I will give temu 10 stars for everything! Quality worth money, return /refund options always there as chat with customer service if problem arise love everything about TEMU except delivery people who are very bad not bring package or leave that who knows where.Delivery people sucks. Even now you cant leave message you can't reach them the worst delivery company!

It seems like the reviews either are 5 star or 1 star, so I want to give a neutral review

You can get some useful (or useless) items pretty cheap, when they are good it's a bargain, and sometimes surprisingly good, but don't count on high quality. I've bought a lot of similar or some on the same stuff on Ebay and Amazon, usually for a little more.
They are not a scam, but are always trying to upsell with promos, emails, on the site, "spin the wheel" stuff, last chance- this is annoying over-marketing, but must work. You can ignore it, but you can't make it go away.

Popular Items can sell out fast.
Slow shipping, but they are very upfront about that. You can pay more for faster shipping.
No experience with customer service, but generally if you're buying a $10 item it might not be worth returning, I assume they bank somewhat on that.

Tip for consumers:
Don't fall for the upsell. Keep your quality expectations reasonable.

Most things look like gauze or poly/cotton t-shirt. I bought 7 shirts, 2 nightgowns, and a pair of capris. Only one shirt was wearable. The rest do not look at all like the pictures. They are some kind of very cheap polyester that I'm too embarrassed to wear. Absolutely horrible. The return policy is too costly to bother. I deleted the app. I don't care how cheap it is; it's not worth two dollars.

Terrible customer service.I wait for about 5 hours just for having a live chat because they kept ending the chat when I was busying with other stuff while waiting and didn't notice the poping window which they set to test if you are still online. Literally those guys don't allow people working with other things while waiting for a line with like 60 people ahead. And they are literally trying to let customers stay still in that chatting page doing nothing. Not only the live chat but also the telephone call won't work. I wait about 50 minutes and there's literally no one answering the phone.
Terrible quality. Half of the products they sell are trash which you really don't want to let them involve in your life.
They attract people by low price but remember cheap goods are always CHEAP

I ordered three items in my first order thinking it would be cost-effective and consume less time and money than going to the store, Needless to say that did not happen not only did my order not arrive on time but the customer service chat center continually harassed me after I asked them to leave me alone. I had to postpone the job I was using these items on which cost me approximately $800 for the day they did however give me a $5 credit towards my next purchase. So basically they cost me $795 in loss on my very first order this company is no different than any of the other second rate companies pedaling the same items. Jeff Solar was the customer service representative who continually messaged me after I asked him to stop his messages are borderline harassment.

I received dollar store absolute garbage for $30. You get what you pay for. No joke though, go to the dollar tree. Temu must be the TJ max for the dollar store. The products, thank God were

I like that these razors come with a lot of extra heads so that you don't constantly have to buy a new one every time….before I realized that they probs include a lot of extra heads bc of how quickly the blades get dull. Not too mad about it especially with the bargain prices these were sold at but don't expect them to last too long.

I ordered a LED light strip. Nothing I did could make it work. A seat cushion for my handicapped relative was flatter than a pancake. No cushion to it at all. Portable vacuum for my car? Worked but A) no charging cord & B) The whole think fit in the palm of my hand! GARBAGE! Nothing but garbage. Another Chinese app meant to read your phone & nothing else.

I wish I'd known that what they sell is best used in a landfill somewhere.

I changed my comment on company because in that time I wrote with an angry mode. I hope my message already received them correctly to take feedback to improve themselves. I liked their establishment. Sometimes I got so many notification, I changed my setting, it became fine then, and only those non working gift should be removed from system, it consume so many time, and sometimes not working especially free gifts that need energy to collect, totally was not working in Any, all the rest is good.

I have had to jump through hoops and spend time annoying my family and friends with this site(I referred multiple people, bought multiple orders, and never received my promotion that I was promised)… don't promote this company! I have pictures of the the rewards, promotions, ect… that they lie about! I will post pictures in a few ‍

I was extremely satisfied until the extreme amount of free items and discount offers kept overloading my email! It would have been great if they were legit but they were just forcing me to bother everyone I knew saying it would only be one more request! I already had 9 or 10 orders and loved the app enough to brag about it but fake offers, paying for coupons not detailed and expected to bother everyone I know for some items that were supposedly free got a little ridiculous! I deleted the app and hope that they still send me the orders I already paid for! Not a genuine response from temu either!

