I have bought many things from Temu and only one or two item went in the trash. The kids clothes and women's clothes are made well and finished well. I have bought many tops from them and have been completely happy. Guessing sizes can be complicated. They are so much smaller than we. I can't complain other than the fraud rumors of the stealing our payment information.
And, you can't return items to Dollarama! My friend had been purchasing from Temu and recommended it to me, as I have been buying from Aliexpress. At the time I ordered an item, it told me that if I do not receive the package by a certain date, they would give me a $5 credit. Well, they did much better than that - I received the item 2 days before the deadline. Then, there was a problem with the item I received, which was not their fault. I promptly went into my Temu app and returned it. Not only did they refund the item but directed me to donate it, etc. which means I did not have to spend money for return postage. I am very impressed and will continue to purchase from them.

My daughter paid with her cash out they ended up charging her cash up and my bank account. I called them so they could refund me and they said that they didn't double charge that it was only taken out of my account but my daughter's account was low the same exact amount that was taken out.

My first 3 orders were delivered on time, no major issue. Even I had to return some items, I got all my refunds and got to keep 2 small items without even bother to return them. The delivery on my last order was very late, it took almost a month. I did file a complaint before my stuff finally arrived. But I did not expect Temu to give me a full credit for the last order. The representative from Temu told me it was a compensation for the late delivery. I feel grateful for Temu's generosity and gracious response. What a outstanding company!

I bought a variety of items including 2 buckets of Chlorine Tabs. They listed it as 100 tabs but do not indicate the size of the tabs. The bucket is the size of a yogurt cup and the tabs are literally the size of tick tacks. Be careful.

I ordered product from this company and one of my orders wasn't there for me to view. I chatted with someone named Tello. They give you this BS about how they can't tell you anything 'because they take it very seriously'. Okay, I told 'Tello to ask me any questions so he can verify that I'm actually the one who purchased the one order which he said was different. I told him the mailing address was the same, the phone number was the same, the last name was the same, etc. He didn't care enough to help me out and pawned it off to another division. One of those "I escalated your case and someone will be getting in touch with you". I asked to chat with his supervisor and he blew me off.

I have ordered from Temu 3 times. The first shipment arrived before the window they provided. The second one, in the middle of their window. I'm currently waiting on an order from 3/23. It has just cleared customs in the shipping location. It might make it by the end of the window, but they have been extending their projections due to high volume. This is one area that needs drastic improvement.

As they say, you get what you pay for. Prices are low. Products substandard
And not as described. I was able to get credit for one product without having to return it. Milia patches OK, zipper pulls OK but unidentifiable metal. Easy thread sewing needles OK. Fridge shelf pads to small and looked like cabinet shelving plastic. Magic broom serviceable but cheap materials which will probably not last. Dual sided tape strong enough for paper projects only. Worst of all. The Magic Dog Gate, so unstable a puppy can tear it down, Sizing off, metal construction consists of two telescoping rods that are placed in a cloth seam and inconsistently sized. Truely an unusable product. You take your chances on these cheaply made products. Good luck. My $30 order probable cost less that $10 to manufacuture and ship. By the way the complete order was packed in a shipping bag sealed with tape.

Well as i tracked my order it first said I'd get 5 dollars back or a 5 dollar coupon if my order didn't arrive by a certain date then as that date came and i tracked it i noticed that they changed the deadline date on me on getting the 5 dollar coupon. I was originally hesitant to order from them so ordered 2 small products. Package came way faster than they promised. I had constant contact from Temu on the tracting. Products were as described or better. I have since ordered from Temu 4 more times with the same experience. On my last order I had a product that I wanted to return and thought that might be a hassle but it was a seamless process that took about 3 minutes. I elected to just have the payment credited to my Temu account because it is faster. Got the credit within 2 minutes AND they told me I did not have to return the product! Hello...yes please...I have now (after testing it out myself) recommended Temu to all my friends who are now ordering from them.

Wasnt happy with the item that I got and wanted to get a refund for it. The websites customer service was super great and helped me thru their free returns process so it was easy to return my order AND i got a full refund on my PayPal! The return process took around 1 week to do so not too bad.

As someone who has his trust issues with sites like this lmao, Temu's shipping game is honestly refreshing to see bc they don't make me feel like they just wanna scam me of my money. Most of my orders from Temu shipped within the delivery window they specify (sometimes it even comes a few days earlier) but they don't just leave u hanging when your order's gonna come late NO they actually give you some credit as an apology and I just think that that's a great way to make your customers feel like you actually give a frick abt them :)

I sent back two items in one package and got email that they received only one item. They sent me my refund
And then again charged my Credit Card. It's not possible to receive one item when both items were placed as instructed into same package. Which make me think that either Temu employees are not honest or Temu taking me for a ride.

Okay, first off I have a love /hate for temu, I ordered sooo many times and I love most of what I got, my issues are with the discount and the free gifts, okay first off you jack your prices up 1000% and than tell me Im getting 90% and than theres the games for "free" items, don't put yourself in that rabbit hole, you will think you are getting close than they pull the rug from under your feet, and make it nearly impossible to get your "free" items. Also why do Canadians pay 4 times the amount as Americans? I understand the exchange rate but we pay way more, it doesn't add up. Well thats my 2 cents worth, take it for what it is.

You will not get your orders in less than 10 days. Your orders will often be sent by the cheapest form of transport, get lost, and customer service will do nothing to help you. Nothing in the sense that when you speak to someone in chat, they will give you an automated response they tell everyone, that "rest assured, your package is on the way." The quality of items is rock bottom awful and beyond cheap.

I think Temu is a pretty reputable site! I did some research and found out they're linked to a really big corp overseas that's known for their affordable price items and have a Boston-based HQ too, so its not a SCAM. From my research, they seem pretty legit! People just have to put aside their prejudice against them. I bought a couple of stuff from the site and the items were good + the prices were cheap so they're a fairly okay company IMO!

I place an order on Dec 2023 few day latter I notice a withdrawal from my account twice by Temu after hrs on line they send me to chat I spend hrs try to make them understand that they took the money twice they duplicate the order and took it twice I place two identical orders now they said they deliver and no wer to be found! Spend hrs and hrs and hrs finally o call my bank and reported fraud they duplicate the order and took the money twice now I struggle with tru to find wer is the order and try to send it back even do is not my fault but a glinch on the system if I find the order having dificulta try to get a label to return they said once they get the return that I never got them they will refund me the second order!
