I will give temu 10 stars for everything! Quality worth money, return /refund options always there as chat with customer service if problem arise love everything about TEMU except delivery people who are very bad not bring package or leave that who knows where.Delivery people sucks. Even now you cant leave message you can't reach them the worst delivery company!

I ordered 10 items from Temu, lord have mercy all 10 items were absolute garbage. The summer dresses looked nothing like the picture and the material is not breathable it's that super cheap fabric China is using now. I couldn't get past the toxic smell of the clothes and shoes! Don't waste you time or money. SHEIN is a lot better and they're quality is questionable.

I brought 10 jackets and its too cheap looking not like photo shows. My problem is that they dont give you credit back to my card but they will keep this credit in there account balance me to buy again. No interest too buy more items because the quality problems. How I get my credit back to my card?

Ive bought some good stuff & some very bad stuff. They refund your money without having to ship back. The major problem is the automated custmer service if you have a real problem. It is an absolute nightmare for this reason I would proceed with caution. I will not recommend because of this reason.

I would not purchase anything expensive. Ive returned a lot of cheap probucts

My order in April of 2023 was perfect. I didn't have any shipping delays, they sent me all the tracking information. The pricing was accurate. However, the order of the CPR Mask/choking apparatus was flimsy. I sent it back and they were very prompt in refunding me the price. The two dresses that I order was PERFECT. Not a problem at all. My only suggestion when ordering online is take more time in finding the fabric for every dress, every shirt.

Most of their merchandise is laughable, most of it came damaged or broken, people pay attention to the measurements the pictures are deceiving, most of this junk is like miniature, the shorts for men have no zipper, I kid you not! The clothes are made with cheap material that will rip easily, I won't ever order from Temu again...period!

I place an order. Very next day they created a USPS label but no package was submitted to the USPS almost for a week. It appears that they are selling merchandise they do not have or after placing an order they buy from their vendors in database with available inventories.

So I ordered a bunch of things from Temu and I was so excited to finally get my package.
When I opened it I was so absolutely disappointed it was nothing I ordered!
Im not sure if it's the actual company because I never had issues before or my actual package was replaced and stolen but I'm very livid and disappointed. I've sent a message to customer service and they are replacing it. Im hoping I will be receiving the actual product if not then my shopping days are over for Temu. I hope that the courier they used are trustworthy a part of me feels like maybe they steal and tamper with the product. So I posted what I should have received instead I got some slippers that I absolutely did not order! Photos attached.

Tip for consumers:
I’m hoping that courier (Uni Uni) they used can be trusted and not stealing and tampering with the packages.

So far the last 2 packages I ordered was good got everything. Just very disappointed with the last one that I didn’t received.

I placed an order for the 1st time with temu. Order was received quickly without issues. My second order placed at the beginning of May has yet to be delivered. Agents of temu are useless as all they do is blame the postal service. I would highly recommend that temu be avoided cheap products are not worth the frustration and time wasted when orders are not delivered as expected. One last thing, five dollar credit for my shipment being late. I find this insulting

Please pay attention to the fact their "discounts" are false. I signed up with a $100 new app install PLUS 30% off (no asterisk, no caviete, nothing). Well, turns out the $100 off (shown as $100 off until checkout then called a bundle) which could ONLY total to $30 off no matter how much I spend. I asked customer service how I could possibly get $100 off and it was not possible because it was new user only. So, how exactly is there any way a $100 discount could happen? It can't. Also the 30% off maxes out at $25 total off... not 30%... just meaning UP to $25 off. I run an ecommerce company and would be ruined if I did this form of advertising. Its false advertising 100%. Their customer service is just a call center and say over and over that I have to SEARCH for the code/deal on their site to read about terms. Well, thats not really how that works. If I have to search each code each time before I waste time buying things it seems like a terrible cost benefit. Ill go with Amazon.

Items I ordered were good, and delivery was what Temu said it would be, but who ever delivered just threw it out the truck like a paper by the road of a 500 foot long driveway. I was at work, my neighbors thought someone threw out trash they picked it up saw it was a package and delivered to me when I got home from work.
Deliveries like that is just asking to be stolen.
Also I have lots of room for a large delivery truck to turn around at my home.
I will not order Temu again.