I have never had a problem with anything I've purchased and have always been satisfied with the items I've received. Their price adjustment policy is phenomenal.

I have ordered clothes for my kids, clothes for work, and jewelry, as well as arts and craft stuff. I haven't ordered cosmetics or anything. The plus size clothes are cute and comfortable, and I've never run into anything that looks too small once I try it on. The individual seller sizing charts are great.

The only tricky thing thus far has been kids' shoes. It's important to pay attention to the length of the shoe versus the size.

Pictured below are just a few of the items I've received. Each kid is wearing an outfit from head to toe cost me maybe $15 each from Temu. I am struggling enough, so the prices are wonderful.

So the marketing strategy they have is the carrot being held in front of the horse, and after chasing you never get the carrot. After spending 100's of dollars and referring many people they still won't give me the free gift they promised. Missing out on years of sales and they are pissing off because they keep moving the carrot. Only thing that make sense is there building fast to sell them dump all the trash on the new owners. Because they could fulfill the free gifts and be some great company that does better then Amazon and Walmart combined but they choose to do people wrong instead. They have the backing the mother company is PPD Holding worth 120 Billion. But anyway that's as honest a review as I can give

Roughly half of the stuff I ordered I didn't get, almost all of the other half arrived damaged, with missing parts, and their refund process sucks, it can take up to 30 days, not coming back, why advertise and actually sell something they don't have.?

How does their actual sales site show basically nothing less than a 4 star review…and mostly 5 stars? That was not my experience at all. Now I'm upset that I have another order on the way…because I thought all the sale site reviews couldn't be that far off! I definitely could get better quality at the dollar store.

My friend kept talking about Temu and how the products are super good and super cheap so I decided to buy a sports bra just to see if she was right. I mean….it's okay but certainly not the b e s t. She was right when she said everything is hella cheap here and its certainly not the worst thing I've ever tried on but I've definitely had better from them more expensive brands. Was overall a pretty good purchase but make sure that you don't expect luxury quality especially with the prices:>

Temu reviews are positive from what I seen so I decided why not give it a shot. Bought random stuff just in case and Im really happy with the product and the overall experience. Payment transaction was secure and seamless and the item arrived on time. I even got a discount for my first purchase which just made the already low price go even lower! 10/10 will be back in the future

I had really high expectations for this service based on others reviews. They have a huge selection and I spent a significant amount of time buys Christmas presents for family. Order was placed December 7….well it's December 25 and the tracking has yet to update. Nothing has arrived and I can't get any idea of an eta or if the items will ever arrive. A credit was applied to the app but why would I want to buy more items when I couldn't get what I initially ordered?

Don’t purchase anything that you need in a specific amount of time. They could get my order delivered in over 18 days so far

TEMU sold me counterfeit products. They refuse to cooperate with recovering my financial hardships involved with their fake product.
I have been emailing this so called customer service lady "Elizabeth" with no positive outcome. I continue to request that she forward me issue to a competent person in the organization. But this request must be above her competency.
My attorney is preparing a multifaceted lawsuit.
We hope to rename the company to reflect a better organization once I take over ownership after my lawsuit forces the company into bankruptcy

Stay away from TEMU. They sell counterfeit products that damage your equipment and refuse to compensate you for your loss

SCAM. They take your money and then you never receive any items. Look at the photos for tracking- it's not even been shipped: 15 days later and it's still a label waiting for the package to be delivered to USPS.

Keep putting my shipment on hold which is going to take longer to arrive!

I now know why their stuff is so cheap to buy. They sell your information to third parties. Since I joined their site I have been flooded in my inbox with unwanted spam with NO unsubscribe options on them. All but one of my orders are all way behind. I have a few with them. They will offer you a refund,but only in Temu credit. Was not worth it. I will say that the items I actually got were okay for the most part.

I checked no refund referring to cash. You only get Temu credit.

After several orders I am pleased overall. Several garments were better then we expected, and I really like the kitchen gadgets I got. I did notice that some things are smaller than they appear in the photos but if you watch for that it's not that big of a deal. I had to deal with customer service once and am satisfied at the outcome. Everything has arrived on time except one (it was a day late) and I got the $5 credit for that with out asking.
