I will give temu 10 stars for everything! Quality worth money, return /refund options always there as chat with customer service if problem arise love everything about TEMU except delivery people who are very bad not bring package or leave that who knows where.Delivery people sucks. Even now you cant leave message you can't reach them the worst delivery company!

At first they were good, but then they get really bad really quick. Only as new user they are good to you, but as you shop more they scam you. I got scammed out of $300. I returned some items and they keep saying they cannot find it, or that I still have it. All I have is a USPS receipt, I guess that was not enough proof that I returned the items. Then one time I did what they told me exactly and was still denied a refund. I even have proof on the chat of what they told me to do. I followed everything they said and they said not to worry, but I never got my refund. I only use it for the free cheap items I get from them by playing their games. I would not recommend this to anyone. I am now just trying to tell everyone not to use it now.

Do not use it. It is a scam.

I bought items for 300 $.Delivery failed- no one contacted me.- I can not have a refund. TEmu wrote:

That was not my address. I have never used any address like this.

Waddled on over to Temu because I was in need of a new lamp for my study desk and I didn't wanna spend a lot for a light. Finally got it delivered and was about to install it but the adhesive strip literally gave up on me. Idk if it was the material of my desk or if it was really the adhesive strip but I ended up having to get some new adhesive from the store just to stick it on. The light 10/10 works tho so no complaints!

Went to the TEMU website. It asked for credit card upon sign up and stated I would not be charged. Entered card info and within 5 min was charged 2 times. Listed charges went to Orrmvbfnv.com & Nyusgf.com. Total fraud amount $43.

Don't give the co your credit card

Items never arrived. Customer service is hard to work with. Very disappointed in the company. I'll never order from them again. The one order I received was missized and I poor quality. I am out $85.00 with the company. Beware!

I found Temu on the website, I did research, ratings and reviews. Even though some were negative I decided to give them a shot because I liked a lot of their styles in clothing. I have literally ordered forty to fifty pieces from them. Shoes, dresses, hair pieces, sweaters and more. I will honestly say that I have been impressed and satisfied with my orders. The great thing about this site is that there is free shipping, free returns, tracking numbers and consistent with dates. And if your package is later that the date issued they add $5.00 to your account. They also give you a lot of bonuses, discounts and coupons. Sometimes you even get free merchandise from your cart from the gift boxes they offer. I think that the site is awesome, exciting and a fun place to shop. I have seen the same identical pieces on other sites for much more money. I know that for a fact because I have ordered them and compared them to one another. Their Mary Jane shoes are great shoes to travel in. I'm blessed to have come across this site it has everything one would need to travel including suitcases and duffle bags which I also purchased! Love Temu.

I don’t know if you get a cash refund, I’ve always got the return item amount in a credit to my Temu account.

Some of the items, like the watches, are nice. A lot ot the jewelry is flimsy and not nearly as pretty as they are in the picture. It is hard to return items. Chatting with someone to get help returning items is $1 plus $55/month. The descriptions of items is not complete. I ordered beads thinking they were glass but they were acrylic. The bracelets I received are also acrylic but the descriptin said they were crystal. I am not going to order anything else from them because it is to difficult to return unwanted items.

Tip for consumers:
I need to know how to easily get a shipping lable so I can return unwanted items. Because I cannot return items easily, I will not order from this site again because I don't know if I will like the items I receive.

You have people believing tht they will get free stuff if they play games and send out invites to other people. Now I call bs. I've had invites ANd did different stuff no free merchandise. You need to stop doing this $#*! unless there really is free stuff to get and there is not.

They sent me a package that I never received so I asked them who signed for do You know.they didn't know anything they sent it to a wrong address and blamed me for that now the supervisor told me they will resend it to me now the telling me it will take a whole month they have no proof of signature or proof of nothing now someone got free merchandise off me,.they wouldn't even help me now I'm waiting a whole month got to keep this scammer app that long beware black women of this scam

I have read the review on this site and when I mean I read them, I READ all of them and I'm completely terrified of what I'm gonna get sent. I'm probably not even get my order and I spent time. I ordered on 5/8 and my order was supposed to be here at the 16-19 of may, it is currently the 19. Hopefully it arrives today with no damages or doesn't arrive to the wrong address. I forgot to say it is my first order so I'm expecting something nice. Temu please don't waste my time and scam me. If this order goes well I will surely buying again. I ordered from Temu. The order went through. Later they stated that the order was cancelled and a refund would be issued. The refund was issued to a gift card that was thrown out once Temu approved my order. The only way that they are willing to refund my money is through this card. I have explained 25 times that I no-longer have the card. They can't tell me why they canceled the order and or why they can't refund my money. I called for 3 days and NO-ONE is willing to help me. I asked to speak to the manager and they denied me call after call. I was told that managers are not available for 3 days (no matter what time I called).
Between my friend and I (separate accounts). We spend maybe $400 a month with this company. I'm disappointed that the company won't even try to help me / return my money. There's proof on my account that a refund is due to me. Please view my account to see proof of purchase **************545).
Shame on you Temu!

