I would give this a zero but that's not an option so I'm giving it a one. It has been already three times that I ordered from temu and they keep delaying my orders. They refund them without explaination. This last time I really wanted my items and was given the run arounds for weeks. They would just tell me to call the USPS and they wouldn't tell me a straight answer for the delay. Time kept passing by and out of the blue they just cancelled my order even tho I said not to. This is beyond unprofessional and frustrating. Don't waste your time or money on this app. Truly disappointing.

It took 3 days to pack and ship after the order is placed. It will take another 10 days to deliver to your place. That means once you place the order don't expect delivery for the next 2-3 WEEKS (if you are lucky).
I will not recommend anyone to order on their site. AMAZON Prime is a BETTER CHOICE.

I ordered my first order in November it it was fast shipping.
Since then I have ordered about 5 more times.
I placed a order on the 28th of Feb and was supposed to receive shipment on the 11March to 17 th of March so far it's still in preparing to ship and $145.00 was refunded because 38 of the items was sold out.
No explanation no customer service.
And I can't cancel the rest of the order, because I can't get my money back only Temu credit.

Sometimes the deliveries are on time but the rest of the time their warehouse doesn't bother to ship and after weeks of waiting and contacting their so-called "customer service" they stall can't be bothered to stick your purchase in the mail. I ordered about 10 x from them in the last 6 weeks. App and merchandise are great. But stay away from the games! You waste your phone memory and time. GAMES ARE UNWINNABLE! Missing items from reshipment. Refuse to refund or reship since delivery said delivered and youre only allowed either once. 1 order was shipped into 5 packages. Only received 3 packages from reship-lasership was deemed at fault but no luck there. I received my order with 1 item missing and 1 that only had 30 pieces of the 46 pieces advertised. I wrote a detailed explanation to CS asking for a refund on both items. Jessica in CS wrote back to me telling me that unless I return the missing items, no refund will be given. O_o (not kidding), then she closed the ticket, so I had to do it all over again. How do I return an item THAT WAS MISSING from my order? She never addressed the item that only had part of what I paid for in it. Temu is doing this more and more. I've bought several items (beads, stickers, etc.) that had a specific number of items that were to be included in them. Clearly they don't think we'll count them. I do. She's done this to me TWICE now and I'm on my third ticket. Each time demanding that I return the items I didn't receive in order to get a refund. I will file a report on BBB and FTC on their fraudulent sales practices.

Big let down! I placed 2 large orders. P.O - **************170 and P.O - **************170. Over $500 between April 01st, and end of May 2023. I wear a size 42, I purchased 8 pairs of sneakers I received sizes 41, 42, 44 and the largest 46? Aparently what ever they had, is what was sent. I tried customer service, after being past from one to the other the 3rd completely ended my communication. I could not leave a 1 star review because the application will not allow it. I sent 3 packets to Temu for returns which were successfully delivered by canada post to their warehouse, where Temu says Return failed as Item not received. I lost over $100 in this, I would have kept the items, If I know Temu's return is scam

I ordered products on August 2nd and was told delivery would be between August 10th - 19th, First my products were shipped in two deliveries. The first one came on Aug. 20th and I'm still waiting for my second delivery. It shows from Ontrac that it has been sitting in New Jersey for several days now with no attempt to deliver and all Temu gives me is 5 dollars per delivery. Just want my order or my money back but have yet to get any real feedback from Temu or Ontrac. This really sounds like a scam to me. Though my first order was what was advertised and I was satisfied with it, but still it came late. If I don't hear anything back I'm demanding a refund but I have a feeling I'm going to get the runaround. Already sorry I used them!

I ordered from Temu. The order went through. Later they stated that the order was cancelled and a refund would be issued. The refund was issued to a gift card that was thrown out once Temu approved my order. The only way that they are willing to refund my money is through this card. I have explained 25 times that I no-longer have the card. They can't tell me why they canceled the order and or why they can't refund my money. I called for 3 days and NO-ONE is willing to help me. I asked to speak to the manager and they denied me call after call. I was told that managers are not available for 3 days (no matter what time I called).
Between my friend and I (separate accounts). We spend maybe $400 a month with this company. I'm disappointed that the company won't even try to help me / return my money. There's proof on my account that a refund is due to me. Please view my account to see proof of purchase **************545).

I ordered batteries for my flashlight on July 23,2023. I immediately received the order receipt via email. O the July 25th i received an email the item shipped. What got my attention was the USPS tracking number. Especially when it referred to airports. I then went to the USPS tracking and it indicated a label was requested and awaiting item. Here I am on July 27th and I get the same results. No Item! Is this a scam sight? I alerted my credit card company as well as the postal service.

First time buying from Temu and i honestly thought i was gonna get scammed but I didnt :D the steamer works pretty well and keeps my room fresh esp in colder seasons. The colored lights thing don't work for me but i dont really mind bc i came for the steamer and not the pretty lights.