I finally received shipping info. It say your items are at airport?. No location mentioned. Then the next day. Your items departed airport. Then the next day. Your items are in customs. Well now there at an airport.! Don't know where., but my package is at an airport. And if it don't come within a window of a 5 day period. You get 5 dollars off, wow.

I have gotten everything I ordered for free just by playing there Temu credit games and by referring others. If you love getting stuff for a steal go for it and you won't regret it.

If the pricing seems too good to pass up, that is because the items are the same knock off items you get at a flea market. Some items aren't even worth the advertised price. This is definitely not the site for quality products

Products are shipped from overseas according to Temu's tracking, arriving at an airport and clearing customs. Taking situation as a lesson learned....the pricing is so cheap because the item's quality are also.

Products used:
I wore the watch for just one day and it lost one minute of time in 24 hours. Washed the polo shirt and the stitching started unraveling, I haven't even worn it. Giving everything to Goodwill.

Stopped shopping at Amazon since I met Temu. They sell high quality items at super low price. I am very particuar about my purchases. I don't necessarily pick the lowest priced items and pay little extra for higher quality items and they are still super cheap. I mostly buy lots of household items, closet organizers, fashion belts, too many auto sun shades, paper soaps and etc,. Super happy with my purchases.

First time customer, spent 123.00 gave my e-mail and downloaded the app for 100.00 off they only honered 30.00 then after taking the cash from my account they suspended the order and wanted me to send photo of my bank statements... what? Said they suspected fraud? DO NOT waste your time or money for something to good to be true, they will take your money and then say it could take 30 days to see it back in account. I filed a fraud alert with my card issuer, rep told me I wasnt the first.

When I asked to cancel the order and for a refund, (the next morning)they said the charges were still pending so they couldn't do anything. Called my bank and have gotten credit for 7 of the 13. Should have the rest by tomorrow.

I received my long awaited order from this company yesterday. I must say, they are master packers. The box was beautifully arranged, not a single wasted space between items. But let me also say, what a TOTAL waste of money on these cheaply made goods, no instructions whatsoever on things that need to be put together, not even pictures on the boxes...WOW, I regret spending my hard earned money on this CRAP I received. Nothing looks like the picture on the net...Save your time and money and skip this website...Order at your own peril...WORTHLESS JUNK!

TEMU is my go-to site these days for so many items...and unlike some reviews have said, they have EXCELLENT customer service! The chat function is the best way to go for customer service. Such helpful and uplifting people! I'm really, REALLY happy with TEMU. Sometimes the sellers - not TEMU - will describe something (mostly "stickers") incorrectly (they're just paper cutouts, not self-adhesive) so I have gotten refunds on all of those that were incorrectly described by the seller. Otherwise, every product I've gotten has been well-made, with good pricing. Most items are much less expensive than Wish or Amazon. And as always, it's free shipping! LOTS to discover here...be prepared to shop here a lot!

ADDICTING! Just letting you know! I drool when I see that orange package arrive...lol
Excellent customer service.
Products you can't get here in the US like certain scented oils, perfumes, etc.

I wanted to return items. Printed label to be used by 6/26. Brought to ups on 6/26. They didn't issue refund and says because I didn't return to ups by 6/26. Have tried calling numerous times on been on hold nearly one hr with no luck. Chat doesn't work. Doesn't recognize the issue. They owe me almost $40.

Tip for consumers:
Cannot get thru to live person no matter how long you hold. So frustrating

Everything I have bought from this company is very cheap quality garbage and doesn't even fit I bought 3 shirts from them and the buttons were even on the wrong side and the 4 leather belts I received were supposed the be real leather but are not and they are very thin and were measured wrong which made the 8 inches shorter then they should have been. I also have heard that it is almost impossible to return things and get a refund and it takes forever to get the refund if they agree to send you one and all their product pictures on their site are photoshopped to look much better than they really are. Delivery is also very long because even though the tracking says it's being shipped somewhere in the U.S. it's not it's being shipped from China. It took me a while to learn my lesson but I have and will never order from any of these Chinese internet companies again I'd rather pay more and get quality products sold here in My USA.
