You gotta be some kind of special to have a racket that sends stuff right on first orders and then send garbage afterwards. You make millions before the public figures it all out. I dont recommend this site if u live in a complex because they don't care whether or not you was the one to receive your package. My package was stolen and they did not refund me or reship my package I spent over $200 on the items a total of 19 items in which I only received two after Temu decided to split my delivery in two one came through via usps the other a delivery company they use and that's one who delivered package to wrong address and told/marked delivery as correct in which it wasn't. Trust I contacted Temu themselves as well as delivering company and neither wanted to help nor fix the issue. Also I'm still being charged for the items because I paid through afterpay. I advised them as well as temu I will and can not pay for items I never received regardless of what the delivery company said about order being delivered because I never received the package. Needles to say me or my family no longer use the site

I ordered some items that were not as they were described. I initiated a return, my order was just over $40 and I was charged $8 for return postage. I had to wait nearly 3 weeks to get my parial refund.

I have placed 5 orders with TEMU and 3 have been delivered so far with 2 en route. All 3 deliveries came within the estimated time and in general the deliveries have been quicker than my orders from Aliexpress. 2 of the orders were not shipped immediately and TEMU gave me a $5.00 credit for each for slow shipping. I'm very happy with the quality of the products and there was no damage to any of the items. So far my experience has been very positive with price, quality, speed of delivery and customer service.

Temu.com took my order, promptly charged my card, and 3 weeks later sent me an email that my order was delivered.
Except they did not deliver. The picture on the site shows some door with the same number as my street address, with some package on the street close to that door. That picture has exactly nothing to do with delivering packages to my address. Number of a street address is not unique. I live in an apartment building with a mail room, where mail is normally dropped off. My order has correct address, with apartment number on it. Mailroom is the first room upon entering the building lobby. Every legitimate delivery service operating in my area manages to deliver packages with no problem.
I've contacted Temu.com about non-delivery, but online support tells me to call, and phone message tells me to hang up. Not exactly promising for getting anything for my money.

I returned items and still DO NOT HAVE MY ENTIRE REFUND! They gave me $24.11 out of $109.00. They tell you they are going to have the financial institution look into it but it is the same email every time saying they sent the refund when they only gave me $24.11. It has almost been one month!

This is a U.S. based Chinese company who has only been in business since September 2022. It is a million times better than decades-old AliExpress & is almost on par with Amazon (without the books)--amazing for such a new site. They have a humungus hoarders dream inventory of everything you never knew you needed at prices so low as to be almost free. Accurately fulfilled orders are shipped FREE in a guaranteed 11 days w/$5 credit for later deliveries. CS is easily accessible & overly fair. They have liberal return policies & refunds are promptly processed. I had problems with 2 orders but it was only because the packages didn't fit in my mailbox, which is a block away up an unpaved ominous-looking deadend & USPS couldn't find my house (if you can imagine that).

Close to Christmas occasionally shipping wasn't free & required a $35 order, but if you checked back the next day it was back to free. Items I bought for $.68 each were $2.49 when I wanted to place a reorder for 10 more of them. When you see a ridiculously low-priced item, place your order IMMEDIATELY.

After I finally received my products very late I discovered they are counterfeit. I bought an exhaust pipe that is counterfeit. It is not a factory item, just a cheap knockoff. I requested my money back but TEMU requires me to return the item. This mistake will be costly to TEMU as I have handed the item to the authorities. It would have been easier to comply with my request, but TEMU decided against it. My attorney has suggested a lawsuit after the authorities have concluded their investigation.
Furthermore my last TEMU review was answered by a repwho suggested TEMU sells quality products. WOW! Really! Quality products? You have been caught red handed selling counterfeit products! You call that quality? Are you completely insane? This company is a joke.
Ladies and gentlemen. Wait for a while before you purchase. After this lawsuit I'll take over and fire everyone who is responsible for this crap.

I am ashamed to say I've spent a few hundred dollars on Temu.com because they have an amazing selection of unique items from which to choose. Not anymore. While there are many things that can help you with housekeeping, the majority of things I've bought are cheap, made in China, and not as expected. Jewelry often tarnishes, breaks easily or looks cheap like the price you paid for it. Occasionally, you may get a quality ring in stainless steel, but that is not the norm. I purchased 5 clothing items in one order and each was made of the same poor quality materials, a cheap, thin polyester. I would never buy clothing from them again. Yes, Temu.com is a legitimate company who crams orders in to orange plastic mailers which can cause crushing of hats and other items. They do refund money if you are not satisfied once the item is returned.

