First order received but it was delivered to the wrong unit in my building. Checked the address label and it's correct. Had a kind neighbour not taken the time to bring the package delivered to their unit, it would have been lost.
I've confirmed with our video doorbell the package was not delivered to my door and have footage of the neighbour placing the package at our door.
I'm not happy with how the delivery has been poorly executed.

I have heard a lot of things about temu and none of the things was true I have received every single order plus my refund on my items that I didn't need or didn't want or I didn't receive they have always accommodated me myself and my son loves shopping from temu. Trusted friend said I should TEMU. Was skeptical but I gave it a try. Delivery time was long. When product finally did arrive the packaging was inadequate, as such the box was damaged and so was the item. I don't even think I want to deal with whatever return process they have. Just chalk it up to a lesson learned, Don't Shop at TEMU.

They use the worse delivery company going, they are no help. My parcel was "delivered " to my house was actually left outside my door for everyone to see. Someone stole it and I tried either getting the items resent or a refund they didn't do either, so I'm out of pocket and out of items

I've technically seen ppl receive items from this company but they constantly try to give u "free" items or "gifts" that u have to invite like over 20 ppl to get anything. It's a bunch of BS! No policy for refund item… looks like it depends to them they want to refund the money or not… recently I return 4 item but only get money for 2 item… after waiting 1 weeks they said they didn't fouothe 2 item which was more than 150$ value…. I first ordered small items for the kitchen (gadgets only, e.g., onion slicers, etc.), then slowly moved up to shoes -- surprisingly comfortable and nice shoes, next to electronics (sensors, night lights, etc.), now I am doing hard ware.
In general, very happy with the products and service. I had to return a pair of shoes -- they were a bit tight at the toes for me. Got refund to my credit card right after they received the shoes back (they sent me label to use for sending shoes back). For another item that didn't quite work as expected, I was advised to just keep the item.
Over all, extremely happy and will use them again and again -- replacing Amazon!

Temu is great for cheap stuff but I ordered a high ticket item and had to return it. They won't refund my money bc they say they didn't receive it. They got the other items I returned in the same box. They tell me they didn't.

I just received the transparent microwave food cover that is pictured online with an orange plastic handle. This will be the 2nd item sent without a part (the handle is missing).
TEMU has some of the lowest prices online, but that comes at some cost; incomplete orders, the most annoying marketing, factory seconds etc.
If you want to be confident of what you're getting go elsewhere. If you're curious and don't want to risk any serious money TEMU will scratch that itch.

Quality of items are often cheap and defective. Fine to order disposable items like loofahs, hand towels or socks, but everything else looks or feels like cheap knockoffs. Poor customer service and unreliable courier service. I once called and the phone was on hold for over 4 hours before I was disconnected. Twice, the courier delivered my package to the wrong location even though I've had no issues receiving multiple other packages from them and they've refused to reship or refund or even provide credit for the loss of my items, claiming they are not responsible for the items once it ships.

At first I was skeptical about this company because of the price for their products. But after my fist order, I was hooked. The quality of products are top notch. The products come timely and when I was not satisfied with the product because it was the wrong size, returns were easy. They gladly send a return label so I can send the product.

You get what you pay for! The quality of most items - very poor. So if you're willing to accept that you are NOT going to be receiving anything that's worthy of a bargain steal then go for it. I received two separate orders, some of the items were duplicates and non of them measured up to the quality you described. I see from other complaints to the Better Business Bureau that the other customers have been very unhappy with the products received. I spoke with a representative by the name of Lynn who apologized for my unhappiness with the product and advised that she should process a refund for both orders and that I did not need to return the items. Since that conversation, I have spoken with several other representatives, two of which were rude enough to hang up on me,one was a supervisor name Rose. Yes I ordered somethings from them.They delivered some but they started lying about leaving me my skirt and phone purse on April 22nd 2023 when I was home all day they never came.

I discovered Temu in Feb. 2023. Since then I have ordered 94 items over the span of 4 months. Shipping has always been on time ( 1-2 weeks) with the exception of one order which was one day late and I received a $5 credit. Everything I have received is exactly as described. I have had no issues whatsoever. For those that have complaints, you need to read the description of your item in its entirety to ensure you know exactly what you are getting to avoid any disappointments. I have not had the pleasure of needing to contact Customer Service but so far I have been treated as a valuable customer. Don't pay any attention to the negative reviews.

I ordered 10 items from Temu, lord have mercy all 10 items were absolute garbage. The summer dresses looked nothing like the picture and the material is not breathable it's that super cheap fabric China is using now. I couldn't get past the toxic smell of the clothes and shoes! Ive bought some good stuff & some very bad stuff. They refund your money without having to ship back. The major problem is the automated custmer service if you have a real problem. It is an absolute nightmare for this reason I would proceed with caution. I will not recommend because of this reason.

This company is in the vein of Wish.com and Zulily.com but newer. I have found and ordered several items from this company and have No complaints. The items are sourced from somewhere in Asia (no extra bells and whistles) or frills), but cost less without the cheap thrills of other sites. For example, I ordered some knit running shoes and they were well made, shipped immediately and are fashion-forward. The pricing was unbelievable. Don't get me wrong, I truly enjoy my designer brands... But Temu got me without, designer name brands but quality of construct and appealing designs. There is everything from clothing to household and technological products to choose from. Incentives and discounts galore... I ordered a ton of stuff last week 06/02/23 and received every item today 06/05/23 via dsl. Order and sizes were complete and correct. I immediately tried everything on and all items fit and look as expected. What wasn't expected was the quality, as I expected it to be poor. Everything was great and was no different from what I would get at a retail store at 1/3 less the $. It's fast fashion, if you love it, take care of it. I ordered from Shein 2 weeks ago and haven't received one item as of yet. TEMU has a huge fan!

My order in April of 2023 was perfect. I didn't have any shipping delays, they sent me all the tracking information. The pricing was accurate. However, the order of the CPR Mask/choking apparatus was flimsy. I sent it back and they were very prompt in refunding me the price. The two dresses that I order was PERFECT. Not a problem at all. My only suggestion when ordering online is take more time in finding the fabric for every dress, every shirt.
