I bought a bunch of items because they were practically free. Items came and no problem. Next time I order and buy, stuff came all wrong. You gotta be some kind of special to have a racket that sends stuff right on first orders and then send garbage afterwards. You make millions before the public figures it all out. Pics below show what I ordered and what I got. Straight garbage. F these guys. Don't bother ordering because it is quite the scam.

It offers $100 bonus for installing and using the app on the cellphone. I did that and made a purchase from my cell phone. However, I do not see the $100 bonuses. Is this a case of false or "tricky" advertizing? I do not know but the end result is the same. I did not get the bonus that they advertized. BE AWARE!
Customer support was useless.

Tip for consumers:
Be aware of the "offers". Prices are the same as purchasing them regularly. Additionally, the $100 bonus for downloading and using their app, did not materialized.

Went on this app to buy a smart watch for my boyfie birthday gift but the item that i got was defective and the box was dented from the delivery. I decided to go straight to customer service to resolve it asap before my boyfie birthday and they responded within minutes and helped me get a full refund so I still had time to look for another smart watch and buy it for him. Happy that Temu has this protection plan scheme for customers. The last time the same thing happen to me elsewhere, I had to wait for 1 month and ******* calls later to get my refund. Boyfie is very happy with his present. Yipee!

Look at all your items carefully when they arrive as they are ship from outside the US

I like shopping with Temu and have had great experiences, and they have even helped me when I have had issues. Only issue is they use Straightship for some of their shipments and I have no choice, this company has a bad rap and rude customer service. Already lost a with them and they said it delivered, non of my neighbor have seen it, fearing I may never get my money back which will be a big hit for me and Christmas. If the next shipment I have coming in with the same company goes missing I may have to close my Temu account as I can not loose money like this.

I have excellent connections with TEMU through purchases and customers service agents. Amazing. I am very happy with their overall quality. They refunded my products due to delay in delivery. Only problem with them engaging UNIUNI carriers. UNIUNI is hopeless in their delivering. But I will keep buying from TEMU for ever. They are not only genuine but they have excellent customer service. A month and a half ago, I ordered from temu. I never recieved anything from them. I have ring app on my phone to see who came that day for delivery. I saw the temu delivery guy inside the car taking pictures that they have delivered but they did not. They did not walking into my doorstep and leave the delivery. Instead I saw the amazon delivery guy leaving stuff at my doorstep and taking a picture the right way. I emailed them with evidence and they won't give me a refund. Instead I've been waiting for my "case" to be reviewed. Like how long do I have to wait?

Tip for consumers:
Don't buy from temu, the customer service is terrible. I'm having terrible experience with them right now even if I have evidence that it was not delivered correctly. They avoid your messages. So don't buy from them!

I paid for 4 items over 4 weeks ago, they said would receive by march 19 never received, credit card charged. I spoke to customer care about email they sent if i did not receive items by the 19th i would get a whole $5 credit, my order over $100 4 items spoke to customer care did not get credit or items, was told its not their issue contact Canada Post and Canada post said contact TEMU the issue is not at their end. Very bad customer service

I ordered $143.33 worth of products from temu. I waited and waited due this package to arrive and it never came. I look at my tracking and it says that it was delivered to a different city abd state. I have contacted temu several different time and tickets have been made. They say that it was delivered there abd uses picked it up at that point abd brought it to my give. However, there is no tracking information for uses. Everyrhing as far as actual tracking information stops in Greensboro NC. I have asked for the additional tracking information and they can't provide it abd refuse to do anything about me not getting the package. Their customer service is terrible.

Ordered for the first time and ordered wrong color in dress that I ordered and was told by customer service that I couldn't change the color because I order under a promotion and when I asked to speak to a supervisor she refused to let me speak to one. Then I was placed on hold phone was still connected and she never came back to phone. First experience was horrible.

This site is just another attempt to get your information and bank account brakes forever to get anything and what you get is pure 3rd hand garbage. Try to get free items through the whole refer a friend deal is a joke it starts out fast but closer you get the more friends you have to refer the whole process and products are waste of time and money this site should be taken down. I can get better stuff from a 25 cent gimbal machine I wouldn't waste 25 cents on the crap they sell here

Bought this space heater because mine broke. But when it came, my bro apparently got it fixed for me without telling me. Luckily, I hadn't opened the one I bought yet and was able to return it and get a full refund in a few days :D It was also super easy and convenient to do it so thank you for being v v v understanding Temu and super big shoutout to the cs lady that helped me (Mai)!

