I ordered 3 vegetable cutters for XMAS stocking stuffers. All three of the boxes came mutilated because of an improper shipping container. The choppers were delivered in an envelope rather than in a corrugated box. Luckily there was no damage to the choppers, however the containers (folding cartons) the cutters came in, look like something you might donate to goodwill. Not happy with the lack of concern over shipping methods with these items.

First of all, I want to say that I have no issues with Temu. The customer service has been great, shipping has been free, and they've been very responsible about communication. So why did I give them four stars instead of five? If you've been on the site, you realize that it is sort of a Chinese Amazon. They are some wonderful deals, but you need to cross check the prices. For example, there is a snowman cat bed going for $100, but the identical bed with the same brand is only $46 at Walmart. The game Rumicub is $47 on Temu. On Amazon, it's $15.00. Unless the deal is obviously amazing, I'd hesitate before purchasing. Sometimes you get a deal. Sometimes you get ripped off.

Yes it is cheap. Get what you pay for. Then they do the "5free" joke. Have to send so many invites. Starts off great then get to a dollar and it takes 500 ppl if temu lets the link go through. Literally sitting at 5 cents for my 5 free items that they wont let go through.

Awful! I've ordered 3 items on promotion and paid around £16. In 5 minutes I changed my mind just because I thought the delivery time wouldn't suit me.
They've charged me this amount of money and never seen them in my bank account. They stated that this transaction couldn't even be seen in my account. I still can see a GAP. Just awful, stole my money and now pretending that this is not their fault.
Please keep a close eye on them and I would highly recommend not to use their services!

I tried out about $58 on four items. All bad quality products. I decided to return for refund on two items. And they said they only receive one item and refund me the low price item one. I would not recommend to shop there.

I have placed an order 21st of April 2023. They give me a tracking number. After that when I try to track it canada post just tells me "the shipping label created by online." That means Temu just created a shipping label, nothing else! The app shows miss information about the shipping process. The app shows that the order has been cleared custom, in transit ( in Toronto). I got in touch with Canada post and they said they didn't receive any mails or packages from the sender. They have only an online shipping label. Guys stop using this app anymore stay away to be scammed.

I bought this just to try it out since it was so inexpensive. Something amazing resulted though - - I had recently developed impact arthritis from years of karate makiwara fist training; it had reached a point of constant severe pain. I started using this in conjunction with a grip squeezer, for the opposite muscles/tendons. Surprisingly, my pain was reduced and abated for a while, so I started using them regularly. My hands have now reached a point where there is no longer constant pain. Anytime I feel a pain attack coming, I do a few high rep sets of alternating with this and the gripper, and the pain goes away! I don't know the medical reason, but I am SO happy to have found a DRUG FREE method of relieving the pain. Please try it if you suffer from arthritic pain; it might work for you too, and it's so cheap that you have nothing to lose. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! *I bought this level (6.6. Lbs.) and one higher, but only use this for the pain relief method.

Bought a wreath and shirt from this site. After ordering site all of a sudden with Chinese characters. Wreath cheap but expected to be. Shirt polyester old lady type shirt, will donate. Very shortly after order had fraudulent charges on my debit. Was afraid of that after seeing the Chinese characters.

I have placed many orders. You can't compare this company to Amazon (I've been an Amazon customer for years.) Temu's products come from China. The delivery time of course is longer.You get what you pay for. I am pleased with the products I've received. I had to do a little research about the UPS carrier. It is UPS innovations. I live in the mountains and only UPS, traditional and FedEx deliver to my front door. USPS deliveries go to my PO Box. Shopping with Temu is a fun inexpensive shopping experience.

I was never really big on online shopping but my husband started talking about this app that he found from someone at work. I ordered from Temu last month just to get an idea of what to expect. Nothing over $10 and stuff I could use if I liked it and throw away what I don't. They were fine. All cheap made junk, but... cheap price too. But then I did a silly thing and bought a few more things. A couple over $20 and the rest under $10. All of it was absolute s***. Again. It's not worth returning. One was a string of lights for our patio. The photo on their app showed nice round lights about the size of a golf ball. When I got them, they were the size of a dime. A pair of shorts for $8 were so badly made that they went down to halfway down my calf. They also would probably fall apart the first time you washed them. Just skip it. They are not worth it.

My family has been complaining about how unreliable the wifi in our home is because of how its stronger in some areas but weaker in others. Finally deciding to do something about it, I decided to get an extender as recommended by a friend of mine and it's done wonders for our internet connection, especially for the low price it was selling at. I'm new to Temu but I'm already so impressed with all the things they do for their customers. Like free shipping with no minimum spend is already so surreal but the fact that they have a 90 day free return policy AND give you credit for late delivery? Other online shopping places could NEVER. I have had to return many of my grandchildren's orders because they are too small. Not sure why regular sizing is not used. A 5 year old little girl is usually a 7 regular- using ages does not work. You could have a little petite 5 year old or a little chubby one. This makes it very difficult.

We were so delighted to receive our Fossett, but the fittings did not fit American plumbing parts. Even a professional plumber told us that it would not work. So this review isn't aimed at Temu so much, well I guess it is because they continue to use the despicable shipping company Ontrac to deliver or not deliver, rather they steal my packages from the Romulus facility in Michigan! I am so tired of them sending order after order with this trash company. 3 orders in a row have gone missing from ontrac and even though Temu has issued a refund for all of them. I don't want a refund, I want my items, they are all nail art related orders so I don't know what ontrac think they are getting valued stuff or maybe they have a nail tech that works there. The app has very good products so far. But I saw a pair of nice shorts available in 8 colors. I order one. Was very good quality and fit. So I decided to order two more for the gym and they told me I'm allowed just to buy one. I was in shock if you want to make profits you want to sell the more you can. Maybe the stuff is good, I really wouldn't know as I haven't gotten any of it. It's been just under a month, half the stuff was " high demand" and cancelled on me after two weeks and it's been showing as. "shipped" for a week now but it hasn't been at all. The label was created, nothing more. If you can get the stuff actually delivered the cheap products are probably a good deal :(
