I got this for my kitchen a while back but then I got alerted that shipping would be delayed. I didn't even have time to be sad about it because I ended up getting like $5 credit and I was just really shocked because no other online platform does that. I ordered a T-shirt on Temu and it was delivered in 12 days, well within the estimated delivery window. The quality was good and similar T-shirts would sell many times over even in discount stores. I save on the gas and time and the order comes right to my mailbox. No qualms at all ordering from Temu even though it is relatively new and unknown. I knew that Temu was legit and totally reliable because it is owned by PDD Holdings, a profitable multinational e-commerce company that is listed on the Nasdaq. It trades under the ticker PDD and was the biggest gainer on the Nasdaq-100 Index. It pays to do some research and not just read reviews, many of which are fake (especially the negative ones!).

Have some common sense. Don't order presents for Thanksgiving or Christmas a week out and throw a fit when the items don't arrive in time. E-commerce deliveries that time of year are dicey, no matter which site you buy from. Even Amazon Prime has gone from 2-day shipping to 5-, 6-, even 7-day shipping. There are plenty of really good quality products if you take the time to go through the listings, reviews, ratings and delivery times. Temu gives a lot more information than others to help buyers.

Compared to other similar Chinese based marketplaces the goods arrive quickly. I don't like the bombardment of marketing click bait on their website and their is some well documented reports about unethical practices especially child exploitation - https://www.latimes.com/business/story/2023-06-15/temu-sells-products-linked-to-forced-labor-in-china which is making think again about this site.

I bought one time, a few things. They lie about their products such as a necklace being 18 caret gold plated. It was painted gold. The PKG. Was at my door and when I picked it up realized the gross orange dye all over the bag was all over me. The dye along with my pants and shirt were ruined.
Because my card I used was compromised after this sale, the account was closed. They will give me a store account. Are they crazy or what. I will never recommend or buy from them again.
They claim to be 5 stars. It's rigged. BBB will not back them. They are nasty money hungry sales people who could care less if your dead or alive.

This company is a fraud, they just want to steal Americans information and data. I placed a legitimate order, there system kept denying my debit card and kicking back to recommended PayPal, so I used PayPal and 5 now later my order was canceled for no reason without any notice before.

Lowkey mad because their delivery partner wasnt careful with my order but kudos to their purchase protection that let me return the items even if the damage was minimal. I just clicked on the customer service button on the app and a rep helped me wih the return. Returns were super simple too since u just print out the waybill they give u and drop it off even got a full refund for everything.

They claimed you can get a coupon when you maximize your order of certain amount. They don't honor the coupon when you did that. They said you will receive your coupon when your orders were shipped. My order was placed on 12/25/22@ 11:19pm. I want to use a $25 coupon that I earned from last purchased now (12/29/22@ 6pm). I was told the coupon is EXPIRED.

I was good with the product I ordered last month but I am not good with the fact that I receive many, many marketing ads a day in two email inboxes…there is not a single soul who works at TEMU who knows how to remove one email address from their marketing ads…they are very polite LIARS every time you request help…but you do not receive help so don't be fooled…worst part is I did not agree to go on their marketing lists and therefore will not ever shop with TEMU again…be warned!

I have made 6 orders to Temu in the past 2 months. 100s of items, totaling about $200.1 box has shown up. The others either haven't shipped yet or are stuck in transit and have been for 2 weeks. To compensate they have given me $5 five times... But I used $10 of it plus spent more just to have another box not arrive. Contacted customer service and they offered me another $5 and refused to cancel my orders that are WAY overdue... So I promised to go leave an honest review.

They had shipped my last package with a scam shipping company called Deliver-It and I complained to customer support that I hadn't received my package yet. They got on it and I received my package the next day. My current package (seen in the screenshot provided) is a day early and thankfully they shipped it with a different shipping company and even wrote a note on my account to never ship with that scam shipping company. Be aware of Temu shopping platform. Our 1st 2 couple orders were perfect given Temu handled the problem correctly. When we received BAD products, they're gladly to issue our refunds. However, when we received our 3rd order with POOR quality items, we were responsible to shipping charges for any returns, which I found it unreasonable practice on Temu part. I've voiced my opinion with Temu's management with no prevail. So we decided to leave Temu for good. So shop with your own risks.

I don't think BILLIONAIRES have to wait as long as you do for items they purchase. They start with "Sorry! Here's a $5.00 credit for being late" then another "Sorry! Here's ANOTHER $5.00 credit for being late". Pretty soon I'll have a hundred dollars + credit due. I can't even rate the quality of an item because I still haven't received my items. If the items are anything like the expected wait period is to get them then I'm going to be very disappointed.

The quality of stuff you get is good, the only thing about Temu is it's not as incentivizing for returning/potential returning customers with deals being given out only to new people who join the platform. Temu also sends a lot of deals via messages that say I am selected to get a discount/reward but when I attempt to claim my discount/reward, it says I'm ineligible and when I scroll to see if I'm eligible for any activities, it only brings me to ones where I can refer other people. I understand the platform is really striving to obtain a bigger following but it should also attempt to appease potential returning shoppers like myself.

I bought these two bubble gums from a granddaughters. My daughter went to use them, put batteries in but in the battery compartment it's missing a hard to keep the batteries in place. I'm trying to get a refund but they insist they need a picture, well I don't have a picture. I thought this was a good site but I will no longer be using this site at all. For a $4.58 and a $6.98 bubble gun machine yes I want my money back. But I don't feel I should have to provide a picture when they're not even in my house anymore. Terrible company

I'm pretty new to Temu like a month or two and really quite impressed. I have made a number of purchases and have returned a couple of items, nothing wrong with them just wasn't what I thought they were and Temu had no problem with me returning them for free. I didn't receive a parcel from TEMU. The courier left my parcel on the doorstep in full view of the street, and someone must have picked it up. The EVRI Couriers emailed me back saying this was not delivered correctly! I sent copies of the email to TEMU and long story short it is all standard replies i haven't had a conversation with a human.

I ordered two dresses which came to a total 19.30. The shipment was supposed to be delivered in 2 weeks. I kept tracking it and was expected to be delivered via USPS. One fine day I get a text stating that my shipment was delivered to a neighbor. I checked with my neighbors and no one has received a package. So I asked for a full refund. They are stating that since their records show it was delivered they will not do a refund! Absolutely scammers. Do not trust them one bit. This was my first time and will be the last time!

Temu and Amazon have a lot of the same items. Those items are cheaper on Temu than on Amazon. You may have to wait a bit longer with Temu delivery but, I am okay with waiting. Amazon requires you to sign up for Prime in order to receive free S&H. Temu gives you free S&H with a purchase of $10 or more. They provide a delivery date window. If your item does not arrive within that time frame, you will receive a $5 credit. Returns are free and simple. I feel that Amazon is getting greedy. I purchased the 2 items below from Temu. The top was $3.67. The panties were $7.48. Amazon carries both of these items. The top is at least 3x more on Amazon. The panties are double in price.