I am a new customer and have had an awful experience with this company. They cancel every order I make! I keep making orders and they keep canceling them. I have confirmed with my bank that the issue is most definitely on their end. I've never had such a ridiculous shopping experience in my life. I called customer service 4 times this week. They were no help and gave inaccurate information. I spoke with a supervisor who was no better. I was supposed to get a call from the escalation team, but they keep calling the wrong phone number despite me giving the correct number to CS numerous times. Every time I call CS tells me everything is good with my orders and then they randomly get canceled by Temu a few hours later. No one there seems to be competent enough to help or even know what is going on. This is by far the worst shopping experience I've ever had in my life. Total incompetency.

Tip for consumers:
Customer service is awful. They are not knowledgeable and can’t help with even the most basic issues. It is absolutely ridiculous. Worst shopping experience ever.

I enjoy Temu it's nice that you allow free gifts but it's so stupid that we have to invite so many friends to get them. My mom invited me to get a free gift and never did get that gift. It would thank me then tell her to invite another.

I ordered several scrapbook dies and stamps. I tried one stamp that I was fairly pleased with. Tried 4 dies out of all I bought and only pleased with 2. I ran them through my machine several times and the whole piece still did not cut through the cardstock. I am thinking my whole order will be like this. Really disappointed. Not sure I'll order again.

Some of the scrapbooking dies. Also I have added my order # but unsure how to copy and paste proof of purchase. I have not used all the dies I ordered yet.

I placed an order on March 10th and on March 14th. Neither order has been shipped or even processed. I tried the online chat to find out what the problem is and if I will be getting my orders. Online customer service was of no help at all. Looking at the items I ordered there is nothing on backorder to explain the delay. They got my money via PayPal. They got paid so I want and expect my merchandise. Was a happy customer up until now. Not sure I will use again.

DON'T SHOP WITH THESE PEOPLE! I moved and changed my address with them before ordering anything of course, they failed on their end to change my address and sent my things to the wrong address... I ordered two Crow lamps and a golf Crow totaling $47.95 when I contacted customer service and try to explain that they sent my package to the wrong address they kept showing me a picture of it being delivered. I tried to explain again that it was delivered but to the wrong address and they kept showing me the picture of it being delivered in front of another person's door over and over and over they did not work with me but only intended to cheat me out of that money after I already reordered what I lost again... They were real $#*!s about this so trust me they knew the situation and that it was their fault... they're nothing but Crooks! I am out $47.95 and they will get their stuff back so how sweet is that for them

The guy I was trying to explain my situation too was purposely playing with me kept showing me over and over and over a picture of said package that was delivered as I kept saying back to him over and over and over that it was delivered to the wrong address wrong state I got nowhere and he refused to give me his name total $#*!s

So my packages have come open and retaped UPS is or someone is letting people go through your packages and retape them.

So i want to let people know this has happened to me 3 times and really it's petty but whatever. They now want to put the responsibility of shipping charges on you after the 2nd time

Do not order from Temu. I ordered 9 items. They claimed to have delivered the package, but was never at my door. They mailed me another package and again, I never received it. I asked for proof of delivery with a picture of the packages at my door, to no avail. They refused to refund me the money. I had just bought a condo and I had ordered tons of things from different companies and I received every package, except the ones from Temu.

I've always liked online shopping for its convenience, especially when I have an entire messy family to take care of, but no other sites can compare to Temu for me. It doesn't even matter what's happening in my home whether my kitchen blender broke or my kids break something or even if I realize that I need something, I just know that I can find whatever I need on Temu for a really bargain price (and all the parents out there know how important it is to save money where you can)

Products are great especially for the prices. Services are good too. You can track your delivery using the app and you can chat with customer services through the app anytime too. Products are pretty standard. They're not luxury products, but they're legit! The price is good too and payment is easy since Temu allows you to pay with PayPal.

Keep dreaming that you can get something cheap and it be good quality. For me it has been a returning fiasco. Missed parts, broken items. I did get a good dog collar. Be careful

The Temu site is alluring , playing games , spinning wheels for percentage off . It was quite entertaining, even addictive, I’m thankful I became aware of this deception and hope a lot of people read this , I wish I had looked over reviews , And lastly , to think that EVERTHING , has five stars . Geez

I was skeptical ordering here but after people saying it was real and cheap m, I gave in.

After waiting and spending almost $300 (my very bad decision), I checked and said that my packages were delivered but to the wrong house on the photo! Customer service said to contact their courier that I never heard of "Piggyship" and I called them but no answer, no agent or even an option to leave a voicemail. I kept calling and told customer service that I got no response, they said they cannot refund me or even re-ship the product. So i lost $300 because they don't use trusted couriers and expect me to look for a misdelivered package that was all delivered past 9PM, through our 80+ apartment complex.

Bad customer service and bad courier.
