being delivered because I never received the package. Needles to say me or my family no longer use the site

This company is a scam, do not believe them first they make us believe that it is a good company, they are only scammers with low-class products made in China. Do not buy from this company, sooner or later you will be scammed. They have stolen my money.

So I have made a few purchases with Temu and have had no problems. I returned 2 items and was refunded immediately. The reason for 4 stars is my last 2 packages are very late but I have received a credit for both.

Not happy with temu it looks all nice but in reality it's a scam for people to help them get more people. They say free gift just share with friends and you will get them. When your done doing what they say the app starts taking away your credit so you won't get the free gift it's a scam for you to buy more and find them more people to use their app.

First time using Temu, very disappointed after waiting for order, had a notification, saying order is being sent back, when I never even received the items, no explanation and now have to wait for refund, never had a problem with Shein, won't be using them again.

I did all the steps to get 5 free items from temu, and I have invited over 10 people waisting my time and effort just to get the stuff and temu was so unreliable and counted down all the way to.10 cent, like you have got to be kidding me just because I couldn't find anyone else for the.10 I got none of the free items, just over all terrible, and terrible marketing too, they use innocent civilians just to try to get more user when in fact we get no reward what so ever for inviting people to this fraud app. Thanks a lot temu for waisting my time and getting my hopes up, and many others you have played. Hope this company gets far… So beware guys nothing on Temu is free unless you pay with your own money, do the invitations at your own risk!

Stop the scams, and just tell people to pay, there is nothing free. You guys are selfish, and only use us to try and get more people to join this fraud, when in fact lots of people delete the app anyway because we know about your companies lies.

I have placed 5 orders with TEMU and 3 have been delivered so far with 2 en route. All 3 deliveries came within the estimated time and in general the deliveries have been quicker than my orders from Aliexpress. 2 of the orders were not shipped immediately and TEMU gave me a $5.00 credit for each for slow shipping. I'm very happy with the quality of the products and there was no damage to any of the items. So far my experience has been very positive with price, quality, speed of delivery and customer service.
