The water bottle is really pretty and the color doesnt easily fade or anything. It helps me track my water intake throughout the day which is good for someone like me who forgets a lot. The straw makes drinking from it more easier and the words of encouragement are also very nice :) Bought it because the temu reviews are positive and because it seems big enough for me.
I have placed three orders so far. I received the first order of mixed household items and the second had more clothing. I am truly surprised. Everything was of good quality and arrived on time. I expected the clothing to be cheap but it was all good quality. I love everything. I bought a fry pan that had a tiny dent in it from the post office, not Temo. When I wrote the review they immediately messaged me to see if I wanted to return it or wanted a refund. I kept it because it was perfectly usable. I can't wait for my third order.

Personally I wear these when I'm just lounging at home. V comfortable and the fit is also pretty good and loose. The length of the shorts are also really nice but I wish that it was delivered faster. The fabric is also kind of stiff and hard but im okay with that

One of the best things about temu is that their customer service is open 24/7 so i can shop day or night without worrying about having unanswered questions or concerns. I usually work nightshift so its really hard for me to catch the usual hours when customer services are open so temu having a 24/7 customer service chat is really helpful! I was skeptical about Temu at first, and based on reviews, seems to be hit or miss. Based on my experience, it is a definite hit. My order, despite including a few back-ordered products, arrived by the earlier delivery window. Regarding the "long" delivery time (12 days from the date of purchase for me), considering that the products were coming from China, and shipping was FREE, I was quite pleased! I'm not sure if Temu or Laser shipping is at fault. My last order showed delivered and signed by someone i don't even know. The delivered address just shows my zip and not my full delivery address. After taking the time to send invitations out for new and existing customers for their promotional invite friends for 5 free gifts. Only the existing customers were credited for accepting. I had 3 friends never heard of TEMU accept sitting right next to me. They have yet to be added to promotional 5 free gifts. It's a scam to get more people and not pay for the advertising. Actions are being taken to stop this companies blatant false promotional programs. Temu is an absolute disgrace for their actions. I shall be canceling my orders and returning the one being delivered today. They went as far as offering me 20$ credit to keep me from exposing them for their disgusting actions. Have made many orders from Temu. I love to go through the website and look at different things. If you have the app, it's $10 minimum order. If you do not have the app, it's $15 minimum order. I'll be sure all of my orders are $15 and I get free shipping. This last time I ordered I ordered a 98 cent pencil box. In the small print that I missed it said $18 shipping for this one little pencil box. When I checked out it was separated from the rest of the order but I didn't think much of it because I was able to pay for it all at the same time. There was no big print. That said, this was a $18 shipping.!
When I contacted the company to cancel this to cancel this. I was informed that that was the shipping policy for this particular ABDirect.
I feel like this is unfair to the consumer. TEMU as a very busy and active website to offer one product at this price without mentioning the $18 shipping when you put it in your cart is unfair. I will be done ordering from Temu. It seems like lately they're adding more and more things to confuse their consumers. I am a highly educated person and yes I did miss the small print. But I do feel like this was done on purpose to confuse consumers. I am being forced to take the pencil case and eat the shipping cost of $18 for a pencil case that cost 98 cents!

I ordered about 8 items, a boy shoe size 13 was way too big, a girl shoe size of 3 was way too small. One item (fishing pole) was missing from the package. I asked for refund of the pole, they insist it was packaged inside a small bag. It is so ridiculous! There is no way you can even put the pole in that bag! They claimed their warehouse checked and confirmed the pole was packaged inside. They claim the package is about 24inx20in, not even close to the size! Never waste your time to buy anything from them again!

It lures new clients by spin a wheel and earn $100 / $200 coupon which you need to read between the lines to know the details as it is not as simple as getting the coupon and using it. I ordered 13 items from TEMU.COM. All were clothes. I received only 1 item ( a kid's backpack) that I did NOT order. The package indicated the weight of items to be 4kgs while it was such a small package weighing less than 1 kg. I feel this was a calculated scam.

I really needed a new hair dryer because my old one broke and I just couldnt resist the prices of the ones that I found on temu. I was scared at first bec China products but I ended up getting this one and am sooooooo happy with how good it is! Its as good than my old one and works rly rly well. First time ordering form temu after hypes and first time perks.
They promised to deliver items to my door but nope. They said "failed to deliever" which I have no clue why cause I get items from aliexpress and dhgate with no issues. They are all from China!

My items were scheduled for deliver on March 17 to 23. I think shipping was delayed. Temu immediately gifted me a $5.00 credit for the interruption in delivery. I just want to ensure the customers that Temu is an honest company. I am in Texas, USA. I just received an update to my delivery and it will be here by tomorrow, the 22nd of March. I never received this item because Temu shipped it in a cheap plastic bag and it must have gotten torn open and items lost during shipping. I went to Temu for help and they said that they could do nothing for me that I would have to contact the shipping company. I had ordered about $73.00 worth of stuff, arourd 40 items. I received a small portion, maybe $20.00 of them. The packing was awful, looked like somebody had opened it and repacked it in a flimsy hand wrapped plastic bag, it was awful. Delivered by USPS in my mailbox! The large items had disappeared! To return defective merchandise have $1 you have to submit pictures. Example is a defective flashlight that after 23-hours of charging is still dead and will not turn on - and they insist on pictures to even "consider" allowing it to be returned. Free returns is a SCAM on Temu!
