I bought a bunch of items because they were practically free. Items came and no problem. Next time I order and buy, stuff came all wrong. You gotta be some kind of special to have a racket that sends stuff right on first orders and then send garbage afterwards. You make millions before the public figures it all out. Pics below show what I ordered and what I got. Straight garbage. F these guys. Don't bother ordering because it is quite the scam.

As someone who has his trust issues with sites like this lmao, Temu's shipping game is honestly refreshing to see bc they don't make me feel like they just wanna scam me of my money. Most of my orders from Temu shipped within the delivery window they specify (sometimes it even comes a few days earlier) but they don't just leave u hanging when your order's gonna come late NO they actually give you some credit as an apology and I just think that that's a great way to make your customers feel like you actually give a frick abt them :)

I was told that my package was delivered and it was not. I have checked with all my neighbors have checked my mailbox and all around my house. They insist that I got my order and I did not. The tracking does not say your whole address it just says your city

I think Temu is a pretty reputable site! I did some research and found out they're linked to a really big corp overseas that's known for their affordable price items and have a Boston-based HQ too, so its not a SCAM. From my research, they seem pretty legit! People just have to put aside their prejudice against them. I bought a couple of stuff from the site and the items were good + the prices were cheap so they're a fairly okay company IMO!

I sent back two items in one package and got email that they received only one item. They sent me my refund
And then again charged my Credit Card. It's not possible to receive one item when both items were placed as instructed into same package. Which make me think that either Temu employees are not honest or Temu taking me for a ride.

I have bought many things from Temu and only one or two item went in the trash. The kids clothes and women's clothes are made well and finished well. I have bought many tops from them and have been completely happy. Guessing sizes can be complicated. They are so much smaller than we. I can't complain other than the fraud rumors of the stealing our payment information.

I was supposed to receive my package on September 7. I saw it arrived to different locations...it was in West Palm Beach then it went to Miami and now it is in Orlando and I am I Hollywood Florida. It is going everywhere north to south and now going north again...seems to be they don't know how to handle deliveries.have a terrible delivery system.today September 12 still don't have my package. I placed the order on 8.29

You will not get your orders in less than 10 days. Your orders will often be sent by the cheapest form of transport, get lost, and customer service will do nothing to help you. Nothing in the sense that when you speak to someone in chat, they will give you an automated response they tell everyone, that "rest assured, your package is on the way." The quality of items is rock bottom awful and beyond cheap.

Who wants to put up with packages constantly being lost and zero customer service? No one!!!

Being this was my first ordering I was totally taken aback by the entire process. First, I ordered 02/22/23 not receiving a package until 03/06/23. Opening the package the realization that this was not any of the items ordered by myself. I ordered nail supplies and toys for my children. I recieved puppy clothes and fake foliage. I was given alot of irrelevant apologies. Resulting in no assistance in a refund or when I could expect anything. I was given vague information on time frames a handful of unwarranted lies. Nothing helpful at all so disheartening to say the least.

This site should be shut down they lie and mislead you on coupons and say your orders are shipped etc and they don't be, and they don't be wanting to refund they just keep y sending notifications to try to give you "discount coupons" to get you to shop from them.

I bought two lunch boxes for my kids. I thought the lunch boxes on temu.com looked really neat with small parts for fruit or vegetables.

Unfortunately, the quality was terrible. The lid of the first box did was loose after a few days. But the second box was still good so we decided not to return the item. The second box broke after three months when I tried to close it.

The company declined to offer me a refund because it was more than 90 days (I was 15 days over the limit). I think a lunch box should last longer than three months. So what can I say? Design and shiping was nice and good. But the quality...

I order stuff on temu sometimes. The clothes are polyester which I expected from a Chinese company and they are OK but it's not something I would return because they are usually under $10 usd. Actually I order and I know some things will be fine and some things will go to Goodwill. The stuff is so cheap I don't even think it's about wasting my time trying to get a refund. I ordered some pet stuff and the quality was very good. They have some cute Knick knacks for the home and other cheap stuff. I buy sewing and painting brushes which I use and then throw out. It's a fun site to look at. Shipping has gotten faster and faster. I actually got an order delivered within a week right to my door on a Sunday.

Do not buy here full of con artists, very cheap products. I ordered several products, and nothing worked properly. This site cannot be Trusted, I ordered wireless chargers for gifts and none of them worked I had to use a cable and the seller discontinued. Do not go by Reviews on TEMU those are paid reviews.

