I had a pair of sandals in my cart. They were there for awhile because I had started losing interest in Temu. Anyway, after they messaged me in my inbox, I went back on the app. They offered a rebate coupon that would have allowed me to pay $0.58 for my items. The coupon was to be active for 23 hours and counting down. By the time I click on the item and was ready to make payment, the coupon was removed. I reached out to customer service and was given the run around! I KNOW the coupon is still in their system. But the rep wanted to give me 20% off if I spent a $100! I heard before that Temu scams its customers and now I see it for myself!

I had 2 orders with this company. First order was delivered with no problem. The second was lost and labeled as Invalid Address by Shipping Company. I reached out to TEMU and chatted with a representative who told me that now it's my problem to deal with their Shipping Provider. Basically, they are washing their hands of the problem. They refused to cancel or refund items. And that $5.00 credit you are supposed to receive when an order is late, is definitely a JOKE. I will never order from this poor poor company again. It's definitely TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!

Here you get amazingly low prices for very low quality items. I ordered a large jacket. The actual size is medium. I just used it once during the cold storm on Dec 22,2022. This jacket will not unzippered. I had to force it open. Never seen so low quality items. I am 6'5" tall, 165" pounds. The hoody is so small it will not close. Picture included. Haven't really had any reason to shop at any other place than Temu since finding it. You really do have everything that you need all in one website but you also get affordable prices that get lower with the many sales, promos and discounts that you can get on Temu. Had a few experiences that weren't that great but Temu customer service is 24/7 so someones always there to help out!

I ordered a watch, and I received a cheap piece o plastic ( a watch link remover) so l contacted TEMU to resolve the issue, to my surprise, they did not even investigate, the answer that l received was that I did not provided enough evidence of my claim, on the other hand, they also fail to provide evidence that in fact, the watch was send to me.l lost 50 dollars but they lost my credibility and trust. If they just verify their inventory the issue could be resolved immediately but the company opted for judge me as liar….so disappointed.

Temu is pretty much like Amazon but cheaper. I mean you still have to figure out if the product is worth it or not, but most reviews on the site are mostly good! The stuff I got were pretty good too, tho some items were kind of cheap-looking but they were also like $0.99 so I'm happy with them! Basically just read reviews first and use your own judgement when it comes to buying anything online! Most of the stuff I got were pretty good that you wouldn't know they were just $5 or so!

As a first time customer I spined the wheel and it landed on a 30% discount. At check out, I tried to use the discount code but it will not take it. I called the customer service number and after many tries someone called me back the next day. I was told that they will credit my credit card which was charged on the same day. I received part of my order yesterday and the rest is coming on 2/3. I have not opened the package and I will return everything because of the false advertisement and terrible customer service. If you do shop from this site make sure you receive the discounts they supposedly offer.

After purchasing items on PayPal tracking updates show items have shipped, package has arrived in my location, package has been placed on a truck and is out for deliver to my house. Next there is a problem with my order? Next they offer a $5.00 credit if package is delayed. I call 1-800 number, some guy in the Philippines says he is very sorry and if the package is late by 48 hours I will get a full refund and I will receive the package at no charge. I receive the refund, the package in my opinion never existed.

I ordered a coat for my son for the holidays and after a month got a text that the cost was delivered. I couldn't find it. They were good at responding to my emails and suggested I look around the house or maybe the package was stolen. Neither is true. I ordered a LARGE order ($200+) thinking it was free returns so I can try on and return items if anything didn't fit. BIG MISTAKE!
I returned EIGHTEEN items in the same package. They told me they received only 3! And when I complained, they magically "found" one more item the next day. After that they don't let you dispute anything. It's ridiculous.
Now I have to contact PayPal and my credit card company to dispute the charges. But judging by the MANY other negative reviews here, this is probably common and hopefully PayPal will stop accepting them soon.

Stick to Amazon. Package is a week late and it's lost. They can't track the package - it's lost! Told to wait patiently for delivery of items. No remedies to resolve except for a $10 credit - ridiculous! No refund or reshipment of goods. I requested that, but was denied. Previous shipments received were poorly packaged with large openings - surprised that nothing was missing! Stick to Amazon. Temu has the worst customer service! My first order on Temu went great, but the second order said it was delivered, but I never received it, so I requested reshipment, only for it to get lost and never moved past a certain point and tracking just stopped. I had to request a refund. Now I'm scared to order anything else from Temu.

Dont ever try and return an item. The entire process becomes a nightmare! No return shipping label can be produced. After several attempts talking to customer service i was assured they would refund the two items i was trying to refund, well only one item was refunded and after reaching out to them yet again no response from them yet again. I would advise anyone purchasing from Temu to be happy with what you purchase because you wont be getting any refunds. Use a credit card and dispute the bill that's the only way youre getting your money back!

I initially ordered $242 worth of items from this website. I was told to send a copy of my bank statement the last four of my account which I did not feel comfortable doing. Therefore I contacted customer service requested to speak to a supervisor was told someone would get back with me. They never did. They refunded my money thank God However, I was never able to apply all the great discounts they told me about the 50% off of does the five get free gifts. I was never able to apply to. I purchased a dress, swimsuit and Tshirt. I couldn't believe the low prices. I figured you get what you pay for, however after reading the reviews I thought I'd give them a try and I'm so happy I did. The quality is much better than Walmart at half the price. I instantly got an email telling me that I would get a credit on my PayPal (which I did in two days) and to keep, give away or recycle the product. No need to return.
Everything was legit and easy to do business with. Their prices are very low and you just need to recognize that shipping, if from china, takes some time. My longest wait was less than two weeks. The quality of the 3 sweatshirts and dozens of socks was fine.
