I bought a bunch of items because they were practically free. Items came and no problem. Next time I order and buy, stuff came all wrong. You gotta be some kind of special to have a racket that sends stuff right on first orders and then send garbage afterwards. You make millions before the public figures it all out. Pics below show what I ordered and what I got. Straight garbage. F these guys. Don't bother ordering because it is quite the scam.

I really liked Temu at first, then they show who they really are. I was cheated out of 10 items and they will not correct it. Took my money and cheated me out of 10 items. Will not buy from them again. Steer clear of this so called company. The worst!

I have heard about this company but was hesitate to look into it until I saw one of my FB friends who placed an order and received it. I have not yet received my order, it's been about 10 days today. So between them and LaserShip, the time that you get your order is SLOW.

They used LaserShip, which has a lot of negative reviews, and I have had issues with them in the past, myself.

Temu's products are fun to scroll through and the prices are amazing I was extremely satisfied with my purchases. Plus, they arrived very quickly and I sure appreciated the free shipping! My only problem is with their "free offers." They seem to be usable only to customers who have cell phones. Not everybody does. I scanned through the negative reviews here and these "free offers" seem to be problematic for a number of unhappy customers. Maybe they should just eliminate these offers that seem to discriminate against folks who don't have cell phones or ones who choose not to put the Temu app on their phones. Their prices and their fun merchandise ought to be enough.

Never received the package. The delivery company left my package on the street for anyone to grab. And Temu told me to call the shipping company. Be aware!. If you package stolen or missing. Temu will give you the run around, and you have to sort it out on your own and lose your money at the same time.

Tip for consumers:
Temu is a hit and miss type company. It's like gaint 99 cents store. You will be able.to get some stuff in good condition, functions at a lower price. But when they use 3rd party shipping, they will kick the ball around.

My first shopping was okay I did give or disposed of like 7 items of very low quality. Although it wasn't that bad they refunded 4 items. Then I did a big shopping for $153.00. They split the order into two different packages fine, I got the biggest package but the second I never got it. The order was placed on February 1st... Still waiting. I did ask for a refund because I never got my order, but they did give me a store credit... I place another order and still waiting for it to be shipped. 3 days going into 4. I realize instead of shopping from them I rather go to the store or shop on Amazon at least they work quickly to resolve any problems. Temu not cutting it. Too low-quality items have long shipping delays I rather pay for shipping and get faster... In my opinion, I did email them today six times to no avail. I'm done they can keep the money and at least save me a headache.

I was really happy with Temu until they decided start shipping my packages without a signature in my building? My last shipment I was at the cottage and I had to call the courier company to hold at a UPS location so that I can pick it up but this time it required no signature. I did not know that so I left to the cottage all to find out they had left it at my door! I can't believe they would leave over $120 dollars worth unattended. I think that's so disrespectful. And they won't even try to find my package nor give me a refund. I am furious. I think this is fraud. I have never been through this before.

I put 33 items in my cart nd check out. All of sudden, I got a notification on my order but only for 20 items. I went back into my account nd saw 13 items in my cart and asking me to check out again and make payment. My previous order was definitely scammed too because I sens all I ordered for did not arrive and those that arrived too forever. Temu is " NOT TRUST" many of my friends saying the same thing. Whatever they order for come half or missing items. Temu is scam! You will never get the total of your items and it will take forever to receive your order. I chatted with Cherry to no avail. The customer service representative is 👎 she argued with me for more than 1 hour. She said before I check out, I have to select the items I want. But I did not select any and they only processed 20. Why should they process any if the rule says I have to select? And why 13 was left in the cart and asking me to check out again and make another payment. Beware!

I want to love this website. But it's pure spammy. The coupons and coupon codes are just spam to get you to buy more. There's not a lot of transparency. Every order they get shipped out ships with a courier within your country. It could be one of many, but most of the time they ship with an incompetent shipping, courier and packages are never delivered. You then have to use your own time and energy to call customer service from that courier, instead of Temu, using their customer service to make it right. If they are the ones that ship it on any platform, then they are the ones that should be taken care of tracking down the package and making it right.

I keep seeing a lot of reviews about the quality of the stuff on Temu, but tbh just manage your expectations cause the stuff here are pretty good for the price. They're for sure better than Wish and they deliver faster than Shein. I've ordered from the site like 5 or 6 times and all the items I got were pretty good. It's easy to use the app, checking out seems safe and I got my orders around a week after ordering. It's a pretty good app for people who want to find good but affordable stuff, but you gotta consider the price point when buying!

