I bought a bunch of items because they were practically free. Items came and no problem. Next time I order and buy, stuff came all wrong. You gotta be some kind of special to have a racket that sends stuff right on first orders and then send garbage afterwards. You make millions before the public figures it all out. Pics below show what I ordered and what I got. Straight garbage. F these guys. Don't bother ordering because it is quite the scam.

They claimed they shipped the order when tracking number said it wasn't shipped, and then customer service spent an hour playing dumb and going in circles copy pasting their own website statements as "evidence" it was shipped

This company is a fraud, they just want to steal Americans information and data. I placed a legitimate order, there system kept denying my debit card and kicking back to recommended PayPal, so I used PayPal and 5 now later my order was canceled for no reason without any notice before.

The quality of stuff you get is good, the only thing about Temu is it's not as incentivizing for returning/potential returning customers with deals being given out only to new people who join the platform. Temu also sends a lot of deals via messages that say I am selected to get a discount/reward but when I attempt to claim my discount/reward, it says I'm ineligible and when I scroll to see if I'm eligible for any activities, it only brings me to ones where I can refer other people. I understand the platform is really striving to obtain a bigger following but it should also attempt to appease potential returning shoppers like myself.

I ordered some cheap and cheerful items from Temu and having read the reviews after I had ordered I did not expect them to turn up. I am pleased to say that they turned up at lightening speed and I am delighted with all my purchases. I bought a Christmas jumper that is absolutely the right size and certainly doesn't look as cheap as it was. Will certainly purchase from them again.

I bought one time, a few things. They lie about their products such as a necklace being 18 caret gold plated. It was painted gold. The PKG. Was at my door and when I picked it up realized the gross orange dye all over the bag was all over me. The dye along with my pants and shirt were ruined.
Because my card I used was compromised after this sale, the account was closed. They will give me a store account. Are they crazy or what. I will never recommend or buy from them again.
They claim to be 5 stars. It's rigged. BBB will not back them. They are nasty money hungry sales people who could care less if your dead or alive.

I ordered two dresses which came to a total 19.30. The shipment was supposed to be delivered in 2 weeks. I kept tracking it and was expected to be delivered via USPS. One fine day I get a text stating that my shipment was delivered to a neighbor. I checked with my neighbors and no one has received a package. So I asked for a full refund. They are stating that since their records show it was delivered they will not do a refund! Absolutely scammers. Do not trust them one bit. This was my first time and will be the last time!

The water bottle is really pretty and the color doesnt easily fade or anything. It helps me track my water intake throughout the day which is good for someone like me who forgets a lot. The straw makes drinking from it more easier and the words of encouragement are also very nice :) Bought it because the temu reviews are positive and because it seems big enough for me.

I have placed three orders so far. I received the first order of mixed household items and the second had more clothing. I am truly surprised. Everything was of good quality and arrived on time. I expected the clothing to be cheap but it was all good quality. I love everything. I bought a fry pan that had a tiny dent in it from the post office, not Temo. When I wrote the review they immediately messaged me to see if I wanted to return it or wanted a refund. I kept it because it was perfectly usable. I can't wait for my third order.

I bought these two bubble gums from a granddaughters. My daughter went to use them, put batteries in but in the battery compartment it's missing a hard to keep the batteries in place. I'm trying to get a refund but they insist they need a picture, well I don't have a picture. I thought this was a good site but I will no longer be using this site at all. For a $4.58 and a $6.98 bubble gun machine yes I want my money back. But I don't feel I should have to provide a picture when they're not even in my house anymore. Terrible company