Very poor quality, I ordered 3 heated jackets and they were as thin as a shirt and worked for a minutes it made me angry, They looked at us as stupid Americans. I won't return it because I probably won't get my money back. Going to change my credit card # before something else happens.

Temu has a good customer service, unfortunately the temu company has terrible rules in changing address or order cancellation. But they found a way to rfund 100% of my products that was sent to a wrong address "still waiting for refund but received an email they will refund everything. Temu products are fair enough for their price. - i hope they keep improving and the customer service will continue to be superb at their jobs

The quality of pretty much everything I have ordered from this site is absolute crap. It breaks after one use. It looks cheap. It's that cheap that I wouldn't go back to request a refund but what bothers me the most is the reviews. I have never seen a marketplace site where everything has loads and loads of excellent reviews. I am convinced these are fabricated, because nothing in that site is comparatively amazing.

I ordered 12 items from this joke of a company I only received 1 and it was broken. I keep getting credits but everything is always out of stock, after it's ordered. If you don't have it don't sell it. It doesn't take a genius to know that! Temu is ran by competent idiots. This company should fix all its problems before continuing. TEMU had my credit card on file from prior purchase (my big mistake). They then sent a package of items I didn't order and charged my credit card. The return was a fiasco which ended in me having to pay to return the items. I got the credit card company to reverse charges for the items. TEMU representative said they would refund any fees for return but after I incurred the fees and provided receipt they refused to refund my money. They are terrible to deal with. I ordered product from this company and one of my orders wasn't there for me to view. I chatted with someone named Tello. They give you this BS about how they can't tell you anything 'because they take it very seriously'. Okay, I told 'Tello to ask me any questions so he can verify that I'm actually the one who purchased the one order which he said was different. I told him the mailing address was the same, the phone number was the same, the last name was the same, etc. He didn't care enough to help me out and pawned it off to another division. One of those "I escalated your case and someone will be getting in touch with you". I asked to chat with his supervisor and he blew me off.

Yes, I finally succumbed to the Temu spin to win ads! Whether this was a good deal or not is hard to say. The quality of the items was not the best and who knows how these items will last. I purchased a white chunky knit sweater that feels VERY THIN. Striped knit cardigan that looks nice, but the material just feels cheap. Cheap plastic microwave food cover that looks like it's worth maybe a dollar. Heart "cardigan" made of polyester. Laundry room rug that's very thin. Food storage containers that don't appear very sturdy. Vegetable slicer, haven't unboxed it yet. Photos are deceiving I would say. This is dollar store stuff. Actually dollar store stuff is better quality. Ordered 9 items spent around $100. Probably won't reorder from Temu in the future. Cheap, throw away clothing and household goods. Still, they got the order right and delivered in a reasonable timeframe. So they get credit for that!

Don't fall for the hype. This company is nothing but a bunch of scammers they offer you all the stuff tell you they will do this and that and then they never follow through. You get all your friends to join up and try to get it free prizes and then they never want to give them to you it's just a scam. I have all of the messages with them Customer Service they just rip you off and then they try to blame it on something else or that you didn't do it properly or whatever their game is at the time. I highly recommend you delete this app and never touch it. It's a Chinese scam operation.

I live in a community with 300 homes. There is a gate, but no person. There is a board with everyone's house number. Any delivery driver can press the house number on the board and it will ring the phone of the homeowner who can let them in. This driver left the packages on the ground at night 1 mile from my house at night where there are no houses! Temu refuses to pay. They say it was delivered! I wouldn't want anymore of their low quality junk!

Temu uses false advertising and photos to describe their jewelry. The jewelry you actually get looks NOTHING like the quality shown in photos. The clothing I have purchased less than a month ago is already falling apart. The fishland and farmland games are a total joke. You are guaranteed NOT to win any of the "Free" gifts you pick out without being 100 times more aggressive to provide the free advertising for them by getting more and more suckers to become new Temu users.
Not worth the time or energy to use this company. Product quality is okay at best, packaging is substandard at best, and as I've noticed recently Temu's prices are climbing. Better quality available elsewhere. Was really hoping to be able to get my girls a decent Christmas using this company, but they have proved to be a massive disappointment

My first order was a few kitchen things and they were so cheap that I figured I wouldn't be out much if they weren't very good. Everything I have gotten had been great quality, from earrings to silicone spatulas. I don't know how they can sell for these prices. Just shows the markup at most stores. I will continue to shop here.