Tbh the shipping was really late but I get it cause it was from overseas which really takes a while. I ordered smth from similar shops too and shipping really takes a while. I got my order late, but everything arrived in great condition so I'm not too mad about it esp since they gave me delivery credit for the delay Overall, it was a pretty good experience shopping in Temu, just gotta estimate the delivery time better in the future! Plan two weeks ahead to make sure u reach their 15 days delivery!

I was a great 5 star fan of this company until yesterday when, out of nowhere, they whacked $65 minimum purchase on my orders. I contacted customer service and got "standard spiel" reply; to do with shipping and being green. Trying to justify their decision and since when has China started being green! Had read reviews where people said they couldn't chat, all they got was spiel. I've now experienced it. First time in 12 months.
There was no chatting, no looking at my purchase history, nothing but poorly worded, grammatically incorrect spiel. Wow if you were angry before you contacted them...
I pointed out my scenario on chat; Temu doesn't give much choice when, 'only xx left in stock'; 'this item is xx people's cart' etc pop up. I either place a quick order, or miss out. I then go back to shopping and place an order either same day or next.
Temu, you need to listen to your customers. Yesterday was such a poor experience with customer service. You need to review your policy, $65 is ridiculous, or expect your customers to go elsewhere. Once all my orders have arrived and my returns credited, if there is no policy change I will walk.

Tip for consumers:
Drop minimum purchase amount. $65 is too expensive for people. It's also too much if you're purchasing $2-$5 items.

I placed an order worth several hundred dollars, the order is stuck in Hong Kong PAST the latest delivery date and Temu refuses to refund my money. They have washed their hands of it, with their "Customer Service" saying I have to contact DHL (who also doesn't care). Now, no merchandise less than a week before Christmas and no refund to buy replacement items. Scammers are the worst, but doing this during the Holidays is just criminal.

I wanted to purchase my order with 4 instalment payments with PayPal. It didn't go through on my end, so I cancelled my order. It states you can get a refund! WRONG. They have credited me the amount of my order $72. Before I was told I couldn't be reimbursed, the next day I redid my order plus added another item and was able to go through a different account and in 4 instalments, $99. PayPal have notified TEMU, and I have been messaging back and forth, insisting I won't my money. I don't won't it sitting in their account and don't won't to purchase another item. I am a pensioner and need my funds back into my account. I checked into this matter with a legal company and by law they must refund me. I still get messages 'we are looking into it'…this will be my last order if I am not refunded my money…not their money, but legally mine.

Website is much more comfortable, the shipping to Israel was faster that with AliExpress, and was accurately tracked.
Never tried their CS yet. Good experience so far.

I placed 6 orders with Temu. The following is the order numbers and dates of orders.
PO**************879 ordered 3/3/2023 received 3/14/2023.

Ordered 3/9/2023 received notice that company issued refund on 3/28/2023

Ordered 3/10/2023 received notice that company issued refund of $4.28 back to PayPal and put the rest of my purchase on my Temu credit which is not what I wanted.

Ordered 3/13/2023 received notice that company issued refund of$21.39.
PO**************0140
Ordered3/22/2023 company shows ordered was shipped on 3/28/2023
All but 1 of these orders have not been received and refunds have not processed. Buyer Beware!

Tip for consumers:
I read reviews and most were positive. Not sure why I only got 1 order.

This is an interesting and fun company and I have now spent about $500 Canadian on all kinds of useful kitchen gagets and useful items for my three cars. BUT once they have your contact information you receive a ton of messages all day long. You are reaching for the phone every few minutes all day and see ridiculous messages that you have something in your cart or there is a price drop or some other nonsense. Most distruptive in a busy day and incredably annoying. I will not order anything else and have deleted their app **************393and blocked their numbers. Too bad. They just lost a good customer.

Tip for consumers:
I am deleting your app and blocking your phone number etc. How ridiculous of you to send me dozens of alerts each day. I am busy and will shop when I have the time. You just lost a customer.

I ordered 8 items on 30th July 2023 but items never arrived. So I asked them to resend the items instead of refund but today as on 6th September 2023, I saw the message from Temu saying "Customer is not reachable" which is ridiculous. Let say the Security officer at the main gate didn't let the delivery person in, they would still be able to contact me to pick up the package from the main gate which is not the case. I got no call at all from the delivery person nor anyone regarding the package. So not happy about it.