I bought several things that were not nearly approved by me as my previous order. One of the things was the official national mah-jongg card. On the outside it says 2023 version, but inside is his 2022 version. This probably disappointed me the most because it is false advertising. Hey guys,
Here to fine you my quick review on Temu. This has to be the worst online shopping experience that I have EVER encountered. I ordered 4 items online on the 7/1 it arrived at the airport on 7/8 and has been stuck in transit for the last week now. Ontracknhas been a complete JOKE! Like where in the hell is my stuff? This is so frustrating to be taken advantage of like this. I I'll be requesting a REFUND ASAP! Never will I order from a Chinese website. And to think that the NFL sponsored these guys with an ad during the Super Bowl. Are you freaking kidding me? Stay away from these guys. Get it together TEMU.

I ordered a 4.5" mirror diameter telescope. They sent a 3" scope which I could have bought for cheaper here. To much trouble to return but I may return it. 3" is much less light gathering power than 4.5" they advertise.

I dont know why temu doesn't advertise it more or maybe its just not showing up on my personal feed but they sell products directly from great brands like lenovo! Impossible to trust facing liars. They never apply credits neither rewards. They abuse the credit card with duplicate transactions. They should use the credits under the TEMU account however they charge the bank credit card. Total trust abuse.

Few items are good but since they change the price to a higher rate, bait and switch, is better to purchase anything from a local store.

Idk about other online shopping places but temu is probs the only one that has been v vocal abt their commitment to the environment. I wasn't planning on buying anything to begin with because I try to avoid online shopping as much as possible (the pollution produced by logistics alone makes me feel bad) but the moment I saw that Temu offsets their carbon emissions I was immediately on board. I don't bother online shopping anywhere else anymore <3

I returned 3 bags full of items and did not get my money back, eventhough Temu confirmed the receiving of the packages! Utmost disgusting scamming-practice! Then they ask Trustpilot to remove my review! I am furious!

Its a scam and if you already ordered stuff, make sure to film the process of putting the items back in the return package!! With each return-item, you can add a video! That way they cannot svam you like they scammed me!

I have purchased a few things with Temu now. I have to say that the shipments are pretty slow overall. But worst of all is the return process. I returned my items on May 25,2023 and used Temu shipping label, and they still don't have the package! It's been almost 3 weeks. I checked USPS and it says the package is moving through the network. That's a really long time to wait for a refund. Once this is resolved I won't continue to shop with Temu. My question is, where are these packages being returned to? I don't feel it's worth it to shop on Temu. I will just go back to Amazon and pay a little more money and get great shipping and returns. I don't recommend Temu. I don't trust there return process. I'm hoping to just get refunded and be done with them. I learned a lesson. BUYER BEWARE. DON'T SHOP ON TEMU.

Temu has the best prices and top quality items. I am seriously hooked on them. Have not had one issue, have ordered for my home, furbabies, appliances, you name it. I am very satisfied with them. Time wise for shipping and receiving is not an issue, it comes well packaged and shipping is free so what's a few days more. Thanks to all of you

I wanted the dresses I ordered so bad. They came as the tracking # said. I took them out of the package and tried one on. They were TOO small and they had long sleeves which I didn't order either. The dresses were to have no sleeves at all. Not satisfied at all. Will not order anymore.
I have no return label, so the package will have to be sent regular mail.

I have a credit with them totaling over $30 and whenever I try to use it, the check out system wont allow, me to use it. Customer service tried to tell me I used it on an order but when I showed them it still sitting in my account and to show me how I used it, I get crickets and a page out of the playbook. They are allegedly from Boston, but customer service is clearly outsourced. Until this issue is resolved, I will not order again and if anyone asks me if they are a good company, my answer will be a resounding no. Going to try AliExpress. Maybe they will do better.

They hold packages and just start combining all your orders well past your shipping date. And start trying to get you to contact usps when it hasnt even left there country! Right now its 16days past the latest package, and 30 days past the first!

Don't shop Temu! Screwed up my orders not once but twice today. Haven't given my temu credit that's 270 dollars and then refused to credit my account for all the hassle! Save yourself the trouble. Shop elsewhere! VERY ANGRY

I placed my order on Feb 2nd and it arrived on Feb 8th, earlier than expected. Items were typical discount quality, but well worth what I paid. I was a little leery, in the past orders from overseas took forever, but Temu did great. I already placed another order. And my pup is happy with her bone!
