I bought a bunch of items because they were practically free. Items came and no problem. Next time I order and buy, stuff came all wrong. You gotta be some kind of special to have a racket that sends stuff right on first orders and then send garbage afterwards. You make millions before the public figures it all out. Pics below show what I ordered and what I got. Straight garbage. F these guys. Don't bother ordering because it is quite the scam.

I ordered in the moring of 3/7 and finally it said it is shipped on 3/13.
BUT, during 2 or more days it just staying as "shipping label is created from USPS", and no tracking at all.
It is not actually shipped.
Now 3/15 and still it is not shipped.
I placed my cart for next order items but I don't think I will order those at all.
I will not use temu again.

The old saying you get what you pay for rings true for my dealings, I wasn't disappointed with what I got but the problem is I didn't get all I ordered. I paid for it because my bank statement says I have but my postman says that's all I have, so has my order been split, lost, not coming, well since I can't contact them I guess it's a mystery to me and everyone else reading this that's all except the company., even the pictures of the things I am still waiting for are gone don't have a clue.

keep track of what you send for with numbers, dates and prices, on paper, can't find any of the rest of my order so I lose on this one, second thoughts on ordering more.

I talk to customer service. They said it was delivered so they couldn't issue me a refund Nor resend my package literally spent $45 just so my package was delivered to the wrong house and I know that's not their fault but I would still like a refund for the stuff I didn't get

I placed an order. I got all my items quickly but they were low quality. In addition to my order I get getting an order for someone else that does not live at my house. They rang my bell at 9:00pm asking for their package. Temu told them it was delivered to my address. I got another package for that person today! I tried to contact Temu customer service but they are horrible. I am sorry I ordered from them!

I've made 4 orders and all items were delivered on time and as described. I see people complaining of packaging, wtf do you expect from something traveling so far? Packaging is bounced to be banged up. I've also seen people complain the item was wrong, one lady even posted a review with a Christmas tree sticker. That item she posted is exactly what they advertised it as she just didn't read. Comprehension is key lady. And 3rd I saw a lady having a fit about the post office not receiving her package yet. Correct. They were notified to expect your package and assigned it a tracking number for usps, they won't have your package for a bit as it's coming from over seas. You people are slowwwwww, leaving $#*! reviews because you're ignorant.

Temu delivers as they say and are legit. Period.

Temu is great. Read descriptions. Reading comprehension is key. And ffs, stop leaving them $#*! reviews because you're ignorant.

I placed an order this morning, no problem, money out of bank acc and receipt with P O issued.
Did another, same thing paid in full.
Looked at email this afternoon, saying payment for 1 click payment didnt work, still owe that, try paying again!.
Second order same thing!.
Payment was in full, money recieved and confirmation sent for both!.
Trying to get another payment, be carefull. I just cancelled both orders...not paying twice!
UPDATE;
I went back into my account with Temu and requested a refund for both orders. Thought that was better, than paying twice.
I did receive a reply from Temu asking if the problem was addressed.
I'm not sure if I will replace the orders I had to cancel as I don't see the point of requesting a refund for an order you haven't even seen yet! Very Leary!.

Watch every email, read them carefully. They are trying to get double payment from you, when its already paid in full!!

I've been watching a lot of skincare content on youtube and tiktok and almost all of them rave about this lip mask. I didn't believe it and didn't wanna waste my money on something that small but when my friend sent me this link on Temu, the price was just such a steal that I ended up buying it! I know a lot of people are skeptical about buying skincare products from sites like this but the fact that they source it directly from Laneige makes me feel so reassured. I scanned the barcode and it came back with the product link to the actual Laneige site so safe to say it's legit! Woohoo

Been wanting to get into making smoothies lately so I bought a mini blender and I've been having so much fun with it! My daughter saw the exact same blender on those dropshipping IG shops sold at 5x the price, but the Temu one works just as well. Even better that the price is a fraction of what dropshippers sell. The only difference is there's no logo or brand on it but honestly love the minimalist look.

I have placed 16 orders with Temu. Every item of clothing fit exactly as expected. I took time to read all the reviews and sizing recommendations. The clothing is top quality complete with lining in the dresses and skirts. My orders ALL arrived on time or early. Returns were super easy I recieved my credit within an hour of dropping off my return. It breaks my Patriotic heart that I cannot afford to buy this quality at home in our own country, the USA. Many of the items I purchased I cross checked on Amazon. The pictures were exactly the same as TEMU, even the models were the same.
TEMU is not the same as WISH. WISH was a disaster for shopping.

My wife and I order from Temu and never get all parts. They sent Me a water hose and sprinker which i oreder a tripod sprinkler, wel to my suprise they sent me th tripod sprinkler with 2 spikes I need 3 can.t use it either because of the fittings. The items are cheap because it's CHEAP...NOT AT ALL AS ADVERTISED.Some of my items didn't work...I would have felt better giving my $$$ to a person asking for a dollar on the street...At least I would have known the dollar would have been used.This stuff I ordered is useless to me.Instead of returning this crap I chose to throw in the trash where I feel it belongs.I will never order anything else from Temu...

Not gonna lie but i thought that temu was definitely without a doubt 100% a scam because of how the home page was designed (idk it just looks like them sketchy as hekk websites dyg me). But my friend persuaded me to give it a shot and i stand corrected hahahhaa like its great and have never had a bad experience so far.

I've had this ring on for 3 day's and its already come apart, obviously it's very cheaply made. Be aware of prices they are only 8 dollars for a reason. Obviously not real Tungsten.

Havent been on temu for long but i've had a p good experience with it so far. My things get delivered kinda late tho but alls well that ends well as long as i get my product. The important thing is that all the products that ive gotten were in good condition it just 1 shoes didnt fit i had to get them exchange.

I ordered a quantity of 12 wallet/watch gift sets for when I visit my family out of the country on February 6th. I ordered on January 18th and received an estimated delivery from January 26th-30th. I finally got a delivery notification that it was signed and delivered to a post office location in California on February 1st... I live in Oregon so when I went to inquire about why the package said it was delivered to a different state. USPS said that it is being returned back to the sender. I tried to request a refund from Temu but have received runaround. Overall, it's been a very bad experience purchasing on Temu and I don't recommend anybody to purchase their products from this site to avoid further headaches and issues.