I'm pretty new to Temu like a month or two and really quite impressed. I have made a number of purchases and have returned a couple of items, nothing wrong with them just wasn't what I thought they were and Temu had no problem with me returning them for free. One of the best things about temu is that their customer service is open 24/7 so i can shop day or night without worrying about having unanswered questions or concerns. I usually work nightshift so its really hard for me to catch the usual hours when customer services are open so temu having a 24/7 customer service chat is really helpful! I was skeptical about Temu at first, and based on reviews, seems to be hit or miss. Based on my experience, it is a definite hit. My order, despite including a few back-ordered products, arrived by the earlier delivery window. Regarding the "long" delivery time (12 days from the date of purchase for me), considering that the products were coming from China, and shipping was FREE, I was quite pleased! The communication about the order status was excellent, and my order was easy to track. All items in my order were correct and arrived in good shape. The value is great for the quality. The coupon offer and free gift were honored. One feature I liked was the ability to add on additional items for several hours after the order has been placed. Based on my experience, I will continue to use Temu in the future (especially for my daughter's dorm supplies), and have already recommended Temu to family and friends.

Really tired of arguing with the chat reps about refunds. They know that I only ask to be refunded for things that either don't fit or look bad, but they are always creating tickets and making me wait! I always just tell them to credit my Temu account anyway. The one tonight wanted me to return $3 worth of rings back to CHINA. I told her no, I wasn't doing that. I've made my last purchase with my hard earned money from this website, THANKS TEMU for getting richer from me, your customer service sucks anymore! Ps- I've spent thousands of dollars on your products and have loved you all so much, not anymore as I am very sad to say. SAD.

I ordered about 8 items, a boy shoe size 13 was way too big, a girl shoe size of 3 was way too small. One item (fishing pole) was missing from the package. I asked for refund of the pole, they insist it was packaged inside a small bag. It is so ridiculous! There is no way you can even put the pole in that bag! They claimed their warehouse checked and confirmed the pole was packaged inside. They claim the package is about 24inx20in, not even close to the size! Never waste your time to buy anything from them again!

Temu and Amazon have a lot of the same items. Those items are cheaper on Temu than on Amazon. You may have to wait a bit longer with Temu delivery but, I am okay with waiting. Amazon requires you to sign up for Prime in order to receive free S&H. Temu gives you free S&H with a purchase of $10 or more. They provide a delivery date window. If your item does not arrive within that time frame, you will receive a $5 credit. Returns are free and simple. I feel that Amazon is getting greedy. I purchased the 2 items below from Temu. The top was $3.67. The panties were $7.48. Amazon carries both of these items. The top is at least 3x more on Amazon. The panties are double in price.

After taking the time to send invitations out for new and existing customers for their promotional invite friends for 5 free gifts. Only the existing customers were credited for accepting. I had 3 friends never heard of TEMU accept sitting right next to me. They have yet to be added to promotional 5 free gifts. It's a scam to get more people and not pay for the advertising. Actions are being taken to stop this companies blatant false promotional programs. Temu is an absolute disgrace for their actions. I shall be canceling my orders and returning the one being delivered today. They went as far as offering me 20$ credit to keep me from exposing them for their disgusting actions. So not only do they know they don't care!

I just received a broken item from Temu. I reported it to them and they credited my account and did NOT require that I send it back. I've also had one item a day late and was credited with $US dollars. Some of the thing they sell are obviously crap but they seem to stand behind what they sell.

I really needed a new hair dryer because my old one broke and I just couldnt resist the prices of the ones that I found on temu. I was scared at first bec China products but I ended up getting this one and am sooooooo happy with how good it is! Its as good than my old one and works rly rly well. I was wary when paying too, but I didn't have problems paying with my card. In fact I have another order for a matching vanity set arriving soon!

Let me explain, I read reviews talking about quality, and these people are ridiculous, the reviews are unfair to Temu and other vendors, let me explain on a lower level for the under educated who write negative reviews without cause, if you want a $100 flashlight, go out and buy a $100 flashlight, but to spend $2 and expect a $100 flashlight is ridiculous, and then you take it further by unfairly judging the product via stars and reviews as if you had paid $100, get a clue, quit damaging sellers reputations and ratings because your ignorant, Temu is 5 stars all day long!

Tip for consumers:
Yes, to all customers, if you buy a $1 item expect a $1 item. You get exactly what you pay for here and so far, everything we purchased has worked as expected.