The clothing I've purchased is of poor quality and jewelry is cheaply made for the most part and breaks or tarnishes easily. Certain cosmetics are a good buy, but some can be disappointing, not working as described. I'd read the reviews before ordering and even then, you cannot be sure of the quality of items you are going to get. Temu does offer refunds if you are not happy with your purchases, so that is a good thing.

Have been using Temu for a while now. Was sceptical at first but actually, I can't moan. You pay very reasonable prices for reasonable goods.
Ofcourse check the size guide and probably steer clear of some electrical items, but for baby toys, fishing gear and birthday gifts, you can't go wrong!
Can see some negative reviews but I'd suggest from ppl who haven't read the detail.

I have no items to review because I am still waiting on my order. 2 wks after placing my order, I just received tracking number 2 days ago. However, tracking details show only label received and courier still waiting to receive order from seller. I wanted to place another large order but the shipping is a drag. Customer service is a joke. I needed my items for a trip that I will be taking in 6 days. I will do an update with a review on products received when I return from my trip. Top fitted perfectly true to size. XL I am 14-16. Bra one size 3XL a bit large would fit 40DD but comfort plus. Bra 2 white fastening at front, 4XL but smaller still comfortable. I usually take 18DD. Haven't tried socks as yet.

This is my 2d time shopping with Temu. With my first order I was not happy because the coat I ordered for my grandson was too small. I recently placed another order with them, using the one-click purchase for an order I had just paid for. Only one additional item was added, causing me to place a different order. I have mixed feelings about this app in general. Products are hit or miss, prices are pretty good and so is shipping times, but the order minimums are annoying. It's maybe 50% worth your time/money depending on what you're buying.
But the new update is absolutely horrible and is ultimately going to drive me away from the app. The new layout is just confusing and annoying. You can't add items from your cart to your wishlist anymore. I used to browse all the time and that would result in sales, but now Temu is gonna be losing a lot of money from me. It's not enjoyable to be on the app anymore and the only time I'd buy something is if I specifically wanted it, no longer from browsing. Not super upset about it, I guess it's good in the long run to stop buying from here so much. Just a really weird anti-business decision that will loose them money.

They use a point system to reel you in and then cheat you. Not only does the number of water drops you get get less and less towards the end it doesn't even add anymore. You take the time and effort to open the treasure chests, but the number of drops is no longer added. The reward you get when people download the app via your link will no longer be added while you see that it is. Very sneaky! Even though they are so mega sneaky to do that last plant per 0.05 per 10 drops, I should have made it long ago without the sneaky pranks of this worthless app. The only thing that adds water drops now is ordering orders. They want to cheat you to do their advertising for them and keep spending your money and not have to spend the reward they promise you. Shame on you Temu! I'll delete that crap app and keep it on Shein and Aliexpress. There you know what you have in them and you have no deceptive pranks.

This company is a joke. They attract customers with their low prices, but their order system and tracking systems can't didn't give me my promised 20% off. When I inquired with customer service, they couldn't find my order, even with me giving my PO #. They were able to charge my PayPal account and get their money even before my order was shipped. Then I get text and emails that go to a company which gives me the message that the tracking number is wrong. If you want to deal with frustration use this TEMU company. You might as well throw your money to the wind.

We are always surprised by the disappearance of packages. Then we receive a message from Temu Company stating that your order has been canceled after more than three weeks of waiting. What a bad service. Even the shipping company FGS, which deals with Timo Company, is very bad and loses a lot of packages in addition to being late in delivering the packages to customers. The justification is always there that Jordanian customs prevents the entry of certain types of goods into Jordan. But the reason is that the company does not want to do customs clearance on the goods. I will advise everyone not to buy from this bad application.

Surely rings true with this on line shop. I ordered baby clothes which came balled up in a taped up bag. Clothes were of a very cheezy quality and sizing is questionable. Speaking of sizes, some items d no size others were in metric I presume? I had to look back at my order to figure out what sizes I ordered. Oh, and it gets worse. Laundering instructions recommend dry cleaning. BABY CLOTHS, DRY CLEANED? I DON'T THINK SO! I won't be ordering again.

I have ordered from here several times and have not returned any items however have had some damage in shipment which they immediately refunded. They also have provided a five dollar credit when one item arrived late without me asking. If you purchase an item and the price lowers, they will credit you the difference with the request in your account settings more than once. I spent about 3hrs on this site looking a different things and then I finally placed an order, then a couple days later I was checking the tracking on my order and I saw this sick shirt...I clicked on the shirt and it offered me the shirt at 94% off if I downloaded the app so I did and it turns out that the discount was only for first time users but when I was on their site for 3hrs a couple days prior...not a single offer of a discount on anything I looked at! But other then that, my experience has been good so far...but I may change/add to my review depending on when my order arrives and if the products I ordered are even worth the price!
